Katlyn is simply amazing. I first heard about the Itty Bitty Boutique from a friend who is also getting married. After reviewing all the hairstyles she can do and all the advice from her blog, I decided she was the right fit for me. I found there weren’t many other hair stylists who give advice and blog. I also haven’t colored my hair in 3 years since moving back to VB because I couldn’t really find anyone who was a brunette specialist. All the social medial posts give love to blondes (love my blondes) but it was hair to see who could do brunettes. It was getting closer and closer to the wedding so I was scared someone would make my hair too brassy or too blonde. Then after seeing that Katlyn was also a brunette specialist, I thought to myself perfect!! And I’m so glad I trusted by gut. I loved how she took my inspiration photos and gave me her honest opinion. I loved how there are lighter strands, but it still looked like me. Because at the end of the day in wedding photos, I don’t want to look back 10 years later thinking who is that person? My hair color enhanced my features but still looked natural. Wedding day. OH MAN. Once again she blew my expectations out of the water. I didn’t end up doing a hair trial due to the pandemic and extra expenses just weren’t there. She literally made my hair look like my inspiration photo THE DAY OF DEAD ON. No hair trial. I loved how she could tell I wasn’t 110% there and read me and asked what I wanted to change. There was this one strand on the back of my head out of place. (Yes I know that sounds ridiculous), but to me I loved how Katlyn could read me rather than what I was saying. That’s what I LOVE about Katlyn is that she really listens to her clients likes and dislikes. For example, my cousin never gets an updo because she is self conscious about her ears because they stick out. Katlyn gave her exactly the updo she wanted and for the first time she actually loved her hair up without being self conscious. My mom too. My mom wanted to get waves in her hair but nothing too crazy, just some texture. And man Katlyn DELIVERED. I also went to her on the wedding day to ask her honest opinions about things because I know she always gives it. I’m now forever coming to Katlyn to get my hair colored or styled. Thank you Katlyn for all you have done. CANNOT WAIT FOR MORE. Book her!!

FREAKIN BOOK HER!!!!!!!!!! I absolutely cannot write enough AMAZING things about Katlyn. She is a saint truly! I had been following her on instagram for 2+ years and knew I wanted her to do my hair for my wedding. When I messaged her about what I wanted to do for my hair and asked what kind of extensions I should get, she helped me color match my hair with pictures and select the right shade and sent me a link of the hair to buy that she recommended. I showed up to my trial with my hair and she helped talk me through the options that would work best for my hair. I am super insecure about how thin my hair is and I wanted it to look nice and full for my wedding and she did a great job at camouflaging the thinness. When I told her a month before my wedding that my makeup artist cancelled, she jumped through hoops trying to get me covered. She was going to get to the house at 4AM to do everyones hair AND makeup... the girl is a amazing! I was able to find another artist so we could start later in the morning but I still had to get my makeup done at 7AM for my 3PM wedding and before Katlyn left she freshened up my hair and even got her emergency makeup kit from her car and freshened up my face with some powder and setting spray. If you want to laugh and relax while you are in her chair and just know that you will be taken care of and feel stunning on your wedding day... book Katlyn!! Cannot recommend her enough, one of the best decisions I made for that day besides marrying my husband lol

I truly cannot recommend her enough! From the moment we started, she made me feel so beautiful and completely at ease. She is incredibly detail-oriented, took her time, and made sure every single thing was perfect — not just for me, but for all of my bridesmaids as well.

She was so fun to talk to and genuinely felt like one of the girls, which made the whole getting-ready experience even more special. She was absolutely my wing woman, always checking in, hyping us up, and making sure everyone felt confident and comfortable.

You can tell how much she truly cares about her clients — she went above and beyond to make sure we all felt amazing. I’m so grateful I had her by my side and would choose her again in a heartbeat!

Katlyn is the BEST of the best. She excels in her skillset and nails hair and makeup EVERY TIME! She is the sweetest human and such a great communicator! She went above and beyond to make my day perfect.

Katlyn does my color and cuts AND did my hair and makeup for my wedding day. I can honestly say I’m never going to anyone else for hair or makeup things bc Kaylyn is just perfection. At my hair and makeup trial I showed her inspo photos and she nailed them. I have allergies to everything and she made sure to not use anything that could cause sensitivity. I don’t usually wear much makeup and after wearing the look for a few hours I decided I couldn’t do a full face. We changed up the look on the wedding day to be “low contrast” and absolutely nailed the minor nitpicky changes I asked for. My makeup and hair did not budge for my entire wedding day despite lots of tears, drinks, and sweating dancing. Katlyn is my soul stylist and I just wish she could make me as pretty as she did every single day!!

Katlyn is so sweet and her team is amazing! They were so patient with me, as I had so many questions and my numbers changed many times. They never made me feel bad and ALWAYS made me feel good throughout the entire process. Katlyn was SO patient during my trial when I changed my mind from my original plan, and she helped ensure that I did not feel bad about continuing to make changes until we created the perfect hairstyle for my wedding. She truly cares about making you happy and doing exactly what you want! She was so fun to have in our bridal suite on the wedding day! She joined in on conversations and joked along with us. Everyone's hair looked AMAZING and stayed put the entire night! We were outside during the heat wave with rain on and off and then danced until we were sweaty, and our hair stayed perfectly in place. I highly recommend Katlyn!!!

I cannot recommend Katlyn enough for your Wedding Hair and Makeup! I booked Katlyn and Company for my May 2025 Wedding. She did my hair and makeup for my Engagement Shoot and did my wedding cut. I went to her about a month ahead for my hair and makeup trial. On the Wedding Day, Katlyn did hair and makeup for me, my 4 bridesmaids and the 2 Moms. She stayed on schedule and everyone was so happy with their looks! She really knows how to fine turn to each person's style and preferences. And to say I have never looked so good was an understatement. My Hair and Makeup was flawless and lasted all day and evening!! Katlyn made the few adjustments we discussed after the trial and everything turned out perfectly. Katlyn was on time, professionally dressed and will be your best hype girl. We had so much fun in the bridal suite. Katlyn is all you need to make your hair and makeup dreams come true!!

Katlyn was fun to work with. From the wedding hair trial to the actual wedding day, we had a good time. She took my hair vision and turned it into a true reality. She even made sure the hair style was comfortable for me since I'm not used to having 1,000 bobby pins in my hair! Lol I really appreciate her and how she made my wedding hair vision come to life. I absolutely loved my hair!

Katlyn is truly an amazing hair artist. She captured exactly what I wanted for my wedding hair. She is prompt and very thorough from before you book to the trial until the wedding day. I never had any issues with booking or communicating with her. She took my commentary from the trial and brought everything together on the wedding day. Katlyn kept the mood fun and my entire wedding party was very pleased with her ready to go attitude and on the spot styles. I'd recommend her for a stress-free and talented wedding hairstylist.
