Yes. It is up to the bride to provide the flowers either silk or fresh (if fresh they must be non toxic) to garnish the cake.
What (if any) cake accessories, such as a cake stand or cake cutter, do you rent out?
Since we are normally there to cut our cakes there is no reason to rent out equipment. But we do if necessary.
