Brandi was SUCH a pleasure to work with, throughout our Wedding Planning process. Her cakes are SO GOOD. She is creative and was able to make three flavors -- lemon, German chocolate, and carrot cake. Not only was she responsive, organized, and collaborative, she quickly and seamlessly flexed with us when we had to reschedule our event TWICE, due to COVID. Our guests are still raving about her cakes, and my husband and I are considering having the top tier stored elsewhere so that we don't cave and eat it before our first anniversary. Highly Recommend!

Brandi is amazing to work with! She is so sweet and professional, and she took on the challenge of creating a three tiered cheesecake for our Enchanted Forest themed wedding! I made changes to the look of our cheesecake cake 3 days before our wedding and Brandi was super flexible and accommodating. It turned out fabulous and soooo delicious! Our friends and family are still talking about it 4 weeks later lol. My husband and I have already said that Honey Butter Bakery will be making all our cakes in the future!

On the day of the wedding she not only brought the cupcakes and cutting cake but also arranged them beautifully. Such a delight to work with her!

Found Honey Butter Bakery at a wedding convention and thank God we did. Brandi is not only professional, but she is a sweetheart. She is very prompt with her communication and will let you know of any delay. What made this a breeze is how well she works with ideas and changes throughout the process. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to make our wedding cake.

Brandi, the owner of Honey Butter Bakery, is fabulous! I was initially interested in Brandi's work because we wanted a treat table, versus a traditional wedding cake, and I saw that she had some great options on her website. I was sold once we met with Brandi at our initial consultation. Even at our first meeting, Brandi exuded professionalism and warmth - she was so easy to talk to! Before the meeting, she had asked me which flavors I was most interested in, and she put together multiple options, separating cake, frosting, and filling, so we could mix and match flavors and see what we liked.
We went with some of her mini cheesecakes and cupcakes (which she can fill with stuff like raspberry sauce - mmmm!), and she also made us a smaller cake for cutting (just so we could take the traditional pictures). In the months after our consultation, Brandi was so patient with me in getting my final decisions to her and working with me on the constantly changing times we'd need her to be at the venue on the wedding day. As I planned my own wedding, things were never 100% certain, and Brandi was so flexible when she arrived at the venue on the wedding day. The treat table came out beautifully - it was exactly the way I wanted it to be - and our guests raved about how delicious everything was!

Brandi did a fabulous job with our wedding cupcakes and wedding topper. The cake is super moist and the frosting is perfectly blended sweet whipped. My husband loved the red velvet and I of course fell in love with the strawberry (because it was filled with real strawberries). Our guests enjoyed the lemon as well. After the wedding we headed to our honeymoon and a week later when we returned, we had a few left and they tasted just like they had been baked the day of. I was excited to work with her because it's a minority owned business. Brandi is professional and detail-oriented. I will recommend her to family and friends for future events and will certainly use her again in the future.
