I called Wendi on a holiday weekend asking for a cake to serve at dinner after my granddaughter's wedding. She was such an angel! She made a coconut creme cake that was a hit with everyone who attended the after wedding dinner reception! She even offered me cookies while I waited for her to box the cake. I highly recommend this business!!

Love love love! Wendi baked a cake and cupcakes for our wedding. She was very flexible working with my parents since I live out of town. All the desserts were amazing and she had really great recommendations, plus she decorated the whole table and set some treats aside for us. Can't recommend her enough!

Wendi at Butterbugs was absolutely amazing. Before we arrived at our venue, she set up and decorated our cake and pie table beautifully to match our decorations! We had an assortment of incredible pies and a lemon buttercream cake that was literally the best I have ever tasted! Not only are the baked goods to die for, but Wendi was also a pleasure to talk to and plan with. I highly recommend Butterbugs to anyone planning a party or just looking for some yummy treats!

Wendi was AWESOME. She met with us and had all of the samples we had asked for and then some. It was so hard to choose because everything tasted so amazing. She brought our rustic themed wedding to life with our tree bark styled cake and decorated our cupcakes with the perfect amount of toppings. She even packaged everything to make it through its 2.5 hour drive and it didn't move a bit. Everything worked out so perfectly. We seriously can't thank her enough! If you don't choose this woman you are missing out.

Wendi at Butterbug's is an amazing person and baker. We ordered cupcakes and a small cutting cake for our wedding and they were all delicious. Our cake was vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream filling and it was delicious, it didn't have any of that chemically vanilla taste that so many wedding cakes seem to have. It was light and soft and delicious. However, Wendi's talents really showed in her cupcakes. We wanted to go a bit more wild with our flavors so we had 4 flavors: Rosewater vanilla cake with lime filling and strawberry buttercream; Chocolate cake with peanut butter buttercream, Red Velvet cake with cream cheese frosting, and the "chocolate spliff" which is Lemon thyme pastry cream, with black pepper spiced chocolate cake and chocolate ganache and dusted with a cocoa cayenne powder. Holy Hannah, the chocolate spliff cupcake was out of this world. It was the perfect combination of rich chocolate with just enough spice and then the light and sweet lemon thyme pastry cream in the center. Honestly, it was out of this world. Equally, the groom, who is a big chocolate peanut butter fan, loved the chocolate peanut butter flavor and the mother of bride kept raving about the rosewater lime and strawberry which was a perfect addition for a warm summer wedding. Overall we would highly recommend Wendi and thoroughly enjoyed working with her.

Butterbug's Baked Goods was so accommodating and thoughtful! Her baking is AMAZINGGGG and Wendi arranged flowers on our cake and the whole presentation was just beautiful. Just what I had hoped and dreamed! Thank you for making it so special :)
