She is committed to providing her clients with delicious and breathtaking dessert masterpieces. Lisa attended the New England Culinary Institute and continued on to take classes in pulled and blown sugar with Ewald Notter. She then ventured to London where she taught cake decorating courses. With these amazing experiences and lessons behind her, Lisa started her own business in 2001. As the lead cake artist in her company, Lisa’s eye for detail combines with her creative talent and is fundamental in her baking procedure.
