I do pre-ceremony, prelude music about 20min while the guests arrive and seat .
Then processional music for parents, bridesmaids and finally the Bride.
I can play or sing interlude music (Wedding song(there is love), Ave Maria etc)
Recessional music - Wedding march or something modern or different.
Cocktail hour - Mixture of classical, contemporary, Brazilian and Spanish.
Dinner as above with classical and romantice music and songs.

For the guests as they arrive. Generally I play for 20 mins approx prior to the ceremony.
