He took a tremendous amount of pressure off our shoulders because we felt completely confident in his abilities and professionalism. Knowing we could trust him allowed us to focus on other aspects of our wedding weekend without feeling the need to micromanage such an important vendor.

Second, his dedication to ensuring we had exactly what we wanted was outstanding. Ben invited us to attend one of his live performances so we could experience his talent firsthand. He even performed several songs we were considering for our wedding, giving us the opportunity to hear them before making our final selections. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the planning process even more special.

Finally, his talent is absolutely unbelievable. Every single guest at our wedding was amazed by his performance. Ben has a remarkable ability to cover a wide variety of songs while adding his own unique style and personality—and honestly, in my opinion, making them even better!

During our search, the cost savings and convenience of hiring one person to handle both our ceremony/cocktail music and the reception DJ services were a huge factor. Ben delivered on this promise flawlessly. The transition from his beautiful, live solo acoustic set during the ceremony and cocktail hour to the high-energy DJ reception was executed perfectly and felt completely seamless. It was the perfect "one-stop-shop" package.

Ben Lyons Music was absolutely incredible at our wedding. They played for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, and every moment was perfect. We hired Ben for our June wedding, and he exceeded every expectation!

He is incredibly multi-talented. He played acoustic guitar for our ceremony with gorgeous renditions of our chosen songs, played guitar and sang during cocktail hour, creating a beautiful live soundtrack while guests mingled, and then seamlessly switched to DJing for the reception. Even with our small, laid-back wedding, he had the dance floor packed!

Ben was responsive, proactive, and great to work with throughout the planning process. He collaborated closely with us and our planner, fine-tuned the schedule and song list, and helped guide the flow of the day.

Guests raved about him both during and long after the wedding. Ben and his wife, who assisted on the day, are incredibly kind and were an absolute joy to have with us. We feel so lucky to have worked with them and would wholeheartedly recommend Ben to anyone looking for a musician or DJ for their wedding or event.

We had Ben come to perform at the Welcome Party for our wedding weekend, and what an amazing decision that was. I originally saw Ben performing at a restaurant bar earlier in the year, and he had the whole bar was dancing and singing the entire night. I knew right away he was the perfect person to entertain our Welcome Party guests.
To start, Ben was so incredibly easy and hassle free to work with and communication before the event was always prompt and clear.
The day of the event, Ben arrived prepared, setting up his equipment quickly and without needing assistance-- so smooth! He is absolutely amazing at reading the crowd effortlessly and choosing songs that perfectly matched the energy in the room. His ability to sense what guests wanted to hear kept everyone smiling and engaged throughout the night. 10/10 Ben is the absolute best!!!!!

Ben was awesome to work with and we would definitely hire him again! He performed live music during our cocktail hour (very talented musician and performer!) and DJ services during our wedding. He was pleasant, professional and very communicative. He is also self-sufficient and was able to communicate specific venue-related questions that we didn't know with the venue owner, without needing to involve us. He spent time the week of the wedding going over the timeline and flow of the event in detail, and was great at managing the timeline of the music, speeches, dancing during the event.
