We are dedicated to making your dream cake a reality.  We specialize in custom designed cakes for your weddings, anniversaries or any special occasion/event you may have.  We use only the freshest ingredients for our cakes and fillings.  We have an extensive repertoire from white chocolate cake with strawberries and cream filling to decadent double chocolate fudge cake with whipped chocolate ganache and raspberry coulis, including meringue butter creams to fondant icing.  We offer a variety of cakes ranging from traditional, modern, sassy, stacked, tiered or carved.  We also make cookies as favors or bouquets as nice treats for your guests to take home.  If you do not know where to begin or you’re not sure on the type of cake you would like, let our one to one service help you create the cake of your dreams.  Our company provides personal consultations and is always available for your convenience.  If you can dream it we can make it!

Yes, by appointment only. We will go to your place of residence as well, within the Los Angeles area.

Describe how you price, such as by slice or by tier, for your cakes?
All our cake are priced by the serving. Typically our cakes start at about $4.50 per serving, for your buttercreams and go up from there depending on complexity of design and flavors, fillings and coverings.
 
Does the price include the top tier of the cake?
We always include the top tier in our count for servings and in the total price. I'm a firm believer that a cake frozen for a year is not a way to celebrate your first anniversary, instead we include a certificate for a 6" anniversay cake, that you can redeem on your 1st anniversary.
 
Do you offer custom cakes, or do you work with pre-designed styles?
All our cakes are custom and unique. We work very closly with our clients to try and capture their vision, we can also replicate most designs.
 
What (if any) special ingredients, such as fresh fruits or farm-fresh butter, do you use in your cakes?
All our cakes are made with 100% of the freshest ingredients available.
 
On average, how far in advance of the event do you prepare the cake?
Gumpaste or fondant elements are started well in advance. The cake baking is kept close to the date to ensure freshness.
 
How many cakes do you schedule for a typical weekend?
Wedding cakes I do not like to take on more than one a week, due to the perfection element involved with wedding cakes.
 
Will you work with the client's florist to garnish the cake?
Of course.
 
Do you offer delivery? If yes, how much is your average delivery fee?
We do offer deliver and set up. Of course if you would like to pick up the cake we can accomodate your requests. We start our delivery fee at $35.00 for a twenty-five mile radius and goes up $1.00 each additional mile.
