About

Photography, for me, extends far beyond just taking a great picture.

I see it as an extension of visual artistry to be used to capture the boundless energy of a toddling child, natural beauty of a mountainous sunset, or blushing of a soon-to-be married bride. I see it as a way to stop time and hold those fleeting moments in life that happen way too quickly and that we never want to end. My work picks up to describe all of the memories where there are no right words.

My goal with my work is to preserve life just as it happens and in its purest form. My style is best described as unobtrustive and candid. This means that I rarely pose people or work within contrived studio settings. Instead I anticipate when the perfect shot will come and I'm right there to get it.

I have extensive wedding and special event photography experience including Jewish Orthodox events.
