How many planners do you work with?
You will work with me one on one through out EVERY planning aspect of your special day. I like to keep things personal with my clients.I like my engaged couples to think of me as a friend, or family member who really does have their best interest at heart, rather than just their wedding planner. Depending on the size of the event, I do have 2 assistants whom will take part in the hands on activity of planning your special day as well as help oversee things day of. I over see everything they do first hand to assure things are according to your likes.
 
What style of wedding do you specialize in planning?
The style I most enjoy is a classic, elegant, Cinderella wedding. Although I have a style I most enjoy, my creativity never stops! I plan all themes and all styles, personalizing every detail to show who you are as a individual, as a couple and to tell your love story with out using any words.
 
Do you support or cater to any specific religions?
No. Again, if I am unfamiliar with a certain religion I will expand my knowledge in that religion so that I can better serve you.
 
What sizes of weddings have you coordinated in the past?
Most of the weddings I have worked have been between 100 - 200 guest, with a wedding party averaging around 12 members including young children.
 
Which venues have you worked at or are familiar with?
I have worked several outside venues such as the Rose Gardens and the Crossings of Colonie. I have also planned indoor weddings at the Best Western hotel,The Hindu temple in Loudenville, the Glenn Sanders Mansion, and Chrissy Farms banquet house in MA. as well as several VFW Post and elks lodges for those on a much smaller budget. No mater the venue or the budget I had to work with, each wedding as turned out amazing exactly the way my couples pictured things! One venue I would love to work is the Altamont Manor. From what I have seen it is absolutely breathtaking!!

Because every wedding is different, and each couple I work with has their own needs and desires, I have the ability to tailor my services to fit your needs. I have three great packages for you to choose from, depending on the level of service you are needing. Each package is designed to fit any budget, leaving you stress free.

I thrive on making each wedding I plan and coordinate to be different from the rest. I am a firm believer that  YOUR  wedding day should be just that.                         The entire event should be centered around you as a couple. Every little detail should tell your love story.

Tips and Advice
First, when chosing to hire a wedding planner or coordinator know that a great wedding planner must be able to remain calm in the face of adversity. Of course, he or she must be personable and,  a good negotiator. Your wedding planner is the mouthpiece for the bride and groom when it comes to ordering flowers, hiring a band and photographer, finding a caterer, etc. He or She must be able to get them the best service for the lowest price --the planners reputation will depend on it. Networking is also important. A planner with good connections will help ensure that you the client get good deals. That's not all. Running their own business, as well as handling someone else's money, requires that the planner be adept at handling finances. They must also be very well organized.

A wedding planner must know about color, music, and flowers. A good knowledge of religions is also imperative, since a wedding ceremony is often a religious one. Related to this, is a knowledge of customs and traditions, which are also part of many wedding ceremonies. If your planner is not a customed to certain religions he or she should educate themselves to bennift their clients needs.

Second, but most important, have fun!!! You have dreamed of this day almost your entire life. Now that you have found that someone special to share this day with, don’t let stress get in the way of a great time!

Third, Research. You need to look at price, and quality.  There are so many ways to have a million dollar event without spending a million!

Lastly, remember although this is the day you have always dreamed of and every little detail counts, you will need to give and take, Not just due to the budget that you have set, but due to the personal desires that you and your partner both have. You, may not always see eye to eye, and its important, that you remember its their day too.
