  New Course did an excellent job catering our wedding! Right from the start, Will was responsive and flexible. New Course created a delicious and varied menu that met all of our needs. The staff was professional, gracious and did a terrific job. Our guests are still commenting on how tasty the food was and how great the staff was. We were seeking vendors in line with our values, and New Course was on top of this list. Please don't hesistate to use them-you won't be sorry!

  New Course Catering was flexible, professional, affordable and delicious! Will, his managers, and the staff in training worked to make our wedding reception an elegant, delightful event. Their timing was flawless. We started our marriage by putting our spiritual and ethical values first in hiring A New Course. They are a non-profit committed to training folks looking for a new start in life. The wedding day staff was fun, gracious and hardworking. Will, the lead chef and trainer, was flexible with our requests and easy going! Our food was delicious, fresh, and abundant with main dishes and additional vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and children's options. Lastly, we felt good that the staff working our event were being paid well, verses many other companies where profits go to the corporation. We highly recommend New Course Catering!

  Everything was great! the food the service the price and especially the fact that it goes along with our values of service and social justice. New Course provides training to low-income and homeless men and women in the Metro DC area and I support that.

  New Course was extremely professional and flexible, and they're for a great cause. We felt great about working with them because not only were they professional, but we knew that the staff working our event were getting a great experience to help with their future careers. Will Doscher was extremely responsive and even took our silly request for adding deviled eggs to our hor d'oeurves, as well as made just TWO vegan meals for some of our guest. You can't get any more flexible than that! The service was lovely and all of the staff were extremely attentive and super friendly. The food was dymanite! New Course is VERY affordable and VERY professional! We can't recommend them enough!

  New Course was a great caterer to work with. After speaking to many caterers and doing a few tastings, we found their food to be the best, and to top it off the company is for a great cause which made it an easy decision. All of our wedding guests thought the food was great and Will was extremely easy to work with. We did not want a standard seated dinner and Will worked to accommodate what we wanted and helped bring our vision to reality. He runs a very professional shop and was flexible and patient as we made decisions. I felt very confident leaving my wedding in his hands and am so glad we went with New Course - can't wait to plan another event to have some of their great food!
