Plan It To The T accommodated me by putting my son’s rehearsal dinner on their calendar at the last minute. I was given 3 recommendations by wineries in the area about Plan It To The T. They did not disappoint! Setup and cleanup was seamless. Food looked and tasted wonderful. Service was 5 star! I also enjoyed their services at a small function where again, they were professional, creative, and the food was delicious.

The Timber team is absolutely wonderful and kind. Beyond the pizza being AMAZING and one of the highlights for us/our guests, the kindness and thoughtfulness of the Timber team was something everyone reflected on. We felt like we were being fed by a family member who wanted us to enjoy our own celebration. Would sign up to work with Timber in a heartbeat!

From the first interaction with QuickStep, we knew they were the ones. Unlike other caterers that responded to our initial request, QuickStep surprisingly LISTENED to us, and their FIRST proposal reflected that. Other caterers sent us what seemed to be a standard first draft to wet the appetite (who wants a heavy braised short rib with polenta for a summer wedding?). We are a filipino-american + italian-american couple, with South Florida roots, but did not want to be cheesy and over the top with the cultural touches. We are very well traveled with 40 countries between us, and wanted our menu to reflect our favorite places as well as our roots and add more color to our story. Andy and team caught on quickly, and expressed excitement at the challenge. Cocktail hour had filipino, spanish, japanese, mexican, and DC area touches to it. The filipino hors d'oeuvres were my mom's recipe for lumpia and they absolutely nailed it, much to her delight. Our salad had a unique calamansi vinaigrette for a tropical vibe, and the entrees were a mango salsa rockfish (DC-FL nod) and a skirt steak with smoky romesco sauce (Latin America). Leah, who heads the day-of team, is world class. She had firm control of the entire staff and despite a hectic day, maintained her cool and executed seamlessly. The venue is NOT easy logistically (Josephine Butler Parks Center) but she has plenty of experience there. We brought our own alcohol, coffee and cake which QuickStep managed without issue. We did have some opened but unused bottles of booze that we could not return, but nothing to punish them for. It was an absolute pleasure working with Andy, Leah and team. Professional, friendly, and very open to modifications/criticisms. They want to get it right all the time, and it shows. We wholeheartedly recommend QuickStep, especially for Josephine Butler Parks Center. Go ahead and request your proposals and I'm sure you'll be impressed with the detail with which they listen to you after the initial call.

Vendor arrived early, assisted in event set-up (aside from the food) and even substituted in a few extra tables and chairs needed,at no cost.

Recently, I had an event and hired Kael Event for their services. I was very pleased with the outcome. The staff was professional, prompt, and respectful. Not only was I pleased but so was my guest that attended the affair. I would highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for a service of perfection!

We worked with Ace Beverage to identify and deliver alcohol for our wedding event. Everyone there was really easy to work with. They gave us a great starter set of alcohol options, and we could make adjustments easily. I really appreciated that we paid half of the cost upfront and then paid for only the alcohol that we finished and had to keep after the wedding. They delivered everything without any issues and were very professional. I'm so glad we went with Ace Beverage!

I used Miss Saigon Bistro for my Vietnamese Wedding Reception at the Newport Beachside. Hali was great with all my requests. We had 8 courses, family-style. Ours was the first big hotel wedding that Hali and Miss Saigon did, they usually do smaller parties at home. They did a wonderful job. All the food was delicious and served beautifully on huge family-style plates. The sizes were very generous as well. This is a family owned and operated business, as her sister runs the restaurant and her brother did the cooking. They put extreme care into the details and everything turned out great. I highly recommend this caterer if you're Vietnamese or just want Vietnamese food at your wedding.

We had our wedding catered by Rangoli and the experience was immaculate. The owner, Satish, is friendly and explained all the details to us clearly and even did a walkthrough of our venue with us a couples months prior to our wedding. He made us feel confident about our choice. Catering service was attentive, professional, and perfect. The food is high quality and everyone loved it! Would recommend to everyone to use Rangoli as their catering option, both in their restaurant and at another venue.

Wow, is all I can say. Karl and his whole team were simply amazing! Chef Micheal prepared a wonderful feast, my guest were totally floored by the decoration and by the food. They are at the top of their game at all times!! Simply magnificent!!!!!

We booked Dave for our wedding at Byron Colby Barn, and we would strongly recommend Dave to anyone. Food: All of the food we sampled and selected was outstanding (especially the short rib). We are probably biased, but I thought it was the best wedding food I’ve ever had. Service: Dave and his staff were phenomenal. We met with Dave twice...once for the initial tasting and to gather details to get his initial proposal and then a second time a couple weeks before the wedding to finalize details. Both times Dave was helpful and willing to accommodate all of our requests and address all of our concerns. He met all of the necessary dietary constraints (at no additional cost). At the event, all of the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We’ve had several friends and family comment on how friendly the bartenders were (staffed by Dave). We definitely felt as though everyone there was there to make the night perfect for us. We didn’t have to worry about one thing during the entire event as Dave worked with our wedding planner to figure it all out. Again, we strongly recommend him!
