I used Miss Saigon Bistro for my Vietnamese Wedding Reception at the Newport Beachside. Hali was great with all my requests. We had 8 courses, family-style. Ours was the first big hotel wedding that Hali and Miss Saigon did, they usually do smaller parties at home. They did a wonderful job. All the food was delicious and served beautifully on huge family-style plates. The sizes were very generous as well. This is a family owned and operated business, as her sister runs the restaurant and her brother did the cooking. They put extreme care into the details and everything turned out great.

I highly recommend this caterer if you're Vietnamese or just want Vietnamese food at your wedding.
