It was important for my wife and I to have a wedding ceremony and reception that reflected both of us, and Caribbean Caterers (CC) played a pivotal role in helping us achieve what we set out to do. From the first call we had with Gillian at CC in October 2019 through the last call announced at our reception in October 2020 (and beyond!), Gillian and CC were an absolute pleasure to work with. Gillian and the CC team were so professional and friendly throughout the entire process. When we first talked to Gillian about our vision, she provided insight and suggestions we had not considered or thought were 'on the table'. My family is from Trinidad and Tobago and Bermuda and my wife's family is from Colombia, and CC were able to incorporate dishes and cocktails from both countries flawlessly. While the food and service were amazing, having a catering company that can also handle linens, table/chair rentals, and place settings was icing on the (wedding) cake! After COVID-19 hit, our plans fluctuated as we drew near to the wedding date. CC were flexible and patient as we sorted out venue and guest count changes. Thanks in part to CC, we didn’t have to worry about anything but limin’ on our wedding day!

We worked with Lauren Levine of Festive Foods and we could not have been happier with our experience. I cannot just describe Lauren as a caterer, because she is so much more than that. Lauren stepped in as a wedding planner and made the process of wedding planning very enjoyable and stress free! Deciding to work with Lauren was a simple decision because from the get-go she was very quick to respond to my initial inquiry and this responsiveness continued throughout the entire planning process. Lauren helped me out by providing recommendations for the rest of my vendors, including hair, makeup, florist, deejay, and transportation. All of which, we were beyond pleased with. We had stations at our wedding and the menu the Festive Foods chef produced for us was exactly what we wanted and delicious! All of our guests are still talking about how much they enjoyed the food at our reception. Lauren and all of the Festive Foods staff were very attentive and professional. The entire reception flowed effortlessly and not once did I feel an ounce of stress. I completely trusted Lauren and her capable staff of putting on an amazing and elegant affair for myself and my guests.

They are excellent. Claire Panagos is an excellent event planner. The food is delicious, well-priced, the staff is accommodating and guest oriented. Menu suggestions and ultimate results were as envisioned by the couple. All other professional services suggestions/recommendations were spot on and equally as professional. I am trying to figure out how to have another party, they made this one go so well.

Elegancia really delivered. Our wedding couln’t have functioned without them. Not only did they cater our food, Talmom advised us on the entirery of the reception, where he had catered before, and helped put up decorations and other things that other caterers wouldn’t have done. On top of that, they did their best to help us save money. They clearly have a lot of experience and that was an invaluable resource. The food was delicious! They customized the appetizers to our preference and had superb bartenders. All the guests enjoyed the entres and no-one left without being satisfied. Rodrigo has a way with food! They tell you something will always go wrong during your wedding. Little did I know that it was going to be balsamic vinager on my wedding dress. Their staff immediately noticed my spill and jumped to clean it up. As our chef, Rodrigo, was making sure I was eating, three staff ladies were clearing up any visible stain and made my dress look untouched. Elegancia made sure that not only our guests had a great time but that we (my now husband and I) had a fantastic, memorable, and care-free day. I had a lot of people come up to me and talk about how well taken care of they also felt and it was all due to Elegancia staff. Thank you for a beautiful day to remember.

Relish catered our small (12 people) wedding dinner, and it was A-MA-ZING! We were excited at the idea of how the fancy menu Alison and the Chef designed for us would play out, but reality surpassed our dream. Everything was incredibly DELICIOUS. The presentation was EXQUISITE. Just like pictured on their website: chic, modern, joyful... Everything we wanted. We were blown away by the talent of the Chef. Relish was also easy to work with. Around the event itself, their seamless organization was impressive: they took care of everything! On our big day, while we were a little stressed and busy doing our own things, they made sure everything was taken care of. Everything unfolded naturally, without us having to worry and without our input being needed. They just KNEW what to do, WHEN to do it... For example, we came back from our photography session (which was outside the premises) right before the ceremony, to find that our guests had been tended to in our absence. They had been served drinks and small bites by their wonderful waiters (top class waiters - marvelous at their job, attentive, discreet, with a ton of panache). We hadn't even thought of what our guests would do during that time… So instead of our guests waiting awkwardly for our return, they were happy and entertained. Our entire reception and dinner were a 5-star affair. We are grateful to the entire RELISH team.

Sharon is simply wonderful! She did everything to ensure that our draping was there when they said it would be. Top Hat's draping was beautiful and best of all CLEAN!

It was easy to work with the Big Greek Cafe and the food was amazing (everyone raved about it). Also, I ordered 2 falafel platters a couple of days before the wedding for 2 of my friends who are vegetarian and it was no issue at all. I'll definitely be visiting the restaurant next time I'm in town.

Medina catered the Shabbat dinner and wedding reception for our son's recent wedding. Shabbat dinner (buffet style/more casual) was delicious - a few told us the chicken was the best they’d ever had- and the staff was attentive and efficient. Michael was receptive to menu suggestions and changes. The wedding itself was elegant, and the food was spectacular - from the sushi to the Moroccan cigars to the main courses. Our friends are still raving about the food!

Adelaide did our wedding last summer, and I still have dreams about the delicious bbq and that mac & cheese!!mmmmmmmm. I’m a picky eater and normally do not like wedding food, but this was awesome — I’m actually glad the father of the bride had a long speech so I could savor every bite. Bea did such an amazing job, not just with the food, but going well above and helping my wife and I decorate (we were pretty clueless) - it was such a relief having her on the team and taking the stress off us and making everything turn out amazing. Cannot thank her & the team enough, and cannot recommend them more highly!! seriously, that meal was on point. We may need to get anniversary meals catered by them….
