Adelaide did our wedding last summer, and I still have dreams about the delicious bbq and that mac & cheese!!mmmmmmmm. I’m a picky eater and normally do not like wedding food, but this was awesome — I’m actually glad the father of the bride had a long speech so I could savor every bite. Bea did such an amazing job, not just with the food, but going well above and helping my wife and I decorate (we were pretty clueless) - it was such a relief having her on the team and taking the stress off us and making everything turn out amazing. Cannot thank her & the team enough, and cannot recommend them more highly!! seriously, that meal was on point. We may need to get anniversary meals catered by them….

We got so lucky finding Adelaide and even luckier that they were available on such short notice! We ultimately decided to use Adelaide because of their responsiveness. Bea was quick to respond but never pushy. Adelaide handled food, drink, set-up, clean-up, flowers...almost everything for our big day! It was so easy to use one vendor to handle all of these tasks. Many guests commented on how beautiful the bouquets were and how good the food was. We weren't disappointed, either. One of our guests said "this is the best wedding food I ever had" and several others raved about the mashed potatoes. Bea really did a good job coming up with a menu that fit our taste buds but also worked with the Maryland fall weather. We had a mild hiccup during the walk-through but Adelaide offered to make it up to us and they did exactly that. Their customer service was tremendous which was appreciated on a day so important to us. I'd definitely recommend Adelaide!

What an absolute pleasure it was to work with Adelaide Catering Company. From start to finish they made the planning of my wedding simple and exciting. From the flowers, to the DJ, staffing, decor and most of all the food 😋, everything was perfect and exactly what I had imagined. My husband and I got nothing but excellent feedback on how beautiful everything was and how DELICIOUS the food was. They blew everything out of the park. With 180 guests it was a much larger wedding than we had originally planned on, but Adelaide really made everything unforgettable. Especially thanks to Eric for dealing with my bridezilla a couple times during the process and foe calming my nerves every step of the way. I definitely recommend Adelaide for anyone’s special day!

Adelaide Catering Company was truly amazing! We worked with Bea and she went above and beyond for us. She coordinated with many other vendors to lessen the stress on us; this is something we incredibly appreciated. Not only was she able to coordinate the food and decoration but she was also able to coordinate with vendors for the cake, flowers, limo, and hotel--with great prices! She helped us get great deals with all of the vendors and we didn't even have to worry about contacting/coordinating with the vendors at all. Bea's catering company also had very reasonable prices. All catering and vendor pricing was conveniently put into our catering contract, which made payment super easy.
The only small downside is that communication was not the best at times; however, the service trumps everything!!
Another thing we want to note is how wonderful it was to come back to a hotel room with a cute note, champagne and a heart made out of roses on the bed. It was a BEAUTIFUL and thoughtful touch that we loved!
We really want everyone to know that Adelaide Catering Company did such a fantastic job on our wedding--minimal stress, seamless coordination and beautiful touches. We recommend this catering company 100%!
