Elegancia really delivered. Our wedding couln’t have functioned without them. Not only did they cater our food, Talmom advised us on the entirery of the reception, where he had catered before, and helped put up decorations and other things that other caterers wouldn’t have done. On top of that, they did their best to help us save money. They clearly have a lot of experience and that was an invaluable resource.

The food was delicious! They customized the appetizers to our preference and had superb bartenders. All the guests enjoyed the entres and no-one left without being satisfied. Rodrigo has a way with food!

They tell you something will always go wrong during your wedding. Little did I know that it was going to be balsamic vinager on my wedding dress. Their staff immediately noticed my spill and jumped to clean it up. As our chef, Rodrigo, was making sure I was eating, three staff ladies were clearing up any visible stain and made my dress look untouched. Elegancia made sure that not only our guests had a great time but that we (my now husband and I) had a fantastic, memorable, and care-free day. I had a lot of people come up to me and talk about how well taken care of they also felt and it was all due to Elegancia staff.

From the moment we met Talmom and Chef Ricardo my wife and I knew Elegancia was the right catering service for our wedding.

Talmom is a true gentleman who delivers outstanding service with a friendly demeanor second to none. Talmom guided my wife and me through the entire planning process and made superb recommendations. From choosing the right table linens, our colors, silverware, plates, chargers, decorations, and setting for our sweetheart table. Talmom went above and beyond to create the perfect experience and the wedding of our dreams.

Chef Ricardo is an amazing and talented chef. The food was amazing and everybody loved the food! Talmom and Chef Ricardo also gave great recommendations for varieties of desserts and fruits. They also suggested a coffee station, which our coffee lovers appreciated. Our guests are still talking about how delicious the was food! Every bite of the main course, appetizers, desserts, and wedding cake was delicious from the first serving to the last.
The food and entire experience with Elegancia are one of the most memorable things about our wedding.

I meant to write a review of Talmom and Chef Ricardo after our 75-person wedding in October, but it slipped my mind in the post-nuptial haze. Fortunately, I was reminded yesterday when I met up with a friend (seven months after the event) who was still talking about how good the food at our wedding was. To be clear: this is a friend I talk to often, so it's not like this is the first time I'd seen him since. Elegancia's food really is so good that people will be talking about it months after.

Talmom and Chef Ricardo are fantastic to work with. They had so many great ideas about how to turn our vague description of what we were looking for into a beautiful event. Since we didn't know what we were doing, there were several suggestions that I was doubtful about, but the outcome for each one was wonderful thanks to Elegancia's experience and enthusiasm. We got great personal attention from Talmom—he was always available to call and talk through anything that had come up and regularly sent pictures of other events he was putting together to give us ideas and show us how different pieces looked in real life. We had a budget, and Talmom was able to work with us to make sure we got amazing food and a great event for the money.

We cannot recommend them enough. They elevated our wedding above and beyond our expectations and were a big part of making our day a big success.

Talmon and Ricardo are a delight to work with. The food is perfectly cooked and superb. The wedding guest gave us so many compliments on our choice of caterer. They took excellent care of my daughter and son in law and made sure they had all the appetizers and food brought to their table. I am over the top happy with them.

I don't know from where to begin... Since day one Talmom was able to work with us. Our wedding got postponed due to COVID19 and honestly Talmom made it such a flexible change of date. He made sure we get the food we like and the decorations we pick and made it super affordable for us. He did way more than his job as a cater. He helped us put a timeline together for the whole day and to plan everything out. He went out of his way few times to make sure our needs are met. In addition, Ricardo the chef, he is one of the sweetest people we dealt with during the wedding process. His food is extraordinary and his hospitality made everyone very comfortable. We were truly blessed to have Elegancia be our cater for this special day! Highly recommned.

Talmon and the entire Elegancia catering staff went above and beyond for our day. The quality of the food was top notch and reasonable price as well. Talmon is also very easy to work with and was willing to accommodate many of our last minute changes. I would highly recommend this caterer.

I cannot even express the importance of the role Talmom and his team played in making our wedding day PERFECT. From the very beginning we felt comfortable trusting him 100% with food, linens, decor, staff, everything. Talmom guided us through the whole planning process, giving suggestions and offering guidance for every single question we had. There was a sense of security that Talmom gave us, and it paid off because he came through not only with what he had promised us, but so much more. I would work with Talmom and his team 100x over. I am going to miss the planning process with him so much. I haven’t even gotten to his wonderful chef yet! He was so sweet, so accommodating to our American/Salvadoran wedding. We had a salmon, beef tenderloin carving station, and a vegetarian pasta buffet. It was to die for. I wish I could eat it everyday. My favorite was the corn soufflé, unlike anything I have ever tasted. My guests were so pleased with the quality of the meal. All in all I wish I could tell the whole world how amazing elegancia is. Talmom was made to do this with his life, he is an absolute gem, a professional and an amazing person on top of it all.

Talmom and Ricardo are by far one of the nicest people we met during our wedding process. It was a pleasure knowing them and they helped take the stress off our shoulders!
