His staff are professional, fun, caring and went above and beyond to treat each guest with genuine kindness and made sure every detail of our wedding reception and cocktail hour were absolutely perfect. The first time we talked to Que, we were working with a short timeline and had a lot of things on our list that needed to be checked off. We clicked with his vibe immediately and he was able to connect us with every single vendor we needed as well as coordinate the estimates, payments, set up and every detail both big and small in the months leading up to the wedding and on the big day itself. He made everything so easy and we fully trusted him to handle our logistical details. His dedication to professionalism and making sure we had everything we needed and wanted was exceptional. His company and staff created a friendly, family atmosphere at our wedding and everyone in attendance loved the food and staff. The special touches that Que provided on our wedding day including serving us as the bride and groom our own chosen meals and personally being there to ensure everything was running smoothly made our wedding truly enjoyable and memorable. His communication and attention to detail were excellent. He made the wedding planning process fun and stress free! No sauce Que is a dream come true!! Everyone knows one of the most important meals happen at a wedding, people want to know what food will you serve to those who you love the most. My husband and I come from a culinary family -with my mom being an executive chef at USC, My taste buds were extremely picky. Que and his team rose to the occasion surpassing all hopes ! Our caterer, Que and his team, were truly one of the highlights of our wedding day. From the incredible food to the unmatched service, they exceeded every expectation we had and played a huge role in making our celebration so special.

The food was absolutely phenomenal. Our guests could not stop talking about the deviled eggs and wings served during cocktail hour—they were gone almost as quickly as they were set out! The main meal of meatloaf and turkey was equally amazing. Everything was flavorful, comforting, and felt like a homemade meal prepared with care. It perfectly matched the rustic, welcoming atmosphere we wanted for our wedding and made our guests feel right at home.

What truly set Que and his team apart, though, was their service. They went far beyond simply catering our event. Throughout the day, they treated us like family and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. One moment I'll never forget is when they helped me with my veil right before I walked down the aisle. That level of kindness, thoughtfulness, and attention is something you simply cannot put a price on.

By the end of the day, Que and his team felt less like vendors and more like part of our wedding family. Their food was incredible, their pricing was fair, and their service was beyond anything we could have imagined.

On September 20, 2024 NO SAUCE QUE catered our son and future daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner. Since the rehearsal dinner and wedding took place at our home on the water in Ridge, MD, we had ample space to invite the entire wedding part, family, and any out-of-town guests. So, NO SAUCE QUE brought their amazing food truck down to our place and started smoking meats for over 100 guests on-site more than 5 hours before the event. The food was incredible! The brisket was incredibly tender and flavorful, and the ribs fell off the bone. They smoked chicken wings for the appetizer table along with the BBQ meats and salads served from the truck. The service was seamless, and no one had to wait in line.

NO SAUCE QUE's owner, Que Brinkley, was amazing to work with. He was incredibly accommodating and even made changes to the menu at the last minute. They served smoked chicken wings, pork ribs, beef brisket, fried rock fish (a delicious homage to Southern MD), mac & cheese, and a fresh garden salad.

I would highly recommend NO SAUCE QUE for any large or small event. Their food is amazing, they are easy to work with, and they are very professional. Don't hesitate to contact No Sauce Que for your next event – you won't be disappointed!

My daughter wanted a "food truck wedding". Her parents (us) envisioned a wedding that honored what she and her groom wanted but was also a bit more upscale to match the expectations of the many guests who would arrive dressed up in their best wedding attire. Qwente and his crew found the perfect balance of the two visions.


As the mother of the bride and a Type A personality, I fretted over the details of the event. I was both the mom of the bride and the wedding planner (this was my first and only wedding event to plan, so I was unsure of what would and would not work). We had a beautiful outdoor venue, so I worried about the weather, of course, but my next biggest point of stress was whether or not a food truck would be able to feed nearly 120 guests in a timely manner with food that was hot and delicious? The answer (to my relief) was a resounding YES.


Having the truck rather than a traditional caterer meant that the food was hot and fresh since it was being cooked and prepared right there on location in the truck.

After the ceremony, Q and his crew began serving appetizers. He had four of the most amazing attendants walking around offering smoked wings, seasoned shrimp, and fresh vegetable cups to our guests while the wedding party had their formal photos done. The appetizers were fabulous and I could not have asked for a better group of men; the servers were attentive, responsive, incredibly polite, and professional in their roles.


During the planning process, we shared that we wanted table service, but we did not want assigned tables, nor did we want a buffet. I realized that these could have made serving the tables a cumbersome task, but Q offered the solution of using guests order cards and it worked perfectly (just ask him about it).


Throughout every step of the process, I felt that Q was listening to what we wanted and was working to make it happen. He did not force his own "tried and true" process on us, but rather, he worked with us to create the event that we wanted. My daughter has several friends that are vegetarians so using a BBQ truck as our caterer could have been a bit tricky. We asked if he could serve a vegetarian option and we suggested buffalo cauliflower. No only did he accept the challenge of offering a vegetarian option from a BBQ truck, he experimented with the cauliflower for a month until he created a dish that he was willing to put his name on. Q offered his professional guidance throughout so no detail was overlooked.


We would not hesitate for a single second to hire No Sauce Que again for any event whether it was a backyard picnic, a corporate event, or, like our recent event, a formal wedding. Our guests, both young and old, had nothing but praise for the staff, the service provided, and the food.

Mr. Brinkley and the NoSauceQue have provided exceptional service since our first time trying them at their first food truck in Waldorf. When my husband, Erik, and I were thinking about caterers for our outdoor wedding reception, we knew we wanted something different. We wanted someone with dietary options and a different cuisine not traditionally served at a wedding. NoSauceQue fit the bill! Our first consultation yielded a full menu with something for our chicken eaters, pork/beef eaters, and our seafood lovers like me. My husband even requested the NoSauceQue barbecue sauce as a favor and Mr. Brinkley happily obliged. We had 2-3 more Zoom sessions before handing over to our coordinator, including clarifying emails about paperware, beverages, and those exceptional sides. The day of our reception Mr. Brinkley was there early and setup to handle our 175 guests with made to order meals. I most enjoyed the barbecue jumbo shrimp appetizer and the catfish (seafood lover!!) and my husband love all the barbecue items (smoked wings, chopped bbq, ribs). Those baked beans and baked mac and cheese sides are my weakness. Whenever he caters in the area I request them for myself. Our guests loved the food truck experience and most importantly the food and service from NoSauceQue! We even ran it back for our second baby gender reveal and our guests were in heaven. NoSauceQue has been a blessing to us and we highly recommend his services for any catering event!!

WOW! We had the absolute pleasure of having No Sauce Que cater our wedding November of 2023, and we are still getting calls about how amazing the food was. We opted for full service, with cooking onsite and the beverage center, which in my opinion was the only way to go.We have been to the truck many times, and my husband is a fan of the pork chop and ribs, so we opted for the brisket, with the fried fish and ribs. Baby the fish!!! The fried rockfish was the best fried fish I have ever had and guest were asking if the rockfish was a staple on the truck. My only regret is not getting to eat all of my food that night.

We had No Sauce Que cater our wedding and the experience was exceptional! Every review that we received from our guests spoke so highly of the service from the staff and the taste of the food! A huge bonus was that they provided a variety of food that catered to our requested dietary restrictions for our guests. No Sauce Que was very flexible throughout the process and offered great recommendations that helped complete our menu. The process of finding a caterer can be one of the most challenging steps in wedding planning and No Sauce Que made the process 1000x easier. I highly recommend No Sauce Que to cater your next event.
