  This catering company in my opinion goes above and beyond the call of a catering company. They are professional and personable at the same time. And the food is "DELICIOUS" .. trust me you won't be disappointed!! I used them as caterers for my husband's milestone surprise birthday party.

  What can we say about Chef Steven Wilson and his crew, but simply marvelous, professional, God Sent, he made our wedding absolutely wonderful. Everyone ranted and raved about the food!!! Chef repeatedly bought us plates of food because ours kept getting cold due to everyone talking to us. Chef shooed them away,he was like "let them eat!" Chef Steven was our protector and our caterer! We were on a budget and he really really accommodated me and my husband's budget. Chef and his team helped my decorating crew to decorate the entire venue. Chef was just amazing, We cannot Express how pleased we were with the professional service and the amazing tasting food. We will be using Minute Event Catering forever, he is now the family caterer. We would definitely absolutely recommend Chef Steven Wilson and Minute Event Catering!!!

  Minute Events Catering was so professional through the whole entire process of planning my wedding , not to mention, I never tasted not one dish . I went on there professionalism , there presentation and my faith . I was so impressed and very very pleased with EVERYTHING, the taste of his food let you know that his passion for his gift and the way he presents it let you know that he loves what he does!!! I was so highly pleased !!! May God continue to bless him and his company !!!!! I thank Minute Events from the bottom of my heart for there expertise !!!!

She was well informative and from the my first phone call, she made me feel so special.(know matter how many phone calls I made or questions I asked she always had a pleasant manner to her.)

  I absolutely loved my caterer! Steve was very friendly and kept in touch during the entire planning time. He went to the venue to view the site ahead of time. He also made a change that seemed to be a big deal turn into a very small deal! He decorated my venue and set-up all my extras! The food was fabulous! He gave me several new plates because I didn't have a lot of time to eat and by the time I did the food was cold! He had a payment option that you could pay on line in weekly payments! We will use him again for sure!!

  My husband and I had the best experience with Steven and his crew! He went above and beyond from day 1. We didn’t know what to expect with minute events but our expectations were far from exceeded! The pride in their work shines though in every detail – some of which I didn’t even know about until we received our wedding photographer’s pictures. He took care of every bump our wedding vendor throw at him with grace and professionalism. Since we had a cocktail style reception my biggest concern up until the big day was not having the chance to eat since I anticipated our guests interrupting us, ect. It was such a wonderful surprise that he made my new husband and I our own plates which were beautifully arranged at our “sweet heart” table and that he checked on us throughout the event! Our guests still are raving on how great the food was. You will not be disappointed hiring minute events for the most memorable day of your life, we are sure glad we did! Thank you Minute Events

  I really don't have enough positive things to say about Minute events! Steven and Chantel were incredibly accommodating and made sure the process was as easy as possible for us! Steven also prioritized making sure that my fiancé and I had eaten since most couples don't get to eat at their weddings. The tasting at their site was also really helpful and the food was delicious! Everyone told us how much they loved our reception (breakfast for dinner) and you will definitely not regret hiring them! I almost wish we could get married again just so we could work with them!

  I knew from the moment we met for the tasting Minute Events Catering would be the perfect choice for our wedding. They made our wedding reception so enjoyable. Chef Steven brought his own joyful and bubbly personality to our reception which made it even more enjoyable. The food was fresh and hot and delicious. The presentation was nothing but perfection. A very rare find!

  Minute Events definitely went above and beyond with our wedding helping with the set up. Also, the food was delicious and you can't beat the value. However they didn't quite pay attention to all the little details as well as I had hoped. In the end everything turned out decently though
