  Foothills Catering catered and bartended our wedding of about 75 guests.

  All our guests raved about the food. We highly recommend the artichoke stuffed chicken and the strawberry caprese salad. Also, one of our guests was gluten free and they were able to change their sauces in our buffet to gluten free to accommodate for our guests.
  
  They were efficient in their set-up and clean-up process. They also did a wonderful job of taking care of us (bride and groom) throughout the night offering us food and beverages when needed. We highly recommend Foothills Catering!

  Great and affordable caterer!

  We could not have asked for a better caterer for our wedding day. We had Foothills Catering provide our food, bar service, and linens for our wedding at the Rist Canyon Inn in Laporte, CO. The one stop shop was very convenient and affordable for our needs. One note is that Foothills Catering does not provide anything for the bar besides the bartender themselves, so you will need to provide your own cups/cocktail napkins/alcohol/ice, etc. We had a buffet with pulled pork, jackfruit, and artichoke chicken. My brother said it was the best wedding food he had ever had! We received many compliments on the food. It actually rained during our wedding and Beverly still ran the outside bar with a smile on her face and raindrops in her hair :). Their attitude was very positive, and I would highly recommend this vendor for a wedding caterer without breaking your bank. We really appreciated the little things like remembering our preferred drinks and meals when my husband and I sat down and bringing us appetizers after the ceremony. Thank you Foothills Catering!

  Incredible Food, Incredible Service and Incredible Pricing!

  We could not possibly be happier with the food and service we received from the Foothills Catering team for our wedding last Saturday. We received SO many compliments from our guests on how delicious it was. Nikki is flexible, communicative and so easy to work with she practically makes the process effortless. Will absolutely be hiring her in the future for any and all of our catering needs (and may just have to throw a couple of random events for an excuse to order a ton of their amazing pulled pork). This time around happened to be my own wedding, but being an event coordinator myself, I will definitely be recommending Foothills Catering to all of our clients!

  Amazing to work with!

  Start to finish they were amazing to work with. They helped answer all of our issues (picky eaters in our family), the more I went over options with them the less stressed I was about my choice. (You cannot put a price on less stress!) Day of they were prompt and I knew everything was handled. So many complements, even from my MIL.

  Absolute perfection

  The food was amazing along with the service. We had everything set up outside for the reception but then rain came in abruptly and they had to rush to get food and tables and flowers inside quickly not to mention cooking the food and making sure we were happy. Over all it couldn't have been better!
