An absolute fairytale of a wedding. Everything we could’ve hoped for and more. The venue looked absolutely beautiful, the weather was perfect and all the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. It was truly the perfect day and I wish I could do it over again and again and again!

It was such a lovely experience at Bernardo Winery and working with Terry. She was very patient and kind with us and answered all our questions. We had a very small wedding and intimate setting, and they worked with our budget. It was a perfect setting and night for our wedding. The staff was all so wonderful and accomodating as well. I couldn’t be happier!

Monserate Winery completely exceeded our expectations as a wedding venue. While it’s already stunning on its own, actually seeing our wedding come to life there made it feel a hundred times more beautiful and special. The entire experience felt seamless thanks to the amazing team—every representative we worked with was professional, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. A special thank you to our coordinator, Meilee, who was incredibly helpful, honest, and responsive throughout the process. She made everything feel manageable and stress-free, which is priceless when planning a wedding. We truly feel so lucky to have found Monserate Winery and even luckier that we were able to secure our date. We couldn’t recommend this venue more highly.

It’s been about a month since our daughter’s wedding, and the family is still talking about it! This venue we knew was going to be perfect, but it really was beyond perfect! All the vendors were wonderful! Friendly and professional! Being the MOB, I got to enjoy the entire day and didn’t worry or wonder about a thing! This venue is quaint and classy. PERFECT set up for the ceremony, the cocktail hour, dinner inside a room that feels like a castle, the food set up, the area to chat and hang out… and…..big and clean bathrooms!!!! Then there’s the dessert! Freshly made donuts or churros right in front of you! If you are planning a wedding for 100 people or under… this is it!! Amazing job Forgotten Barrel!! Thank you for all your efforts to make sure our day was amazing!

After having been a fan of their wonderful wines for several years, my fiance and I selected Shadow Mountain Vineyards as the location for our small winery wedding in September 2009. Shadow Mountain provides a gorgeous winery setting for small events of 75 people or fewer. Their wedding package included all lighting, tables, chairs, place settings, etc at one reasonable cost. Pam (who owns the winery with her husband Alex, the wine maker) provides the catering and did an amazing job with our food. We received many compliments on it--especially on the tri-tip that we served (also my favorite). Pam also went above and beyond the call of duty to help us find a back-up photographer when our previously-booked photographer canceled at the last minute. If you're interested in getting married at a winery in a gorgeous mountain setting and want something a little less formal and a lot more affordable than what Temecula has to offer, Shadow Mountain would be the perfect venue for you!

We hosted a 58-person wedding at the SD Wine and Culinary Center in February 2022. We chose it for a handful of reasons. The location was fantastic (we really liked having the option of continuing the afterparty downtown); the food and beverage options were top-notch; the staff were incredibly kind, organized, and accommodating; and it wasn't exorbitantly expensive like a lot of other venues around town. I also loved how we were able to use the space--with different rooms available at different times, and the patio with fire pits available all night for guests who wanted some more chill moments. I actually went through 3 different day-of wedding coordinators through the venue (because of staff changes due to COVID and other factors), but the transitions were honestly flawless. They were incredibly organized and I felt confident that I would be taken care of the entire time. I ended up with Erin as my day-of, and she was absolutely wonderful. My wedding was fairly DIY, but she helped take care of everything to make the night flawless. And I also want to note that Liz, the beverage coordinator, is just incredible. She helped with so much this past year, and she went above and beyond to make everything fit our vision. I really can't speak highly enough of my experience here.

We hosted our wedding last week at Stone Chapel Vineyards and it was amazing. Everyone had wonderful comments on how beautiful it was with the flowers. The whole staff is amazing. They are so friendly and attentive to all our needs. Thank you for everything!

Our welcome event at Stone Brewing was the perfect way to welcome folks to San Diego for our destination wedding! ! Guests enjoyed the food, music, and drinks. We held the event outside, they'd put up string lights, had a buffet ready, and tables were setup with nice tables clothes and plenty of seating. They'd taken care of everything! We're very thankful to Sydney who we were in contact for coordinating as well as all the staff on the day, we're so appreciative of the event they were able to put on for our guests!

It was very cute and the staff was very attentive but we went with the Wood Shed instead. There are a lot of homeless people in the neighborhood and didn’t feel comfortable asking family to leave their cars in the area.
