From the very first meeting to the moment we said “I do,” our experience at the Hilton was nothing short of perfect. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our wedding coordinator, Catherine “Kate” Hughes. She was an absolute delight to work with every single step of the way. Wedding planning can be overwhelming, and there were moments I felt all over the place — but Kate always knew exactly how to communicate with me, stay flexible, and make me feel completely at ease. She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, and it truly showed on our wedding day. Every single detail was flawless. Coordination was seamless, everything ran smoothly, and there was truly nothing we would change. Kate has a special gift for making you feel seen and celebrated. We also stayed in the bridal suite, which was absolutely amazing. Getting ready there with our crew, listening to music, and soaking in the excitement of the day made it feel like we had the whole hotel to ourselves. It was such a special, memorable experience. As bride and groom, we both wholeheartedly recommend the Hilton for your wedding — and specifically request Kate Hughes as your coordinator. She will make your day everything you dreamed of and more.

I can’t say enough good things about the wonderful service and beautiful venue provided by MVCC! What set it apart from other venues were the upfront costs - we did not feel like we were being nickeled and dimed. For example, there was no surcharge for bringing in your own dessert vendor. You are required to use MVCC catering, but the food taste and presentation was excellent. It is, after all, a private country club that runs its own restaurant year-round. We were pleasantly surprised to see our final bill, which did NOT include cancelled dinner entrees or unopened wine bottles. Patricia (event coordinator) responded to all of my emails, no matter how trivial, in 24 hours or less. On our wedding day, she not only made sure every detail was taken care of, but also personally attended to us so that we could also enjoy the events rather than feel like hosts the entire time. The venue served as a great all-in-one site for our small wedding of 75 with a ceremony room, reception ballroom with dance floor, cocktail area and patio, and of course beautiful green grounds for our pictures. Our wedding was in late May, so the flower garden was not in full bloom. However, the bridge, fountain, grass, and trees provided suitable backdrops. During our ceremony, golfers must have been temporarily stopped from walking past the window, because our pictures did not include random people teeing off in the background! I would recommend MVCC to any couple looking for a seamless and budget-friendly experience.

The Millennium Hotel was an incredible wedding venue! Mark and Fatima were great to work with, the food was good, and all of the staff did a great job ensuring everything went smoothly on our wedding day. Also, the views really are stunning. So many people took photos in the dome, and it was incredible to have our first dance under the open sky. I would highly recommend the Millennium Hotel, and I would recommend getting a quote, even if you think it may be too expensive. We didn't think it was going to fit in our budget, but we reached out just in case, and it actually did!

They were so easy to work with along the planning journey and on the day of they were so friendly and excited for me and my husband. I had last minute changes and they were so accommodating . They do have an exclusive caterer which scared me at first but they were just amazing as the venue staff.

We held our wedding reception at FIVE on 10/12/19. We booked the venue in August of 2018 after seeing a number of venues in the Twin Cities. Nothing compared to the modern/upscale industrial feel that FIVE has. Their price is unbeatable and they are so easy to work with. They have a lot of fantastic vendor partners and are willing to help you with any crazy or unique ideas that you may have (please see more details below). We originally did our planning with Shauna but after she moved we began working with Renee who was absolutely fantastic. She made us feel so calm and secure that our day would go just as we had hoped for. Cannot recommend FIVE enough! We had 175 guests, 20 guest tables, a pizza buffet, a photo booth, a dessert table and a popcorn bar table. FIVE did a fantastic job helping us coordinate all of our special requests (we had a mobile wood fire pizza oven for dinner and individualized MN craft beer flights).

Absolutely amazing venue. They have many beautiful options for both the ceremony and reception. Their teams works close with you through the whole process. Stacey was amazing in communication with me. She was quick to respond to any emails I had. Would definitely recommend this venue to others and if I ever have another big event, would definitely book with them again.

The coordinator was very helpful throughout the process giving us many options for our stay. They were able to easily facilitate passing out a guest card with shuttle information and restaurant options in the area. The bar staff was great as we had a post wedding get together there and they were super friendly and accommodating! It was great knowing everything was being taken care of and we could focus on relaxing. The ramp did take a bit to navigate to but the signage was excellent and loading was easy out front of the hotel. Would totally recommend for an event or just a downtown hotel stay.

If you want to blow your guests away and have the night of your life, this is the place to do it. My husband and I wanted to make sure that our wedding felt like a big party, and this venue was definitely the right choice for that. The food was amazing, the drinks were good, and the setup allowed us to easily have a live band which put everything over the top in the best way. Lori and Elise were great to work with, and helped make our night perfect. We have had so many guests contact us in the 3 weeks since our big day saying it was the best wedding they had ever been to! It was incredible, I cannot say enough good things about this venue!

Kaylie was very accommodating and made this experience easy. She was very helpful with providing information and making sure nothing was missed. And the day of the event, staff was wonderful, food was great. I will definitely recommend. Rachel was also very professional and helpful as well.

I worked with Loews to help plan my sisters wedding. We hosted the evening reception in the gorgeous onsite restaurant. Everything went perfect that evening, the wedding coordinator Carrie was very helpful and so was the onsite staff. The best part of the experience was definitely the food. Most of our guests were from out of town and they were all impressed by their rooms and the top-tier service provided by the hotel staff. I highly recommend Loews as a wedding venue.
