Bunker Hills Event Center

Thank you Bunker Hills Event Center! I am writing this as the mother-of-the-bride review, as I did most of the planning for my daughters wedding on October 12, 2024. First off, I could not have chosen a better event venue for our wedding reception and dance. We had the wedding at a separate location and having a wedding & reception at two separate locations adds so much more planning and coordination. I had a distinct vision for the evening, and Kelene, the Caterering Events Manager, allowed my dream and vision come to life. She was exceptional down to every detail. She answered every email & question with professionalism and kindness. I did ask a lot of questions too, and they were always answered with grace and understanding. What I asked, she worked with me on. She understood that these events are once in a lifetime, and her guidance was exceptional. The food was also exceptional. We had so many compliments on how amazing the food was. We had sliced sirloin and chardonnay/cream type chicken, with roasted carrots, potatoes, salad, dessert shooters and cupcakes. Amazing! The meat was tender and flavorful, really the best wedding buffet meal I have ever had. The rest of the evening crew that worked on October 12, 2024 was amazing too. All the servers were kind and exceptional. They cleaned off the tables and gathered all the decorations up and put them on tables so we could leave promptly. My feet hurt from dancing, and the main lady in charge, told me to sit and they would do the work. The experience from beginning to end was exceptional. As far as the cost of everything goes, my husband and I found it comparable to other venues, and we had no surprises as what the total bill would be. Kelene, was transparent with the cost of everything, and we understood the process from beginning to end. Overall, it was perfect. It was exactly what I dreamed it would be. I can’t say enough good things about Bunker Hills Event Center. We had our wedding there on 9/30/23 and everything was absolutely perfect.

We worked with Cambrie and she was amazing! She was so willing to work with me and answer any of my questions literally at any time of the day. When I emailed her, she would email me back within 10 minutes. She made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it and she was so well organized.

The food was incredible - try the beef short ribs, all of our guests were raving about it after. The homemade apple crisp was to die for. And I highly recommend doing the late night pizza! Guests loved it.

We got ready at the venue, and it was perfect. When we arrived at 9 AM, Cambrie had our mimosas already in the room chilled and ready for us to drink! We were able to order breakfast or anything else from the Kendall’s menu which was really nice.

This was a really great wedding venue and I highly recommend! I felt so confident that everything was going to go well with the amount of hands on deck. I am so grateful for all of the staff - servers and bartenders who served us all night - and even helped me with cleanup at the end of the night when everyone else bailed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I had my wedding at Bunker Hills 9.16 and it was absolutely fantastic. I have wanted my wedding here since I can remember! Along with the beautiful venue there were so many fantastic spots to take pictures. Bunker Hills staff and coordinator were there from the beginning until the end. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, expertise and friendly staff. We had a large wedding and they made everything go so smoothly to make it a perfect and magical day! Thank you to the all the staff at Bunker Hills! I would relive this day over and over again if I could!

I am soooo grateful and happy that we chose Bunker Hills Event Center to have our wedding reception (May 20, 2023). For the longest time I didn't even want to book a venue since I was worried it would involve tons of dreaded planning. Thank God I finally did though because our wedding reception was unforgettable, beautiful & nearly stress free!

Cambrie McCollor (Sales Manager) was our main point of contact - from our tour, tasting, and miscellaneous planning, all the way to our wedding day. I honestly don't think I could have done this without her positive/calming attitude, and overwhelming help! I literally feel like we showed up for our wedding and everything was taken care of making everything fall right into place - seamlessly. Cambrie was very accommodating, easy to work with and always responded before I would've expected.

The bridal party was able to get ready at Bunker, then go out on the golf course for some beautiful photos. We had an off-site ceremony but when we got back the grand ballroom was beautiful - the staff and my friends/family did such a great job putting everything together. The food was phenomenal - we received so many compliments on the taste as well as the portions!

They have a beautiful yard to have your ceremony but since I already had my ceremony venue Cambrie gave me the idea to have our first dance outside with our loved ones surrounding us! How cool.

I can't say enough good things about Bunker Hills Event Center. This venue is absolutely beautiful and the staff are amazing! I can't wait to book other miscellaneous events here in the future!

Just photographed my first wedding reception there and was very impressed! The space is large enough to host 150+ guests, the staff was very friendly, and the food was fantastic! Hope to photograph many more weddings at Bunker Hills!

Between C.J and Emily our experience with Bunker Hills was extraordinary! Everything was perfect through the end of the night. Sometimes you go to a food tasting and it’s good, but the actual food during the event isn’t as good. That was not the case at all, exquisite! The wedding package was wonderful with everything being included for one price. Definitely made planning and organizing everything much easier. Thank you to the whole team for making our day more than perfect!

We got married at Bunker in July of 2019 and had an incredible experience! The space is beautiful and very open. The food was amazing, I had guests telling me for weeks how great the food was. The service was amazing both on our wedding day and throughout the wedding process. Bunker made me feel at ease through it all! I would highly recommend!

Just recently had my wedding reception at Bunker Hills Event Center. Everything was amazing! The dream team Callie, Diane, and Courtney were so helpful and went above and beyond the months before the event and the day of my event! They were always available to answer any questions or concerns a bride may had. They made the whole planning process super easy and were very accommodating! The chef Ben was so great and the food was amazing! All of the other staff members were so kind and helpful! They made my whole day wonderful and that more special because I knew with them I did not need to worry about anything! Thanks again to all the staff members at Bunker Hills Event Center for making our wedding the greatest day ever!

My husband and I had our ceremony and reception at Bunker Hills Event Center on June 10, 2017 and everything was absolutely amazing! Bunker Hills offers a beautiful outdoor space for the ceremony as well as a gorgeous indoor ballroom for the reception. The space granted us the wedding of our dreams; it was everything we hoped for and more. We worked with Diane Nichols through-out the planning process and she was fantastic. She was very responsive to any questions we had and she made the planning process easy! We could tell she loves her job! The day of our wedding Ann, Chef Ben and a team from Bunker Hills helped us with everything! They were very friendly and helpful! I received many compliments and comments about the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff at Bunker Hills and I couldn't agree more; they were fantastic! I also received endless compliments on the food! Everyone loved their meal and I really appreciated that Chef Ben came out at the end of the night to make sure everything was okay. We would definitely recommend Bunker Hills Event Center to anyone! Thank you so much to Diane, Ann, Chef Ben and all the staff at Bunker Hills for everything!

We will be having our wedding at Bunker Hills Event Center in October, but I felt inclined to write a review about our process so far. The staff (specifically Diane!) is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and committed. Any emails with questions were promptly answered and I sense a genuine care. I went to an open house they held about two months ago and Diane remembered who I was and remembered the details about the wedding. I hadn't seen her since August/September. I am excited to share a review after the wedding. Fully recommend them!
