Country Club Wedding Venues in Minnesota

Thumper Pond is the most beautiful spot to have an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. In 2015 they created a new ceremony spot and it is absolutely STUNNING! My pictures have been breath-taking because the pond with the fountain is in the background :) Then move indoors to huge glass windows and wood work all around. I'm telling you pictures are amazing at Thumper and you hardly need to decorate because it is naturally beautiful. Also the staff at Thumper Pond are absolutely AMAZING! Jackie and Brad are were great to work with and they made accommodations to all my needs. The only comments I received related to our grooms dinner in their clubhouse (catering by the bar below). I would recommend going elsewhere as the food was mediocre...

The staff at Majestic Oaks did a fantastic job with our wedding and reception. Nikki Bos made sure everything was planned for and was a great resource for my husband and me. Our guests commented how nice everything was and how much fun they had.

Every single person we worked with at Dellwood went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend absolutely amazing. We worked with Katie from day 1 and she was such an important part of our Big Day. She was such a calming, joyful energy that made things happen for us. The venue is so beautiful, it was affordable and we are still getting compliments on how great the food was. The bartenders were wonderful and they worked with our cake company, Buttercream, which made that easier for us too. My family rented an Airbnb on White Bear Lake so the girls got ready there and the guys were able to hang out/get ready in the Simulator Room which the guys all loved. They recently did a remodel and it is beautiful! The location was very convenient to make a "wedding weekend" in White Bear Lake for our out of town guests, as there is so much to do there. We were able to have our Grooms/Rehearsal Dinner on Friday night in the Fireside Room at Dellwood and that was such a wonderful experience as well! I cannot recommend Dellwood enough, our experience could not have been better. Thank you thank you thank you Dellwood!!!

My daughter recently had her wedding at Town and Country Club, and there was only one word to describe the event ..... PERFECT! Their special event and catering director Emma was so wonderful to work with. She was very organized and helped take the stress out of wedding planning. Everyone we worked with at Town and Country Club was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The chef was amazing! When we went to the tasting, he presented such beautiful and tasty plates of food, and he promised every plate served on the wedding day would look just as wonderful. And he was right! The food was amazing!! We chose walleye, boneless short rib, and parmesan chicken as our main entrees. All three meal choices were excellent, and people are still talking about how delicious and generous the food was and how beautifully it was presented. It was definitely not your typically wedding food. The other compliment we have been hearing over and over from our guests was how beautiful the venue and grounds were. We were fortunate to have gorgeous weather so we had a wonderful outdoor social hour. The lush green lawn and colorful flowers made everything look that much more festive and were a perfect backdrop for wedding photos. The indoor area was just as wonderful. The room was spacious, had a generous dance floor and bar area, and lots of beautiful woodwork and large chandeliers. The whole west side of the room had huge windows that overlooked the river and downtown skyline. The only decorations we added were some flowers, candles and greenery on the tables. I am so glad my daughter and son-in-law chose Town and Country Club for their wedding venue. It was so much easier to have a venue that provided everything, rather than having to coordinate separate catering and alcohol providers, rent linens, tables/chairs, lighting, sound systems, etc. I give Town and Country Club my highest recommendation.

We can't say enough good about Rush Creek and their team for making our wedding reception one that was beautiful, delicious, a great time, and EASY for us as a couple. Aimee and her staff allowed us to enjoy our wedding week as we simply dropped decorations off Tuesday and didn't do any other work at the venue until we showed up Saturday night. The service was great, food was delicious and we would most definitely recommend for others to make their day incredible at Rush Creek!

We could not say enough good things about Blackberry Ridge. Our event coordinator really sold us with how attentive and quickly she got back to us on communication. The venue itself is beautiful with big windows and overlooking the driving range where our ceremony was held. It really felt like a family run business, the night of our wedding every staff I came across would stop my husband or I and ask if needed anything or if we were good and had everything we needed. We chose the premium package where they set up and tear down for us which I will praise and recommend until the day I die. Their food was excellent we got so many compliments on our dishes, appetizers and the late night pizza! The day tan so smooth and we could not ask for a better venue or staff!

This was an amazing course for both our ceremony and reception! Amazing space, food, staff! Beautiful wedding place!

The River Falls Golf Club is offers space for up to 250 guests, beautiful and well-kept grounds, scenic views (including a great view of the sunset), and a lovely patio. We had 225 guests and had no problem arranging tables to accommodate them all. Even simple decor dresses up the space to suit a formal event. Our guests enjoyed the patio that is directly accessible from the main seating area/dance floor for fresh air, a change of scenery, and cigars. Working with RFGC was easy. Heidi coordinated everything with the venue and the caterer (made extra easy because she is the contact person for both RFGC and Pairfection Catering). Finding a place that could accommodate 200-250 guests for a reasonable price is tough, and RFGC met this need perfectly!

I'm a wedding planner who worked at Olympic Hills Golf Club a few weeks ago and they were amazing to work with! Emily was so responsive leading up to the wedding day and the staff was great to work with the day of. The venue is absolutely stunning and there are so many beautiful places for photos! The Mendakota Country Club is a beautiful venue and we had the vision for how beautiful the course would be in the early fall for our wedding when we toured in the dead of winter!! Our photos throughout the day in multiple locations throughout the venue are stunning with beautiful greenery and waterfronts. MCC checked every box for what we looked for in a venue, including (but not limited to): the opportunity for an outdoor ceremony and flexibility in having both indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the event including cocktail hour, onsite getting ready spaces, onsite catering with a variety of dinner options and a cohesive, one-level space (helpful and easy for family members with physical mobility issues) Adena was very responsive and by the end of our year and a half engagement, had responded to 200 emails, discussing details and answering questions for our big day! Jessica and Adena in partnership with our Day of Coordinator were able to manage many moving pieces and make our big day come together beautifully, and the waitstaff and barstaff were wonderful to work with. While we had a good experience overall with MCC, there were two day-of notes that did detract from our Big Day: We were told that the staff will “stop golfers” from teeing off at certain holes during the ceremony, however we had numerous golfers walk right behind our officiant during the ceremony and even one golfer approximately 15 feet from us saying our vows yelling to someone in the parking lot. While we understand it is a country club/golf course first and foremost, MCC charges couples a $1,200 onsite ceremony fee that should come with the expectations of no members on the first few holes of the course during the ceremony. During the reception, the temperature was not well maintained and by the time the dance floor was fully opened, all guests were profusely sweating. While there were industrial fans to help keep the room cool, it was not as effective as we would have liked, especially during an unseasonably warm day in mid-September.
