NEWLY RENOVATED CLUBHOUSE AS OF APRIL 2023

Town and Country Club is THE oldest club in Minnesota and the 5th oldest club in the United States! Since 1888, T&C has been providing amazing food and beverage service to its members and guests all the while maintaining its commitment to assisting everyone in creating memorable events.

The River Room Ballroom can accommodate up to 300 guests. With sweeping floor-to-ceiling views of the Minneapolis skyline,the ballroom is appointed with six classically designed chandeliers, an amalgam of light wall sconces, a grand stone fireplace, mahogany pillars, a built-in 24x24 wood dance floor and beautifully upholstered chairs. It is the magnificent view of the Minneapolis skyline however, that truly lends to the beauty of this classically designed ballroom. With a seating capacity of 300. After your guests appetites have been whetted with culinary delights from Town & Country Club’s accomplished Executive Chef Gonzalez and his staff through succulent hors d’ oeuvres, staff will guide your guests into the Town & Country Club’s River Room. Town & Country Club’s River Room provides the perfect elegant setting for you and your guests to enjoy a most momentous occasion.

The Back Lawn (Seasonally) is a wonderful location to host your social hour. With space for your guests to enjoy cocktails and appetizers while overlooking the Mississippi River, the back lawn is an additional area that cannot be missed.

Regardless of your space needs, Town & Country Club is a venue steeped in history, committed to food and beverage excellence, and only 5 minutes away from either downtown Minneapolis or downtown St. Paul. For a Friday - Sunday Reception, there is a $1600.00 room rental and a $6000.00 food only minimum that must be met.

For an on-site ceremony there is an $900 set up fee, (ceremonies up to 200 guests) Back up for ceremonies would be in the reception area. A non-refundable deposit of $1500.00 secures your date and reserves your room. Social hour setup is available for $500 for the Back Lawn Area. Both the Back Lawn Area and on site- ceremonies are seasonal- May Through Mid-October, weather dependent.

We also have rooms available for bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and post-wedding brunches!

It would be an honor and privilege to allow Town & Country Club to host your special occasion. Weddings and large events book a year in advance. Tours are available by appointment only, Tuesdays through Saturdays.
