Banquet Hall Wedding Venues in Minnesota

I am an awful planner, but Missy and the staff at Medina entertainment center took all the stress off my shoulders! They took such good care of everyone, and did an incredible job at putting us all at ease. Everyone on board was so sweet, the wait staff at the bar gave us so many kind words. Thank you again for making our day so special and stress free!

Had the most wonderful experience hosting my friend Summer’s bridal shower at The Signature Suite. The space was so beautiful and perfect for our event. There were so many decor items to choose from, which made making our vision come to life that much easier! Jaycee and Angela were so kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire process, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. The event turned out amazing, and we got so many compliments on the venue. I would absolutely recommend The Signature Suite to anyone looking for a beautiful and well-run space for a special event!

Kaylie was very accommodating and made this experience easy. She was very helpful with providing information and making sure nothing was missed. And the day of the event, staff was wonderful, food was great. I will definitely recommend. Rachel was also very professional and helpful as well.

I’m in love with our wedding day! Full service, awesome coordinators, bar staff, servers that are efficient. The whole wedding went so smooth! Anything that may have gone wrong, I don’t know about, which is the way you want it right? We had our ceremony at the venue and people sat at their tables. Lots of comments about how awesome it was to grab a drink and have a spot to sit to watch. Then, no commute to a reception. The food is to die for. The space looks like a regular hall at first, but they put up tule and lights and backdrops (for a reasonable fee) and bam the place is sparkling. There is a private outdoor space with tables and a large fire pit. They have a restaurant attached so you can go check out the food and vibe, which was cool. We had such a fun wedding! I am so happy we had it at Rockwoods!

Tania is a wonderful woman to work with and Larry her second is comand is just as wonderful!!! My day was so wonderful and I wouldn’t have had it any other way. I knew Saturday morning that Tania was not going to be on premises for the reception that evening and I was fine because we had discussed all details and I knew Larry would be there to make sure every thing was perfect! It was and Brandon and I were extremely pleased with everything they did!

Wonderful experience. Our guest loved the venue, food, music, and photography. We would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a one-stop shop. George's team helps to take the thinking and stress out of the day by packing the details, giving you more bang for your buck. We were pleased with our experience.

The food was out of this world! The chef did an outstanding job! I received exceptional comments on the portions, taste, and overall quality from at least 3/4 of my guests - we had a 260 person guest list that evening. The venue was large enough for us to have 8-person tables, so everyone was comfortable, the decor was beautiful, and the facility was equiped with everything we needed including several bars, numerous restrooms, a wonderful house sound system, and plenty of servers/personnel to keep things running. On top of all that, the price was very reasonable as well :-) WHAT A WONDERFUL PLACE!

We loved working with the Chart House for our wedding. George was a fantastic wedding planner and helped us from the beginning. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The wedding packages were great as they were inclusive yet flexible. We had a micro wedding with 54 people and the package was perfect for us as we were struggling to find a place that had a space for dancing but was also within our budget for our small headcount. The wedding space for both the ceremony and reception is absolutely gorgeous and you really don’t need a lot of extra decor if you don’t want to spend the additional money. The Italian offerings for the food were phenomenal and everyone raved about them. We cannot say enough about this wonderful place.

My wedding reception could not have been more perfect. The staff was very on top of making sure everything spilled was picked up very quickly. They served our plated dinners in a timely fashion. The food was amazing as always - we had lemon herb chicken with green beans and mashed potatoes. 10/10 food! They had our starters ready to go for cocktail hour and our late night snacks served at the perfect time right when everyone was a little tipsy from the open bar. Our bartender was awesome and did everything and more. The draping on the ceilings was beautiful & the bridal suite was pretty good for about 7-9 people. A little tight but it was nice anyways! Everyone was very friendly & they coordinated everything with me asap. Never any miscommunication, very on top of everything I wanted.

The Mermaid doesn’t look the grandest from the outside, but it has an event center with two ballrooms. We chose the Coral Bay Ballroom since it had been recently remodeled, and it was BEAUTIFUL. Perfect spot for a wedding reception that didn’t break the bank! They did have a food/beverage minimum that we were required to meet with their catering company, but we didn’t have an issue with that. Natallia worked with us, and despite some email delivery issues, and having a LOT on her plate due to COVID, she made sure everything worked out well for us. For instance, the menu prices had been raised from the time we booked to the next spring when we were choosing the buffet, and she gave us the old prices without a problem. She created a room layout plan for us so all the tables, easels for signs, card/gift tables, etc were right where we wanted them. The room also came with linens, silverware and napkins which was helpful, and we were able to order some appetizers for cocktail hour. They had a bar available, which we didn’t use, but I know there were plenty of options. The food was delicious and I know the guests enjoyed it!
