You and your guests will remember our breathtaking grounds on the shores of Lake Kingsley. Our indoor event center offers our Fireside & Kingsley Rooms to seat up to 300 guests. Our beautifully designed event space overlooks our landscaped 18 acres with gardens overlooking the lakeside, 2 gazebos, bridge, deck, ponds, and water feature; a perfect spot for your picturesque ceremony. Our outdoor covered Pavilion, near the lakeside is a perfect place to gather for your event with an outdoor bar and breathtaking views. We have tent vendors that we work often that can seat up to 450 guests (outdoors) when used with our covered Pavilion for your dream reception!

With over 50 years of experience; our event team provides your guest with the finest culinary experience. Our chef will prepare the menu to dazzle your guests on your special day while offering plated or buffet dinners, appetizer receptions, breathtaking sunset photos on the lakeside and much more.
Ceremony Fee: The ceremony rental fee is $500.00 for Saturday's June through mid-October. Rehearsals may be done at the Chart House (dependent on availability) & arrangements made with the Sales Manager.
The event spaces available are: Fireside Room, Kingsley Room, and the outdoor, covered Pavilion. No additional charge for a bar set up or a bartender. Also, the table set up, take down, china, linens and napkins are all inclusive in the room fee, as well. The minimums include all room fees, food and beverage, service gratuity, and tax. Costs associated with our preferred vendors including: Midwest Sound and CakeWalk, are also applied towards the minimums.
The Fireside Room seating capacity is 150 guests. The Fireside Room Rental Fee for all Saturdays May through mid-October is $750 with a minimum of $5000.00.
The Kingsley Room seating capacity is 150 guests. The Kingsley Room Rental Fee for all Saturdays May through mid-October is $750 with a minimum of $5000.00.
The entire seating capacity of the indoor event space including the Kingsley and Fireside Rooms (when used in conjunction with one another) is 300 guests with a room rental fee of $1500 for all Saturdays, June through mid-October with a minimum of $7500.00.
The Pavilion (near the lakeside) seating capacity is 80 guests. *We do have tent rental information, provided through a 3rd party available for seating up to 500 guests when used with the Pavilion. The Pavilion Rental Fee for all Saturdays June through October is $750 with a minimum of $7500.00.

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Chart House in August 2018. We met with several venues before selecting the Chart House. They were great to work with! They always responded to emails with one business day, they were flexible and allowed us to bring in personal touches to make the day feel like our own. They were accommodating to all of our vendor's requests. Overall they were a great value and we can't thank them enough for helping make our day special.

The staff and Management at the Charthouse are exceptional! The 50th “Suprise” Birthday Party was seamless from planning the space, going over the menu and drink options, establishing the timeframe and executing the surprise! I can’t thank them enough for an event to remember. The food was incredible and the gorgeous setting unparalleled by any other patio in the metro! Bravo!

Kayla and Debbie were wonderful to work as we planned the Groom’s dinner from out of state. They had great ideas and were very helpful. The staff the night of our groom’s dinner were attentive and went the extra mile for us. The setting was gorgeous on the patio and we were very happy with the food. We had one concern over charges on our bill and Debbie rectified the error when I brought it to her attention. Only negative thing was there was lots of goose poop in the grass, but we just stayed on the walking stones. I would highly recommend the Chart House!
