For ceremonies, receptions, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, birthday celebrations and every gathering ranging from intimate to extravagant; you and your guests will remember our breathtaking grounds on the shores of Lake Kingsley.
Our indoor event center offers over 12,000 sq. ft with our Lake Kingsley Ballroom. Our beautifully designed dining area seats up to 250 guests and overlooks our landscaped 18 acres with gardens, 2 gazebos, bridge, deck, ponds, and water feature: all within steps to the lake.

Best day ever
It was the absolute best choice to choose the chart house for our wedding. The staff and coordinators that came with the venue were nothing short of perfect! They made everything so easy and planning every step before they were very quick to respond. The venue is gorgeous and the food is delicious! I’d reccomend my family and friends to all look at the chart house for their wedding.

Perfect All Inclusive Venue for Micro Wedding
We loved working with the Chart House for our wedding. George was a fantastic wedding planner and helped us from the beginning. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The wedding packages were great as they were inclusive yet flexible. We had a micro wedding with 54 people and the package was perfect for us as we were struggling to find a place that had a space for dancing but was also within our budget for our small headcount. The wedding space for both the ceremony and reception is absolutely gorgeous and you really don’t need a lot of extra decor if you don’t want to spend the additional money. The Italian offerings for the food were phenomenal and everyone raved about them. We cannot say enough about this wonderful place.

Wonderful wedding reception at the Chart House
The Chart House was a beautiful venue with flexibility on decorations and wonderful vendors. Fab Weddings made the wedding planning process manageable, and even fun! They had vendor suggestions to help you get started figuring out who would help make your day amazing! The food was delicious, and the tasting allowed you to meet some of their suggested vendors while sampling from their extensive menu. We were nervous about choosing songs for the night, but our DJ had a great selection of songs, and got to know us to offer helpful selections for genres of music for dinner and our reception. He also made night run smoothly, and accommodated requests for songs.

Christmas Wonderland Wedding
We cannot express how happy we are with how our wedding turned out! The Chart House / Fab Weddings exceeded every expectation, and we are excited to give them an 5-star review! Our guests were over the moon — so many told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. The entire day felt festive, magical, and overflowing with love. We’re still on cloud nine.
The staff was absolutely incredible. They checked in on us throughout the day, made sure everything ran smoothly, and genuinely felt like friends by the end of the night. Their warmth and professionalism made all the difference.

Absolutely incredible!
I could just go on and on and on about Fab Weddings and the Charthouse. If you are looking for a very stress free wedding, this is place to go. Your wedding will literally be tailored to you and everything will be so organized. It is like a one stop shop for a wedding. The food is amazing, the coordinators are so helpful and patient, all their vendors do an incredible job. There is no better place to celebrate the best day of your lives, but at the Charthouse!

Amazing Venue with Amazing Staff
We couldn’t have had a better day! From start to finish, the entire Fab Weddings team was incredible. The communication throughout the planning process was fantastic, and everyone worked with us to bring all of our special touches to life. Even when a few small issues came up, they were right there to make things right.
The venue itself is beautifully maintained, the food was absolutely delicious, and the bartending (Ryan) kept everything running smoothly all night. George was with us from the moment we booked up to the wedding day — always responsive, supportive, and patient with every question. Lisa, our day-of coordinator, was so compassionate in the days leading up to the wedding and made sure we were taken care of all day long. Nathan helped with early setup and did a great job making sure everything looked perfect. DJ Ryan kept the energy up and the dance floor full all night!
We’re so thankful to the entire Fab Weddings team for making our wedding day everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommend!

Simply perfect
Our August 1st wedding was like a dream come true. Everyone said the venue was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the vibes were immaculate. The wedding was attended by many Deaf folks, and Chart House had accessibility at the front of their mind the entire day. I would recommend this spot to anyone for any event, but especially weddings.
