We loved working with the Chart House for our wedding. George was a fantastic wedding planner and helped us from the beginning. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The wedding packages were great as they were inclusive yet flexible. We had a micro wedding with 54 people and the package was perfect for us as we were struggling to find a place that had a space for dancing but was also within our budget for our small headcount. The wedding space for both the ceremony and reception is absolutely gorgeous and you really don’t need a lot of extra decor if you don’t want to spend the additional money. The Italian offerings for the food were phenomenal and everyone raved about them. We cannot say enough about this wonderful place. -

I could just go on and on and on about Fab Weddings and the Charthouse. If you are looking for a very stress free wedding, this is place to go. Your wedding will literally be tailored to you and everything will be so organized. It is like a one stop shop for a wedding. The food is amazing, the coordinators are so helpful and patient, all their vendors do an incredible job. There is no better place to celebrate the best day of your lives, but at the Charthouse! -

We couldn’t have had a better day! From start to finish, the entire Fab Weddings team was incredible. The communication throughout the planning process was fantastic, and everyone worked with us to bring all of our special touches to life. Even when a few small issues came up, they were right there to make things right.
The venue itself is beautifully maintained, the food was absolutely delicious, and the bartending (Ryan) kept everything running smoothly all night. George was with us from the moment we booked up to the wedding day — always responsive, supportive, and patient with every question. Lisa, our day-of coordinator, was so compassionate in the days leading up to the wedding and made sure we were taken care of all day long. Nathan helped with early setup and did a great job making sure everything looked perfect. DJ Ryan kept the energy up and the dance floor full all night!
We’re so thankful to the entire Fab Weddings team for making our wedding day everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommend! -

My husband and I got married here last weekend and it was amazing. The staff was very helpful, they did almost all of the set up, when it started to rain 15 mins before our outdoor ceremony they quickly set up the inside for the ceremony. Overall, they made our day so easy that we were able to take time and enjoy it. Enough good things cannot be said about this venue and we appreciate everything they did for us! -

This is a non typical gorgeous wedding venue that is newly remodeled. Since our wedding august 2022 prices have gone up but for the location, natural beauty, and attentive staff this venue was much better than any golf course we looked at (we went to like 10) making it worth the value. George the owner was funny and easy to work with and knows what he’s doing. A HUGE plus of this venue is it comes with a day of coordinator and chivari chairs at no additional cost . On the day of our wedding our day of coordinator had to leave for a funeral (not her fault) and a new day of coordinator came on half way through which was a bit stressful but she took over nicely. The only thing missed was we wanted our new last name to display on the screens once our slide show was over but for that being a minimal issue and the only issue we were more than fine with that. We did the Italian buffet catered from the on-site Briannos and the food was so good we had so many guests tell us how good it was. We did not use their recommended vendors but they do have a large list if you want an all inclusive styles -

The Chart house hosted both our wedding ceremony and reception and their services from start to finish were amazing. Their private garden area by the lake was peaceful and beautiful. We had perfect weather, were shaded by the trees, and had a lovely (quiet) background of geese families swimming by during our ceremony. The back garden area was also a stunning place for pictures and socializing throughout the evening. Staff was attentive, friendly, and efficient. The food was very tasty and they had a great menu to pick from. Kim and Kayla communicated with me throughout the process and went above and beyond to make our wedding special and custom to our style. Along with all of these positives notes the price for a wedding was amazing!! They are not over priced like every other venue in the area. This place is truly a hidden gem and I highly recommend it both for everyday dining and events. -

Wonderful!
Chart House offers a beautiful setting for outdoor weddings. The wedding coordinator and all the staff are efficient, personable, flexible and attentive.
The grounds are perfect for a romantic wedding and the food is delicious. They make provisions for a back-up plan in case of rain. They think of the things you may have forgotten.
Such a memorable and lovely day. 💕 -

Planning this wedding was a delight with the Chart House staff, and everything went as we discussed. Great setting for an outdoor wedding and so convenient to move inside for the reception.
Highlights for us included having a harpist who could play both outdoors and indoors, wonderful setting in the gazebo and near the lake for photos. Dinner was tasty and everyone served promptly. Liked the location of our head table facing all guests and photo booth was a hit.
Entire day and evening were fun for everyone and no regrets! Thanks to Chart House staff for making this a day to remember. -

We are so very happy that we picked the Chart House for our daughters wedding and reception/dance! Kayla and Deb were so helpful and guided us through all details. The food was delicious and many of our guests, said it’s one of the nicest weddings they have attended. Beautiful venue, for an outdoor ceremony on the lake. The whole day was perfect! -
Tammy Sent on 02/02/2018Kayla helped us knock my daughter and son-in-laws amazing day out of the park. She was quick to respond to my questions, was very personable and gave ideas that were fantastic. She was organized and offered meal selections that were in our budget as well as items we liked. The venue is stunning and there are so many possibilities. I was only able to add 10 photos to this review however we have so many pictures that are amazing and show all that the Chart House has to offer, even in the pouring rain. We planned for a year to have the ceremony outside and when Mother Nature sent rain our way the Chart House staff were very accommodating and waited for us to make the decision at the very last minute. There were a couple minor little hiccups but it did not take away from the day or our love of this venue and Kayla. If you are looking for a venue that is unique and feels like you are working with family then you should check out the Chart House in Lakeville. Feel free to use my contact information as a reference. I HIGHLY recommend this venue and Kayla!

The wedding process was so easy and stress free. Fab weddings handled everything, we just had to pick out the details we wanted. Planning meetings were so helpful and they walked us through every step. You can customize your wedding to your budget and what you want included. Had many comments from guests about how great the food was. Staff helped set up and tear down at the end of the night. -

For what you get, the price is good. They could (and should) charge more if they ever update their decor. The garden area is wonderful and great for the pictures. If you can do your reception outside as well and are willing to risk it if the day cooperates it will be fantastic. They are responsive and the price is decent. Just try not to overbuy on meals. We paid for 20 meals we didn't eat. That wasn't their fault though. Just keep your headcount in mind and try to adjust down at the last minute reasonably in line with the number of expected no shows. -

We really felt at home here. When it came to planning, Kim and Kayla were awesome with assisting. The day went super smooth and I felt like we were never bugged with questions or just overall. I really felt as though it was our day, even to the staff and they were accommodating to the little details I added in with the day and the venue scape. There were so many places for photo opportunities too! We couldn’t fit every location in for time. -

Hijacked and double booked! The Worst!
Owner, George Maverick is a crude, disloyal, opportunistic bully! He hijacked my wedding day! He used my flowers, trellis, quartet, altar, band, photo booth, you name it and used them for a friends wedding during my timeframe at his venue! I was also asked to leave the bridal suite for bride#2! Nope -
