Rockwoods is an all-inclusive wedding venue located in Otsego, MN which is between the Twin Cities & St Cloud. We offer a few different room options for nearly any size event. Offering wedding planning services, Rockwoods makes prepping for your wedding day enjoyable and stress-free! Our on-site wedding coordinators are here to assist you every step of the way, from the initial planning to decorating and ensuring your day is spectacular. You get to have all of the fun of creating your day while we make it happen at our beautiful location!
Facilities and Capacity
The Woods & Prairie Room is a ballroom with a capacity of 336 guests seated. Your guests will enjoy round table seating and a built-in, double-sided bar, as well as a complimentary bonfire on the patio!
The Four Seasons Room is a smaller room with a large fireplace and walls of windows overlooking a garden area that has a capacity of 60 people seated.

Whether you are looking for an elegant plated dinner, a homestyle buffet, or just hors d'oeuvres for your wedding, Rockwoods can take care of all your catering needs. We specialize in classic American cuisine but offer a large variety as well as customization. A variety of accommodations can be made for dietary needs, such as gluten-free, nut-free, and lactose-free alternatives. We can also offer desserts for your wedding so you can enjoy something sweet to end the night.
Other Services
Full bartending services are always included! Choose from a limited, cash, or open bar. Various beverages can be provided including champagne toasts, signature drinks, and premium liquor.

All staff is extremely personal, caring, considerate, and fun! I could not imagine hiring anyone else for our special day.
We received so many comments from wedding guests about how great the venue looked and how fantastic the staff is at Rockwoods.
Rockwoods made me and my husband feel like royalty on our special day! Everything went so smooth and they made amazing suggestions! They helped me figure out what centerpieces should look like, took care of the decorating for the cake table, and suggested starting the wedding later when there was an accident and guests were running late.
This place is worth every single penny and I HIGHLY recommend them I’d you’re looking for a stress-free, fun wedding day. Hiring them was one of the best decisions we made!
