We hired Jennifer Bartlett as our day-of coordinator, and it was the best decision we have ever made! Planning a wedding was the most stressful, anxiety-inducing, demanding experience of our lives, and Jenn made the entire event go 10x smoother and faster.
What our experience looked like was monthly meetings where we would go over our schedule, vendors, timeline, and all the other fun details that go into planning a wedding. She was always incredibly organized, responsive, and willing to answer any question we had — no matter how big or small. She helped us work through details we didn’t even realize we needed to think about and made sure nothing fell through the cracks.
In the months before our wedding date, Jenn had a full spreadsheet of the timeline and vendor info put together for us. I cannot describe into words how valuable these two items were. To be able to see how the wedding day would play out, where everyone needed to be, when things were happening, and who was responsible for what gave us so much peace of mind. It took so much of the guesswork and stress out of the final weeks leading up to the wedding. We knew that Jenn had thought through every little detail, and that if something came up, she would know exactly how to handle it.
On our wedding day, my now-wife and I were a mess. There were so many emotions, moving parts, and little things happening all at once, but Jenn was a calming force throughout the entire day. She was always one step ahead, making sure we knew where we needed to be and what was happening next, while also handling everything behind the scenes. Anytime we had a question or started to feel overwhelmed, Jenn was there with an answer and a solution. She gave us the ability to stop worrying about the logistics and actually be present and enjoy our wedding day. Looking back, I think that may have been the most valuable thing she gave us.
There are so many other wonderful things about Jenn that I could not fit into this review. What I will say is that throughout our entire experience, Jenn has been a consummate professional, incredibly organized, and genuinely invested in making our wedding everything we hoped it would be. When I asked Jenn why she would choose to do what has been the most stressful part of our lives for a living, she told me, “I do it because I get to see the joy.” I think that one sentence really tells you everything you need to know about the kind of person she is. She genuinely loves what she does and cares deeply about the couples she works with. If you are considering hiring Jenn, I cannot recommend her enough. She was worth every penny and then some, and we are so grateful not only that she was such an amazing coordinator, but that through this experience, she became someone we can now call a friend.
On our wedding day me and my now wife were a mess. But Jenn was a calming force throughout the entire day.
There are so many other wonderful things about Jenn that I could not fit into this review. So what i will say is throughout our experience Jenn has been a consummate professional and we felt like we got an immense amount of value out of her services.

While we had a very simple ceremony (10–15 minutes), Jenn was an absolutely perfect fit.

From the very first outreach through after our ceremony, she was extremely responsive and consistently over-communicated in the best way—clear, timely, and reassuring throughout the entire process.

Even though we were looking for something simple, she was still incredibly thoughtful in how she helped shape the ceremony. The personalization piece she included was a surprise to us, and it was absolutely perfect—such a meaningful touch that made the moment feel uniquely ours.

I would highly recommend Jenn to anyone and everyone. She was an absolute treat to work with and truly made our ceremony feel special and effortless.

Jennifer stepped in to officiate our wedding on very short notice, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we met Jenn, we just clicked. She made us feel instantly comfortable, and we knew right away she was the perfect person to officiate our wedding.
Our ceremony was non-religious and deeply personal, and Jenn took the time to truly get to know us through our premarital sessions. She’s so easy to talk to — warm, open, professional, and just the right amount of funny. She even joked with my husband about being from North Dakota (which I loved, because I do the same thing!), and those lighthearted moments made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
Jenn also took great care to honor what mattered most to us. She knew how important our loved ones who couldn’t be there were to us, and she included a beautiful moment of silence in their memory during the ceremony. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture that meant the world to us.
As someone who struggles with anxiety, I especially appreciated Jenn’s calming presence. She helped me feel grounded, both in the lead-up to the wedding and during the ceremony itself — which made such a difference on a day that can feel overwhelming.
We truly can’t recommend Jenn enough. She brought warmth, heart, and humor to one of the most important moments of our lives, and we’ll always be grateful for the role she played in our day.

We walked away from our ceremony feeling so grateful we chose Jennifer to officiate our wedding for us. She is all around amazing at what she does, takes the time to get to know her couples, is very organized, professional, accommodating, and has a way with her words (we all cried happy tears through the whole thing)! Jennifer thank you for everything you did to help make our wedding day truly memorable and special for us.

What an incredible human this woman is! From coaching to coordinating she has watched me grow from a little gymnast to a woman to a wife. The little girl in me was jumping for joy inside seeing all of us athletes back together for a night!

Jenn was the perfect type A to my type B from coordinating to officiating! From monthly check-ins, to pep-talks, and everything in between, she absolutely put the best in "best day of my entire life'! She is an absolute joy to work with and knows just how to find peace in the chaos. Jenn is so genuine and cares so deeply for you and your day, and she really became part of the family on our wedding day! Her drive, ambition and precision make her the best of the best!
