Midwest Sound is a reliable, well-established DJ company that did a great job for our wedding reception! They coordinated well with us and our reception venue coordinator to make sure cocktail hour, dinner service, speeches, and first dances went smoothly. They were easy to work with ahead of time as well, and accommodated our special requests, including our specific song needs for our mother-son and father-daughter dances. Highly recommend!

We got DJ Nick and he was incredible!! He made everything go smoothly, checked in with us frequently to make sure we were happy with the music and he was even entertaining and dancing along to the songs. Our guests were raving about him!! Thanks DJ Nick!!

Our DJ Maria did a great job at our wedding! She was awesome to work with and made sure we were in the loop with everything to avoid any chaos. She kept all of our guests entertained and dancing! Where to even start with our amazing experience with Midwest sound and DJ William!! I don't think the dance floor to my wedding on 8/9/25 at CreeksBend was ever empty! DJ William introduced himself as soon as he arrived and he checked in with myself and my now husband multiple times of the night which was so kind but almost not needed cause we had no complaints! He played all my songs I had requested and easily stayed with the vibes we were looking for which was any and everything to keep people on the dance floor! We had multiple guests the day of and the next day say the dance was one of their favorite parts of the day and they never wanted to leave the floor cause the hits didn't stop! We also had William play music during our ceremony and everything cued up perfectly and he even helped make announcements while trying to get everyone together for family pictures. 10 out of 10 recommend Midwest DJ for your wedding so easy to work with and DJ William is amazing if you want a full dance floor!

Leading up to the wedding, Midwest Sound has a great system for selecting songs and organizing the evening. If there were songs we wanted and they didn't have on their list they were able to get them. I've always dreamed of Bridgerton-like covers on songs for our Happy Hour and dinner music. They were able to make it work! We had Austin as our lead DJ with Tanner in training. They were both extremely professional and communicated during the perfect times throughout the night. They met us at the door when we got to the venue, checked in on us between conversations and made sure we were getting what we wanted out of the night. They had AMAZING music to keep us on the dance floor. If you have an idea and you don't see the option on their planning page, just give them a call and they will make it work. We were extremely impressed and could not recommend Midwest Sound more.

Mason was our DJ for our recent high school prom. He kept the kids on the dance floor, adjusting for their preferences and the concerns of our admin. Many of my students said, "Hire that DJ again for next year!"

I really enjoyed the music at our wedding and our choice of DJ with Midwest sound. I was unsure if we needed a DJ. I mean everyone has a playlist these days. But I’m glad I invested in it. Our DJ was fun and played all the music we wanted. Our goal was that our wedding was a great time and that’s what it was. I had so much fun. Our DJ was engaging without being over the top. We made a great choice!

Once I was assigned my DJ, I didn't get good vibes from a missed voicemail. He sounded unprofessional and unexperienced. I called Midwest Sound and voiced my concern. They understood my concern and we both agreed a different DJ would be the best. We got Danny. He was fantastic. No complaints. He was so nice and GREAT with the crowd. Nailed everything I wanted. Midwest Sound has great communication. They were very helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend
