Mason was our DJ for our recent high school prom. He kept the kids on the dance floor, adjusting for their preferences and the concerns of our admin. Many of my students said, "Hire that DJ again for next year!" -

From the beginning she consulted with us on exactly we wanted and made the process enjoyable and not stressful!
At the wedding, Marissa went above and beyond in helping things run smoothly, communicating with other vendors, sticking to timelines, and playing a great range of music!
We couldn't have had a better DJ for our big day and were really pleased with Midwest Sound DJ Entertainment and would highly recommend! -

Got married on 12/30 in Stillwater MN. Jon made it really easy to connect on what we were looking for over the phone before our event, and then 100% made it happen that day/night (btw we were really picky about what we wanted). Great personality, very professional, and kept all the ages on the dance floor. We'd recommend him to anyone - THANK YOU! -

Used for our wedding DJ. Met with us to discuss our music and overall plan, played the music we requested in addition to more music along those same lines, very friendly, easy to interact with. Came prepared with backup gear. Discussed all aspects of our day. Great value. Would recommend to anyone needing an event DJ and in fact we have already recommended them to a friend who also used them and loved them. -

Steve was the ABSOLUTE BEST!! He was everything we envisioned for the wedding plus more! His call to plan to day was so thorough and he offered an incredible amount of insight from his years of experience that we truly appreciated. Midwest Sound was great to work with. Email replies to inquiries were VERY quick! DJ Chesica really took our planning phone call into account when she prepared for our Wedding. We received many compliments on how she mixed different genres and read the crowd well to get people onto the dance floor and keep them dancing. With the group dances like the Wobble, Cha-Cha Slide, DJ Chesica waited for the dance floor to fill up before starting the song and that was appreciated. Our venue had a ballroom attached to it where some people were in and couldn't hear so it allowed those to get told to come dance and they ran out to do the dances. She also... -

Original DJ backed out on us and I needed a last minute DJ. Other coworkers and friends had recommended Midwest Sound DJ Entertainment and needless to say we should have gone with them in the first place. Chesica our DJ was phenomenal! She was personable and interacted great with everyone. She selected music that fit the atmosphere and the crowd. If we have need of a DJ for any other event will definitely be going through them and requesting her. Prices are decent and you can't go wrong! -

DJ Tristan was an absolutely perfect match for our wedding reception! Very cool and outgoing guy who hit the spot on the nail with the vibe we wanted. Our dance floor was full the whole night - Everyone was bummed when it was midnight because we all could have danced for another 1-2 hours! Process and setup was seamless as well. -

DJ Paul was great, he reached out before the wedding to go over details and was very professional. He helped keep everything on schedule and everyone loved the music, the dance floor was never empty. Our DJ, Sylvan, did a wonderful job at our wedding! We ended up having some weather delays during our outdoor event, and Sylvan was great about checking in as we updated our timeline for when to start the grand march, first dance, etc. He did a great job of keeping the party going all night, and our guests loved how well he was keeping up with requests.
Midwest Sound was easy to work with. They were accommodating when we needed to postpone due to the pandemic. They checked in a couple times before our wedding to make sure everything was correct, and the online portal to plan our event was very convenient. -
