The Coral Bay Ballroom is idea for couples who want an extravagant celebration with plenty of friends and family present. Featuring high ceiling draped with white chiffon and white lights, the room provides a romantic atmosphere that can accommodate up to 400 guests. With air walls, the space can be split in half to host up to 170 people. The Atlantis Ballroom is also an ideal location for those wanting to have a large wedding. With the ability to host up to 330 guests, the ballroom features a large social area with plush leather furniture. Providing a charming setting, it will allow you and your guests to feel at home. For those who wish to have their special day outside, the Garden Courtyard Tent offers a stunning atmosphere that can host up to 240 people. Available April through October, it is a one-of-a-kind, climate-controlled and carpeted space with white chiffon and soft lights draping the ceiling.

We got married on 9/15/18 in Coral Bay Ballroom. We did the ceremony and reception in the same room with seating at the rounds. Everyone at the Mermaid did such a great job. Responses were timely (I emailed A LOT) no matter how far away or soon the wedding was. Everyone loved the food and our guests loved that there was the ceremony, reception, hotel, bowling alley, bar, and swimming pool all at the same location. It made things so easy! We had our rehearsal in the room the night before and got free bowling with our rehearsal dinner. If your looking for an elegant wedding at an affordable price you won't be disappointed! Our pictures turned out wonderful and our guests loved being able to eat appetizers right after we said I Do :) My wedding was a dream come true and I am so happy I chose to have it at the Mermaid.

I checked around at many venues and Mermaid was the best! They have everything available in sight! Ceremony and reception as well as catering and DJ and decorating and cake info that is so affordable. Conveniently connected to AmericInn for guests and family!

We had a very positive experience for our son's wedding. It was so nice having everything under one roof! It enabled us to have more quality family and friend time. The Americinn was an excellent accommodation for all our guests and so convenient. Natallia very helpful and quick to respond. The Chef went out of his way to assure we had the meal we wanted. The rehearsal and reception plated dinners were delicious and attractive. Kim, was very attentive to our needs. Making sure we and our guests were cared for. Checking in with us through out both evenings, making sure our event was memorable. The servers were friendly, timely, and accommodating. Thank you all! K&J Has

Love the new ballrooms clean and white, don't let the mermaid on the roof fool you. They have a bowling alley too makes for fun reception bridal party photos. Rod Andrew Andrews Photography
This is a GREAT location! one of my clients celebrated her 40th birthday here and it turned out Fabulous. Great Staff, great room, and it has more then enough free parking for all your guest. Would recommend to anyone!
