We had our wedding here and it was amazing. The venue is beautiful and full of character. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made everything run smoothly. Our guests loved the space—it was perfect for a holiday wedding. We had our dinner rehearsal here and it was great, and the wedding food was awesome. It was also really nice having a one-stop location with the hotel for our guests. We’re so glad we chose this venue and would highly recommend it.

Rudy’s Redeye Grill catered my wedding. The food, Roasted boneless chicken breast with wild rice au gratin sauce or slow roasted pork loin with mushroom red wine cream sauce was fabulous!  As were the sides of House special blue bistro salad (I had guests ask me about this salad after the wedding because it was so good), Rudy’s cheesy “smashed” potatoes, Teriyaki green beans and popovers. But the best part was working with Lauren Wallan for meals of guests who have dietary restrictions!  Lauren was so helpful and accommodating on the day of the wedding. We did a buffet, but for these guest with dietary restrictions, she plated these meals to ensure there was not cross contaminations. She came out to find me to make sure everything was as I had hoped.  It WAS More than I had Hoped! Highly recommend

We were so pleased with our experience at the DoubleTree Downtown Saint Paul. We looked at multiple venues and were sold on the Doubletree once we talked to the Wedding Coordinator Adena and her staff. The venue itself is amazing with a recently renovated ballroom. Our guests commented on how beautiful the space was for the reception. Lastly, we were blow away by the quality and taste of the food. All of our guests loved the food. A bonus was that the Doubletree is able to get craft beers on tap that other venues may not be able to get.

We loved having our wedding at the DoubleTree! From the food at Axes, to the shuttle service for photos, everything went extremely well. I was worried due to a little rain but Kim (our coordinator for that day) was outside wiping tables and making sure my husband and I had everything we needed to have the most perfect event. The bar was excellent and everyone who served food was timely and professional. I would 100% recommend having your big day here ❤️

We had the most INCREDIBLE winter wedding at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Minneapolis Airport, and we cannot recommend it enough!!! The biggest selling point for us was having everything on-site. Having the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception in separate, dedicated rooms-without the need for 'flipping' spaces, made the day feel effortless. It was also a huge relief that the hotel is extremely pet-friendly. We were allowed to have our dogs stay at the hotel with us, and one was even able to be our ring bearer during the ceremony! Our planner, Taylor, was absolutely AMAZING. She was so attentive to every detail and truly brought my winter wedding vision to life. The entire staff made us feel like royalty; they went above and beyond with the decor setup, and the food was PHENOMENAL! A few 'pro-tips' for future couples: The Cleanup: They let you clean up your decor the next morning. Not having to tear down a ballroom at midnight is a total game-changer. The Breakfast: The free breakfast spread for guests is top-tier and a great way to see everyone one last time. Stay an Extra Night: We stayed an extra night after the wedding to decompress before the honeymoon, which I highly recommend. Our winter wedding was BEAUTIFUL, and honestly, not a single thing went wrong. Thank you to Taylor and the entire team for making our dream day (and our dogs!) feel so welcome.

The Millennium Hotel was an incredible wedding venue! Mark and Fatima were great to work with, the food was good, and all of the staff did a great job ensuring everything went smoothly on our wedding day. Also, the views really are stunning. So many people took photos in the dome, and it was incredible to have our first dance under the open sky. I would highly recommend the Millennium Hotel, and I would recommend getting a quote, even if you think it may be too expensive. We didn't think it was going to fit in our budget, but we reached out just in case, and it actually did!

The coordinator was very helpful throughout the process giving us many options for our stay. They were able to easily facilitate passing out a guest card with shuttle information and restaurant options in the area. The bar staff was great as we had a post wedding get together there and they were super friendly and accommodating! It was great knowing everything was being taken care of and we could focus on relaxing. The ramp did take a bit to navigate to but the signage was excellent and loading was easy out front of the hotel. Would totally recommend for an event or just a downtown hotel stay.

10/10 would recommend to hosting a wedding at Water Street Inn! The vibes of the venue were just right and the staff was amazing. Thank you so much for helping coordinate the perfect day!
