Our October 2025 wedding at The Tannenbaum Event Center was absolutely amazing, and the event could not have been more perfect. The Tannenbaum team is very experienced and knowledgeable, and the event ran smoothly with their guidance. The food at Tannenbaum is required to be catered by Roundabout Catering, and it is SO GOOD! The venue is stunning. The ceremony takes place on the back lawn with a gorgeous view of the mountains. The inside is so cozy with string lights and a beautiful stone fireplace. We had a little bit of a mishap with our table centerpieces, but the Tannenbaum staff took care of us and worked with us to find a solution. I highly recommend the Tannenbaum as a wedding venue if you are looking to get married in the Reno/Tahoe area.

We recently hosted our wedding reception in the Topaz 2 room at the Renaissance Downtown Reno Hotel, and I cannot recommend this venue highly enough! From the very beginning, Rebecca Moralez, the catering/events manager, was incredibly helpful and attentive. She patiently answered all of my questions leading up to our big day, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism and warmth made us feel confident that everything would go perfectly—and it did! The Topaz 2 room itself is stunning. It’s modern, spacious, and exudes an elegant vibe that instantly elevated our event. The décor and ambiance provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration, and our guests were just as impressed as we were. The food was another highlight. Every dish was delicious, beautifully presented, and received rave reviews from all our guests. It truly made our reception memorable. Overall, the Renaissance Downtown Reno Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a venue for your next event, I highly recommend this hotel—especially with Rebecca Moralez guiding you through the process. Thank you to the entire team for making our special day absolutely perfect!

Twenty Mile House was literally THE PERFECT venue to get married at for all mountain and nature lovers! The staff were all incredibly warm, friendly, and professional as they helped us execute a wedding beyond our wildest dreams. The ceremony site is nestled in the forest besides a trickling stream – it felt like we were in a woodland fairytale! All our guests instantly fell in love with the charm and natural beauty of Twenty Mile House, and many told us our wedding was by far the best they've ever been to. Highly recommend all the preferred vendors as well- Pangea Catering (food was BOMB!), Grandma Janes Place (desserts were so delicious and elegant), flowers were perfect...you cannot go wrong with any of the vendors, but you're also free to find any of your own favorites. All the cabins on site allow for 50+ of your favorite people to stay on the property, and each cabin has a unique and cozy vibe...the party house fits 15+ and is right next to the reception area to keep the party going through all hours of the night (no noice ordinance either since the property is 300 acres of solitude in the Sierras :) We love going to Tahoe but the nearby town of Greagle is a hidden gem with cute shops and tasty treats that we will return to many more times. We left Twenty Mile House feeling like family and hope to return to this forest fairyland someday to renew our vows and keep the party going for years to come :)

We got married here in September 2024 and got to reserve the whole place for our family and friends. We opted to have all of our wedding events on site to maximize the time with everyone. This venue, while expensive, will wow your guests and provide a unique experience where they can connect all weekend long. Emily is very organized, a clear & direct communicator, and made sure that our event was a success. The staff are amazing too and provided a lot of help during the weekend with serving, bartending, and moving tabes & chairs. Our families were able to relax and many said that it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended.

From the very start, our sales person Nanci was so sweet and welcoming — she’s the reason we traveled from California to tour The Club at ArrowCreek. Darren, our event producer, and his amazing banquet team went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. My suite was set up with pastries and bubbly which my bridesmaids loved! We even got to use the speakeasy “Purple Room” for the bridal party after the ceremony, which was such a fun, relaxing spot to grab some food and drinks before the grand entrance! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the food — the chicken quesadillas, chicken Madeira, and desserts were a huge hit! A few people weren’t crazy about the short rib entrée, but honestly, the desserts more than made up for it. The staff handled everything with such care and flexibility, and our planners, Pia and Bruna from Peek into Perfection, worked seamlessly with Darren and his team to make the day completely stress-free. We also loved our vendors from The Club’s preferred list — Dan from Eclypse Entertainment kept the dance floor going all night, and Shane Trotter took so many gorgeous photos that it was hard to pick favorites! While it’s not the cheapest venue, the service, food, and atmosphere make The Club a true hidden gem — our Brazilian wedding in Nevada was everything we dreamed of and more!

Choosing Winters Creek Lodge for our wedding was the best decision ever and added so much magic to our big day. The place is straight-up gorgeous, with mountain views that make every photo look like a postcard. And those floor-to-ceiling windows? They make you feel like you’re outside soaking up the beauty, even when you’re indoors. Judit from Winters Creek Lodge was an absolute gem to work with. From our first visit to the end of our wedding night, she was there, answering my endless questions and making sure everything went smoothly. She made planning our wedding feel more like fun and less like a task. And the food – oh my goodness, it was to die for. They even whipped up a special dish just for my husband because of his dietary needs, and our guests are still talking about how amazing the buffet was, especially the prime rib. Honestly, it beat some of the fanciest spots in San Francisco, hands down. Getting such a stunning venue and top-notch service without breaking the bank? Unbeatable.

We had our wedding at Whitney Peak Hotel, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Every detail was handled with such care and professionalism, and the entire team went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect. A special shoutout to Kelly, who was with us every step of the way during the planning process. She was responsive, thoughtful, and always two steps ahead, making sure everything ran smoothly and beautifully. Her attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm turned our vision into a reality, and we are so grateful for her hard work and kindness. The venue itself was stunning, the food was fantastic, and the staff made our guests feel so welcome. Everything came together seamlessly, and it truly was the wedding of our dreams. Thank you, Whitney Peak and Kelly, for creating such an unforgettable experience.

The whole experience was great! Iris was responsive, anticipated challenges and was available to assist. The grounds come alive in the evening with fire features and the beauty of the Truckee, the added sculpture garden is a total bonus. CJ with Bubbles & Brews was the best for a mobile bar service

We had such a great experience having our wedding at Wolf Run Golf Club! First of all, our contact there and wedding coordinator, Trista DeWeese, was fantastic! She was so helpful, kind, and accommodating. Planning weddings can be stressful and she helped make decisions and planning go smoothly. She is flexible, calm, and always made us feel important. The ceremony venue and reception site were beautiful and the staff there did everything we asked of them. They did the setup and breakdown of decorations and made sure that everything ran smoothly. The food was fantastic and the staff there was very friendly. We cannot express enough how thankful we were of everyone there. We got so many compliments on how great everything looked and what a great setting and venue it was. Our wedding was so special, memorable, and fun! We would highly recommend this venue to anyone in the market for an enjoyable and special wedding experience!

The Peppermill's catering department really put a great wedding together for us, and within in a pretty short time frame. It was a destination wedding and they honestly exceeded our expectations. They coordinated every detail, right down to even coordinating the ceremony. We had a small party but wanted an elegant setting and the Sierra Suite worked perfectly for our needs. The food, drinks and cake we're all excellent. I would highly recommend the Peppermill for any wedding, large or small. They made our day very beautiful and incredibly special.
