Genoa Lakes was absolutely amazing. From the staff to the location. Tec was incredibly helpful and made the day go so smoothly. I will be forever appreciative of him and all the Genoa Lakes staff!

The only thing we wish is the food would have been left out a little longer. Some people were talking a lot with others and did not get the opportunity to eat. Other than that it was a wonderful experience with the venue and the staff.

Where do I start! We were a Covid wedding and had to reschedule for the next year. Keely and her team did an amazing job! Between Covid, smoke from the fires and looming thunderstorms, Keely was on top of it and reassured me all would be okay, and it did! The weather was beautiful and the venue was amazing. Her staff did an excellent job and the food was amazing! Thank you, Keely and the Lake Tahoe Golf Course for making our dream wedding come true!

Our daughter's wedding at The Timbers at Old Greenwood in Truckee, California was nothing short of dreamy. The venue itself is extraordinary! Abby and her staff were incredible professionals from our first visit. So many of our guests expressed how much they loved the venue and the exceptional food. The staff were joyful and helpful throughout the wedding and I particularly appreciated that. Most importantly, Abby listened and cared deeply about giving our daughter and son-in-law the day they envisioned. They did exactly that. This venue also has so many of the items that other venues require you to bring in with rentals and it simplifies the planning. Such a perfect, beautiful Tahoe experience. We will treasure the day forever!

From the very start, our sales person Nanci was so sweet and welcoming — she’s the reason we traveled from California to tour The Club at ArrowCreek. Darren, our event producer, and his amazing banquet team went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. My suite was set up with pastries and bubbly which my bridesmaids loved! We even got to use the speakeasy “Purple Room” for the bridal party after the ceremony, which was such a fun, relaxing spot to grab some food and drinks before the grand entrance! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the food — the chicken quesadillas, chicken Madeira, and desserts were a huge hit! A few people weren’t crazy about the short rib entrée, but honestly, the desserts more than made up for it. The staff handled everything with such care and flexibility, and our planners, Pia and Bruna from Peek into Perfection, worked seamlessly with Darren and his team to make the day completely stress-free. We also loved our vendors from The Club’s preferred list — Dan from Eclypse Entertainment kept the dance floor going all night, and Shane Trotter took so many gorgeous photos that it was hard to pick favorites! While it’s not the cheapest venue, the service, food, and atmosphere make The Club a true hidden gem — our Brazilian wedding in Nevada was everything we dreamed of and more!

From start to finish our experience with The Lodge was absolutely amazing and their professionalism and value for money was there. We had about 120 guests and the venue was a perfect fit for our party. Every added detail enhanced our guests experience and overall it was such a smooth day with the help of the on-site coordinator Jeff Jacks.

Trista is currently the wedding coordinator at Wolf Run and she is amazing. We had a wedding for 300 people and she was with us every step of the way. She was very accommodating and flexible when it came to decor and working within our budget. The whole staff at Wolf Run was fabulous and the venue/view is beautiful. The food was delicious and I was very happy with how everything turned out.

I can go on and on about how amazing Toiyabe Golf Club is! My husband (then fiance) and I live in Reno and wanted a beautiful mountainous venue close to home with scenic views when we started planning our wedding in March 2022. When we searched the Tahoe area, everything was either too expensive or too small. Then on our way home, while driving through Washoe Valley, my husband and I spontaneously swung by Toiyabe Golf Club, and I’m glad we did. Not only did the venue have exactly the look and feel we wanted for our fall wedding but Savannah, the venue coordinator, was extremely accommodating! Fast forward to our wedding this past Saturday(October 14, 2023) and we had the most beautiful wedding I could have dreamed! From set up to breakdown, Savannah and her staff were there for us making sure our vision came to life. Savannah answered all our questions(I constantly had questions for her over our 1 year and 7 month engagement) from the minute we signed our contract. She was flexible in accommodating any special requests we had for our big day and never said no to our ideas. The venue also comes with a day of wedding coordinator, ours was Kendra! Wow, she was with us the entire day making sure we were happy and keeping everything on schedule. Aside from checking in on us all day and running the day’s schedule, she also assisted the groom, photographer and I with our wedding photos. She helped call out our family’s names getting everyone needed to the photo area and she brought us a box with appetizers to make sure we ate before the groom and I took our one on one photos. She also came with us on our Photoshoot to make sure my dress looked perfect! I felt so pampered and taken care of. These are just some highlights, but overall, Kendra was with us every step of the way from our first phone call with her a few months before the wedding to the day! Other things about the venue I appreciated was the extensive getting ready space and how staff had it all setup and decorated when we arrived, the venue’s amazing food, and the overall price of everything. It was extremely affordable for such a beautiful venue! Many of our wedding guests told us it was the most beautiful venue they had ever seen, and we couldn’t agree more! Thank you Toiyabe and staff for helping us plan the wedding of our dreams!!
