We had such a great experience having our wedding at Wolf Run Golf Club! First of all, our contact there and wedding coordinator, Trista DeWeese, was fantastic! She was so helpful, kind, and accommodating. Planning weddings can be stressful and she helped make decisions and planning go smoothly. She is flexible, calm, and always made us feel important. The ceremony venue and reception site were beautiful and the staff there did everything we asked of them. They did the setup and breakdown of decorations and made sure that everything ran smoothly. The food was fantastic and the staff there was very friendly. We cannot express enough how thankful we were of everyone there. We got so many compliments on how great everything looked and what a great setting and venue it was. Our wedding was so special, memorable, and fun! We would highly recommend this venue to anyone in the market for an enjoyable and special wedding experience!

Wolf run was beautiful and the staff was great! Huge shout out to Chelsea and Emily who made the day smooth and were super helpful throughout the day! They went through a couple wedding planners which was a little stressful although they did seem to still respond in the process of hiring again. I was very pleased with the venue and the guests loved the food! Hey also do all set up and clean up which was such a huge help to my family and myself!

The people at Wolf Run were amazing. They were on top of everything and we so flexible.

They were an amazingly beautiful place for our wedding!!! They allowed us to take pictures anywhere on the course!! It was a great day!

I wouldn't recommend Wolf Run to a bride. While everything worked out perfectly the day of the wedding and it was gorgeous, working with Wolf Run was an absolute nightmare. We worked with two different event coordinators who were completely unprofessional and appeared unqualified. We would often have to call multiple times/ email multiple times before we would get a response from them. Very annoying when we just had simple questions that could have been easily answered in an email. Every time we did meet together/ talk, it appeared that we were inconveniencing them and they would always be in a hurry. We couldn't have met more than 5 times in the entire year. Maybe we were expecting too much, but compared to every other person we worked with during the entire process they were quite unpleasant and rude. Planning a wedding is stressful enough without having to deal with that!
