Our Heavenly wedding was perfect! The venue is beyond beautiful and the staff was kind, responsive, and made our day perfect!! We have NO regrets and are thankful we picked this for our venue!

We knew we wanted to get married in the Tahoe area, somewhere under the trees, near the lake, not on a beach, not at a restaurant, and not a harrowing booking window where you can only book it online at midnight exactly 1 year beforehand or whatever. When looking for venues there were shockingly few that both fit that description AND weren't a zillion dollars (plus we're more laid-back people and really not at all golf course people), so we were so happy to find Valhalla. We were grateful for the recommended vendor list Valhalla has, which made it easy to narrow down but has some really great recommendations (we worked with Cassandra Ream at Art in Motion Design, who has a lot of experience working with Valhalla and knows how to make the venue really shine; highly recommend!). The staff at Valhalla was all wonderful. And the venue was really perfect; we loved getting married under the trees with incredible dappled light coming through, the dock was really lovely and we have some great photos there, we had a lovely cocktail hour and dinner on the lawn, and the great hall was perfect for dancing for our wedding (we had 90 people). Overall we couldn't be happier.

Where do I start! We were a Covid wedding and had to reschedule for the next year. Keely and her team did an amazing job! Between Covid, smoke from the fires and looming thunderstorms, Keely was on top of it and reassured me all would be okay, and it did! The weather was beautiful and the venue was amazing. Her staff did an excellent job and the food was amazing! Thank you, Keely and the Lake Tahoe Golf Course for making our dream wedding come true!

Margaritaville Resort Lake Tahoe was an absolute delight to work with for our day daughters wedding. Their communication style was expressive, personal and engaging from our very first interaction. The team's attention to detail and local networking shone through, as they seamlessly coordinated all the logistics to ensure our special day flowed effortlessly. The functionality of the venue and its stunning lakeside setting worked in perfect harmony, creating an unforgettable experience for us and all our guests. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to celebrate our daughters marriage, and we highly recommend Margaritaville Resort Lake Tahoe to any couple planning their dream wedding.

As an officiant, it is great to watch other vendors and see how professional they perform. Such was the case with the crew last Sunday on the Tahoe Bleu Wave at Kate and Cal's wedding. The couple and the rest of the 13 guests loved the service and the venue.. I found it interesting that the photographer was giving directions to the boat captain in order to obtain the best lighting on the subjects. He had evidently prearranged such, and the captain was more than willing to accommodate him. Great job Captain Steve and your crew. I hope we work more weddings together.

From day one, Chelsea at The Landing was absolutely incredible. Throughout the entire planning process, we formed such a close relationship with her—she was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our wedding everything we dreamed it would be. Every planning call felt like talking to a friend who just got it. On the wedding day itself, Chelsea worked hand-in-hand with our planner to make sure everything ran smoothly—even when a surprise hailstorm tried to throw things off. She was working her butt off behind the scenes, stepping in every way she could to support transitions, guide vendors, and keep things flowing seamlessly. She stayed all the way through the end of the night, making sure every detail was perfect and that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. On top of her incredible coordination, Chelsea made the experience deeply personal. She surprised my dad and husband with bottles of their favorite liquor—just because she remembered me mentioning it. She gifted us a custom frame with our wedding date, a ring box, and personalized pillowcases. She truly thought of everything, and our entire week-long stay at The Landing felt like a dream because of her care and attention. The food was incredible, the views were completely unmatched, and the bartenders and setup crew were fantastic. Every part of the experience exceeded our expectations. We’re already planning future trips back to beautiful Tahoe just to relive a piece of the magic. They will forever be a part of our story.

They were very kind and accommodating. We had a beautiful ceremony at the lake. Even though we weren't able to use the lawn area at the beach we were able to perform the ceremony on the deck above the beach. It worked out perfectly and I am very happy that it worked out, in fact it was better.

We had our wedding reception with Tep's villa Roma in 2002. Dan and his wife the owners were so helpful, Dan made planning this event effortless. He provided every service imaginable. the staff was attentive & professional. When the big day came everything was in place as we had planned. The only thing we had to do was enjoy the day.

Our ceremony location was absolutely beautiful and everything we could have hoped for. The setting created the perfect backdrop for our vows, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Everything was set up on time, the music was included and perfectly timed, and it made the day feel effortless for us and our guests. The location was also easy for everyone to find and access, which made a big difference for out-of-town friends and family. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to say “I do.”
