CeCe and Apollo are two of the most genuine people I have ever met. CeCe was there every step of the way from the beginnings of planning in November to the day of our wedding in June, and even after. They also had someone help my mother with and out-of-town guest dinner during the night of the rehearsal dinner. There were, of course, things that didn't go as planned along the way, but CeCe always took the stress off and made it work. When I walked in the ballroom for the reception, I was just blown away by how beautiful everything was!! The candy table was just amazing and so pretty! It was a hit and there wasn't anything left over! Thank you so much CeCe, Apollo and the Creative Encores team!!

Cindy was a total dream to work with from first contact. She was recommended by our venue (The Grand Summit) but I still did my research and talked to other florists and decorators. Finally I made the smart decision to go with Cindy. The flowers and decorations were absolutely perfect and so reasonably priced. We had a themed wedding--Star Wars/Back to the Future--and even though she wasn't nearly as big a nerd as we are, she had fantastic suggestions that made things extra fun. And the candy table! It looked gorgeous and fun and was exactly what we wanted. Our guests went bananas. She also made the most gorgeous bridal arch with flowers and star garlands (the one thing I made myself--thanks, Pinterest!) that we also used as a backdrop for our table during the reception. Our centerpieces glittered with gold accents and lightly gold glitter tipped roses (which might sound tacky but they were stunning). My bouquet was simple and perfect as were all the flowers for our wedding party and family. Overall, Cindy also has fantastic energy and we left every meeting feeling positive and excited. And when I had a bridal meltdown the morning of the wedding (20 minutes of Bridezilla thanks to nerves and a scheduling snafu) she kept me calm and didn't look at me like I was insane. Which I was. But for only those 20 minutes. Huge thumbs up for Cindy. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend her amazing services.

This was a second marriage for both of us, but still very important to us that it we could celebrate it with our family & close friends. A couple of our adult children were relocating out of state and couldn't push out their move which meant we were working with a deadline. Not to mention this was all happening in the middle of the Coronavirus epidemic when many places were either shut down or operating under serious restrictions. We were getting close to our deadline and afraid we wouldn't find a venue to meet our needs or an event planner. At that point, we faced having to host the wedding outside in our lawn (to be able to have enough space for the guests) and figured we'd have to do all the wedding planning (not to mention make the decor) ourselves. Fortunately, a venue did come through last minute, and a family member suggested we contact Marhath Events to see if they would be willing to do the rest of the wedding planning. I was doubtful they'd be willing to take us on especially last minute, but we were pleasantly surprised when they agreed. It wasn't just their willingness to accommodate our event short notice that interested us in their company but a big selling point for us was the treat wall & wedding arch not to leave out the seating chart mirror. Also seeing that they were a veteran-owned business was a selling point and gave us confidence in hiring people who proudly served our county. We were definitely right in hiring them. They worked with our time frame and even travelled out of their area to accommodate our venue. We were nervous enough as it was, but they made us feel confident that they would have everything ready for our big day. They did just as they promised that they would and our wedding party went off just as planned. We couldn't have had a better experience and are pleased to recommend Marhath Events to anyone else who is looking for an honest, professional event planner who works hard to make their client's events beautiful on the outside. If we ever have a big event like that again (like when one of our kids get married), Marhath Events will be our first call.
