As a couple who prides themselves on organization and planning, we thought a coordinator would be the last thing we needed for our wedding, especially since our venue had a maitre d’ and bridal attendant we were paying for. But as the tasks piled up, and the to-do list got longer, we started to get concerned about executing our wedding like we envisioned and I knew the venue team was not the right team for the job. Nicole was an absolute DREAM to work with. Truly an angel on earth. From the moment we spoke about potentially working with her on our wedding day, she was fully invested in making sure our wedding day was perfect. She was available day and night, handling issues before they even arose and was amazing at communicating everything she was going to do or already accomplished. I never had to worry about a single thing because I knew Nicole would take care of it. On wedding day, she was LITERALLY running around with her emergency kit finding tape and pins and sewing kits to fix my wedding dress and sew my shoes back together and sew our best man's buttons back on in the extreme heat all while making sure we were hydrated, fed, and on schedule. Did I mention she carried my heavy veil and train around pretty much all day??? In addition to helping me and my husband on wedding day, she helped out my bridesmaids and parents with anything they needed and was the point person for all of our vendors. She took care of things I never even thought about like packing up the cake at the end of the night and putting out reserved seat signs for our immediate family. Even the way Nicole sent such detailed emails, timelines and texts was incredibly helpful. She even proof read signage, invitation suites and more. One of my favorite parts of having Nicole on our team for our wedding day was the way she always made sure we felt comfortable with a decision before it was made and always made sure we had autonomy with our day. She never made us feel forced into a decision or pressured into doing something. She always offered her suggestions, asked our opinion and we collaborated as a team. I truly could not imagine having our wedding day without her. It ran unbelievably smooth and truly Nicole was a pleasure to work with. My husband and I can't say enough good things about working with Nicole and cannot emphasize enough how much she truly put our minds at ease and helped us make sure our wedding day was perfect.

I was unsure about booking a day of coordinator since we used a full service venue but I honestly don’t know what I would have done without Nicole. From the minute she walked in on wedding day she totally took over and I didn’t have to take care of anything else from then on. Everytime I mentioned something I wanted to bring with us or check on, she immediately handled it. Nicole was not only a joy to be around but she kept us running on track and smoothly. She had all of our dresses steamed before I even realized she had started. When our photographer arrived she got all the stuff for details shots handled while I got to relax. When she saw me looking stressed she woud talk me through it and find solutions. Nicole allowed me to turn off the planning part of my brain and just enjoy myself. I didn’t even have to keep track of where my phone was. Looking through photos and videos I can see that Nicole was off to the side cheering me on during key moments. Do yourself a favor and hire Nicole so you can fully enjoy your wedding day!

When I say we may not have survived without Nicole, I mean it. Our wedding day was the most perfect day from start to finish, and I know in large part that was due to Nicole’s expert coordination, perpetual calm, friendly helpfulness, and flawless timekeeping. She did it all and then some, and we couldn’t be more thankful that we had her as our day-of coordinator.

Leading up to the wedding, she kept us on track and organized and served as a vital resource for questions and advice. She was proactive in reaching out to get-to-know our vendors and coordinate our day with them, as well as connect with us on any outstanding questions/items.

Her preparedness got us across the finish line and our wedding day went off without a hitch. For us girls, it was relaxed, it was fun, it was ahead of schedule. For the boys, they were fed and dressed (and wrinkle and stain-free!) and always where they needed to be. Nicole got us through our photo-session-frenzy and even planned little moments where my husband and I could have a second alone to breathe. The ceremony and reception are a perfect blur of love and fun and by the end of the night, Nicole was ready for us with our “go-bags” and everything we needed for the after-party.

She made it incredibly easy for us to have the perfect day, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Our bridal parties, parents and family have been telling us ever since what a lifesaver she was (to which we say TRULY!) and we would recommend her to any couple for their wedding day.

Our Magical, Fairy-Tale Wedding was Spectacular, all with Nicole's flawless coordination. She was dedicated to her role and surpassed our expectations of making the Wedding Day a dream. In the planning stages, Nicole was always available within 24 hours either by phone, text or email. From start to finish, Nicole considered all scenarios that might have presented themselves, was totally prepared and her attention to detail was impeccable. Nicole was always personable, wearing a Smile, never appearing perplexed or baffled with any of our inquiries. She happily offered suggestions from her vast experience for us to consider for our Wedding. Nicole created a detailed time-line from the Rehearsal & Dinner the night before the Wedding, early AM Wedding day hair & make-up for the Bridal Party, arriving at Wedding venue in the afternoon, all the way through our final dance and exit at the end of the Reception. Have Nicole be a part of your special day and you will be beyond taken care of superbly!

No matter how long this review is, there aren’t enough words to describe how vital Nicole became for our big day. At the start of our wedding planning we really didn’t think that we needed a day of coordinator, but THANKFULLY we made the decision to add Nicole to our team and we couldn’t have been any happier. From our first meeting Nicole went above and beyond for us any time we asked for something, even helping us find the right language to negotiate our rates for the wedding block we had. As the wedding got closer she took more and more stress off of our plates and every video call we had left us feeling more at ease. By the time the actual wedding came our stress levels were way lower than they could have been, thanks to Nicole. I don’t know how she managed to be in all these places at once, but the morning of the wedding had her running around with the bride/bridesmaids, managing both of our moms, dropping decor off at the reception venue, AND coordinating with our photographers. Once we got to the reception we had nothing to worry about because we could see Nicole flying around taking care of anything and everything that needed addressing. We cannot recommend Nicole and The Ever Co enough! She will make you feel so comfortable and at ease for a day where you shouldn’t have ANY worries at all. We simply can’t imagine how this day would have gone without her.

Nicole at The Ever Co was an absolute dream to work with! I had debated hiring a planner and it wasn’t until a month from our wedding did I reach out to Nicole. It was by far the best decision I made while wedding planning and I wish I hired her sooner! Nicole was everything I wanted/needed and more in a planner. Her professionalism and organization are out of this world. She was able to plan out almost every last minute of our day, sparing no details. Nicole was the first to arrive at our getting ready location and was the last to leave our venue. She was there to make sure everything ran smoothly throughout the day and was able to handle everything with poise and professionalism. Nicole is extremely organized, attentive, quick thinking and positive! She took all the weight off our shoulders the last few weeks of planning, making the vendor schedule, double checking our list of to-dos, and much more. She allowed us to actually enjoy the weeks leading up to our wedding verses stressing over how everything will get done. She was my fierce ally when I had a hiccup with one of my vendors and she took over communication to sort everything out.

The day of, Nicole was everywhere she was needed and went above and beyond for me and my family. My dad (who was skeptical at first) was so happy as the day went on.
