Our wedding on 10/25/25 was amazing and a huge success. Engaging with Nicole and The Ever Co was one of the best decisions we made and ensured our wedding planning to execution to day-of arrangements, was seamless and stressless.
I cannot thank Nicole and her team enough for everything they did for us. Highly recommend The Ever Co, who will make your wedding the one you've always dreamed of.
Nicole is terrific to work and partner with, bringing a plethora of experience to the table- to ensure every detail is thought through, your timeline works for not just you as the Bride/Groom and bridal party, but also for your vendors. She helped bring my wedding vision to life - and we're still basking in the glow of a terrific evening. -

As a couple who prides themselves on organization and planning, we thought a coordinator would be the last thing we needed for our wedding, especially since our venue had a maitre d’ and bridal attendant we were paying for. But as the tasks piled up, and the to-do list got longer, we started to get concerned about executing our wedding like we envisioned and I knew the venue team was not the right team for the job. Cue Nicole who was able to assimilate into our wedding planning without missing a beat!! She was able to dot every I and cross every T, thinking of things, and handling them, before they even had a chance to cross our minds. We can not even begin to fathom the things that would have slipped our minds if not for Nicole, and she ensured that every single aspect was as amazing as we ever hoped and dreamed. Even if you don't think you need a wedding planner, you do! And booking The Ever Co. is a no-brainer! -

We truly cannot thank Nicole from The Ever Co. enough for everything she did to make our wedding day so seamless, beautiful, and genuinely stress-free. From the very beginning, Nicole was incredibly kind, organized, and so thoughtful in every interaction. She took the time to fully understand our vision and made sure every detail was brought to life with care and intention.
We were very particular about who we chose as our coordinator. We wanted someone who could not only execute our vision flawlessly, but also bring the type of energy and calm we needed on a day that can easily feel overwhelming. Nicole absolutely delivered, and then some. She brought the best vibes, and truly made the entire experience so joyful and easy to enjoy.
Her positive and helpful presence was such a gift throughout the planning process, and especially on the big day. She was always one step ahead—anticipating needs, solving any issues behind the scenes, and making sure everything stayed right on track. Because of Nicole, we were able to be fully present and soak up every moment with our loved ones, knowing that everything was in the best hands.
Nicole’s attention to detail, professionalism, and warmth made such a difference in our day. She exceeded our already high expectations and made our wedding feel not just beautiful, but easy and fun. We’re so incredibly grateful for her.

Gina Sent on 06/23/2025Nicole was an angel on earth! I can't even imagine our wedding day without her!
Nicole was an absolute DREAM to work with. Truly an angel on earth. From the moment we spoke about potentially working with her on our wedding day, she was fully invested in making sure our wedding day was perfect. She was available day and night, handling issues before they even arose and was amazing at communicating everything she was going to do or already accomplished. I never had to worry about a single thing because I knew Nicole would take care of it. On wedding day, she was LITERALLY running around with her emergency kit finding tape and pins and sewing kits to fix my wedding dress and sew my shoes back together and sew our best man's buttons back on in the extreme heat all while making sure we were hydrated, fed, and on schedule. Did I mention she carried my heavy veil and train around pretty much all day??? In addition to helping me and my husband on wedding day, she helped out my bridesmaids and parents with anything they needed and was the point person for all of our vendors. She took care of things I never even thought about like packing up the cake at the end of the night and putting out reserved seat signs for our immediate family. Even the way Nicole sent such detailed emails, timelines and texts was incredibly helpful. She even proof read signage, invitation suites and more. One of my favorite parts of having Nicole on our team for our wedding day was the way she always made sure we felt comfortable with a decision before it was made and always made sure we had autonomy with our day. She never made us feel forced into a decision or pressured into doing something. She always offered her suggestions, asked our opinion and we collaborated as a team. I truly could not imagine having our wedding day without her. It ran unbelievably smooth and truly Nicole was a pleasure to work with. My husband and I can't say enough good things about working with Nicole and cannot emphasize enough how much she truly put our minds at ease and helped us make sure our wedding day was perfect. -

When I say we may not have survived without Nicole, I mean it. Our wedding day was the most perfect day from start to finish, and I know in large part that was due to Nicole’s expert coordination, perpetual calm, friendly helpfulness, and flawless timekeeping. She did it all and then some, and we couldn’t be more thankful that we had her as our day-of coordinator.
Leading up to the wedding, she kept us on track and organized and served as a vital resource for questions and advice. She was proactive in reaching out to get-to-know our vendors and coordinate our day with them, as well as connect with us on any outstanding questions/items.
Her preparedness got us across the finish line and our wedding day went off without a hitch. For us girls, it was relaxed, it was fun, it was ahead of schedule. For the boys, they were fed and dressed (and wrinkle and stain-free!) and always where they needed to be. Nicole got us through our photo-session-frenzy and even planned little moments where my husband and I could have a second alone to breathe. The ceremony and reception are a perfect blur of love and fun and by the end of the night, Nicole was ready for us with our “go-bags” and everything we needed for the after-party.
She made it incredibly easy for us to have the perfect day, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Our bridal parties, parents and family have been telling us ever since what a lifesaver she was (to which we say TRULY!) and we would recommend her to any couple for their wedding day. -

Nicole Cornetto is the Wedding Coordinator you want!
Our Magical, Fairy-Tale Wedding was Spectacular, all with Nicole's flawless coordination. She was dedicated to her role and surpassed our expectations of making the Wedding Day a dream. In the planning stages, Nicole was always available within 24 hours either by phone, text or email. From start to finish, Nicole considered all scenarios that might have presented themselves, was totally prepared and her attention to detail was impeccable. Nicole was always personable, wearing a Smile, never appearing perplexed or baffled with any of our inquiries. She happily offered suggestions from her vast experience for us to consider for our Wedding. Nicole created a detailed time-line from the Rehearsal & Dinner the night before the Wedding, early AM Wedding day hair & make-up for the Bridal Party, arriving at Wedding venue in the afternoon, all the way through our final dance and exit at the end of the Reception. Have Nicole be a part of your special day and you will be beyond taken care of superbly!

No matter how long this review is, there aren’t enough words to describe how vital Nicole became for our big day. At the start of our wedding planning we really didn’t think that we needed a day of coordinator, but THANKFULLY we made the decision to add Nicole to our team and we couldn’t have been any happier. From our first meeting Nicole went above and beyond for us any time we asked for something, even helping us find the right language to negotiate our rates for the wedding block we had. As the wedding got closer she took more and more stress off of our plates and every video call we had left us feeling more at ease. By the time the actual wedding came our stress levels were way lower than they could have been, thanks to Nicole. I don’t know how she managed to be in all these places at once, but the morning of the wedding had her running around with the bride/bridesmaids, managing both of our moms, dropping decor off at the reception venue, AND coordinating with our photographers. Once we got to the reception we had nothing to worry about because we could see Nicole flying around taking care of anything and everything that needed addressing. We cannot recommend Nicole and The Ever Co enough! She will make you feel so comfortable and at ease for a day where you shouldn’t have ANY worries at all. We simply can’t imagine how this day would have gone without her. -

WOW. I literally cannot find the words to describe Nicole and her team... First and foremost, just do yourself a favor and book The Ever Co to coordinate your wedding! You will NOT regret it!
Nicole is extremely organized, attentive, quick thinking and positive! She took all the weight off our shoulders the last few weeks of planning, making the vendor schedule, double checking our list of to-dos, and much more. She allowed us to actually enjoy the weeks leading up to our wedding verses stressing over how everything will get done. She was my fierce ally when I had a hiccup with one of my vendors and she took over communication to sort everything out.
The day of, Nicole was everywhere she was needed and went above and beyond for me and my family. My dad (who was skeptical at first) was so happy as the day went on. Even my bridal party is still raving about Nicole! Her attention to detail is unmatched and I can honestly say hiring her was one of the best parts of the wedding planning process.

I don’t even know where to begin! I seriously can not imagine what the day would have been like if I didn’t have The Ever Co by my side. When I had my first phone consultation with Nicole right after I got engaged, I was sold in the first 5 minutes of talking to her and knew I needed her as a part of my big day!
Her help started before the big day. We were in constant communication with Nicole throughout our whole planning process, especially in the month leading up to the wedding. In regards to the wedding day itself, what didn't she do?! She set up every decor item at the venue, helped our family members with portrait pictures, helped with our dog who was the flower girl, made all of our signs, and more! You know she is a rockstar when family members and other vendors keep saying how amazing she was. We are truly grateful for Nicole and all of her services. Hands down, it was the best money we spent for our entire wedding! -

RUN TO HIRE NICOLE!! Nicole was by far our favorite vendor! She helped out so much with making sure our wedding day was flawless. Each part of the process was a breeze. Nicole thought of everything, even the things that I had forgotten to plan. She is incredibly detail-oriented and made sure that we were there to enjoy our day that we planned for so long. On our wedding day, Nicole came prepared with her emergency kit on hand that saved the day when my bustle came undone during the reception. Nicole expertly swooped in, did her magic, and my dress was back to looking fabulous, allowing me to dance the night away worry-free! The BEST decision we made was working with The Ever Co day of coordination.

Kate Sent on 01/16/2024Don't know what we would have done with The Ever Co!
We met with Nicole about 2 months out from our wedding. We were so impressed by her organization! She created an almost minute-by-minute timeline for the day and was the point of contact for all of our vendors, bridal party & family, which allowed us to relax and enjoy our day without any stress or worries.
Nicole was crucial in ensuring our day ran smoothly and kept the whole timeline on track and I can't even begin to describe what an important role she played. There are no words!!! Simply put, we don't know what we would have done without her!! My husband and I kept saying the next day, seriously though what would we have done?!
When the florist only delivered 6 bouquets instead of 8 for my bridesmaids, she contacted the florist and had 2 more bouquets at the site of our pictures in what seemed like a blink of an eye! There was an issue with power for the ceremony, she was on it! There was a mix up with a last minute table addition, she fixed it! Which, by the way, I had absolutely NO idea about any of these issues until after the wedding. Almost all of our vendors went out of their way to mention how much they enjoyed working with Nicole & that they would jump at the opportunity to work with her again.
If you’re on the fence about hiring a coordinator, my #1 advice as a newly married woman is- DO IT! And of course, hire Nicole!

If you're getting married and want to have the best day ever, I highly recommend working with The Ever Co. Nicole truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day unforgettable, and we're so grateful for all of her hard work ensuring everything was taken care of!
As a Type-A bride, I was extremely nervous about all of the details coming together, especially since we were getting married at a raw space venue meaning EVERYTHING (down to the glassware, tables/chairs, even garbage cans) needed to be rented & brought in. Nicole & her team took full control of all the contracts & vendor communications starting the month before the wedding. While building our day-of timeline, Nicole made sure to include every last detail including when vendors needed to arrive, where they had to be, and provided checklists to ensure that everything was accounted for. She acted as the point of contact for all vendors so no one was contacting me the morning of the wedding, which was a dream!
Not only did she do a fabulous job managing the timeline and overseeing set-up, but she did a great job of shielding me from the issues so I wouldn't stress about anything. She was there for me in every way, gf was even re-doing my lipgloss in between pictures! My husband and I were super impressed and would recommend Nicole & her team to all Brides & Grooms who truly want to enjoy their special day!The Ever Co's reply:

After The Ever Co came highly recommended from our venue, I hired Nicole as our day-of coordinator and I can confidently say that it was the BEST decision we made! From the moment we met, Nicole made us feel at ease and assured us that she would take care of everything on the big day - and she truly did!
We had a few unexpected things come up throughout the day - a vendor running late and a sudden rainstorm before our ceremony- but Nicole handled everything with grace and professionalism. She was always one step ahead, and we never had to worry about a thing!
Thanks to The Ever Co, my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy EVERY moment of our wedding day without any stress or worries. We had so much fun dancing the night away with our friends and family, and we know that wouldn't have been possible without the tremendous help of Nicole!The Ever Co's reply:
