Working with RSVP Events for the month and day of the wedding was one of the best decisions we made. Adrien made sure we were in good shape on our end and that we weren't forgetting anything. She also communicated with all of our vendors about the timeline and logistics for the day, which saved us so much time and energy. It was a great comfort to know that everyone was on the same page. On our wedding day we felt in such good hands, knowing that any issues that may arise would be handled. Adrien kept us on schedule so we didn't have to worry about anything besides being present and enjoying ourselves. She and Wendy also helped with little things we wouldn't have thought to ask for, like making sure we had appetizers and drinks ready for us at our table. On top of all of this, they were so sweet and seemed genuinely happy to be helpful to us on our special day. We are so happy we worked with RSVP Events and highly recommend them to anyone who is considering hiring a wedding coordinator. If you are looking to book a service that RSVP Wedding & Event Designers offers STOP AND LOOK NO FURTHER. Hire them! I am telling you as a bride that hired John and Lynne, that they are absolutely the best people for the job. I got married this past Sunday, November 14th 2021, and we hired John and Lynne initially for backdrop services. I contacted them that I was interested and they responded with ideas and even set up a phone call to map out the design. When the day came I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!! I planned this wedding in Michigan while living in Wisconsin, I did not meet them in person until the day of and they are the lowliest people ever! I not only hired them for backdrop services, but also as our DJ! Wow do they know how to read a crowd! There wasn't a second where someone wasn't dancing! Music was a great selection and mixed so well. We planned a wedding after party in a completely different location in which John and Lynne showed up at both venues for set up/tear down. Correspondence was great, planning was amazing. I swear they are worth every penny. The only thing I wish I could change is to go back in time and hire them for event planning lol! Thank you for being apart of the wedding of my dreams and making it more than I could ever hope for!

I can not say enough good things about Doretha and her team! She kept me calm throughout the entire process. Her rates varied depending on your needs and were incredibly reasonable. She was very helpful with vendor sources and made herself available for those freak out phone calls that no one ever thinks they will need to make. She had a timeline that kept everyone on task and on track, she communicated with Vendors and coordinated the day. She even got guests up on the dance floor to get the reception moving. Doretha and Maria were absolutely wonderful!!

Jessica is nothing short of amazing. She was the planner/coordinator and was also the floral designer, for our wedding at the GRAM last summer. I can't speak more highly of her and her team and what an amazing job Jessica did on our wedding day. We started working with Jessica about 9 months before the big day, she walked me and my mom through the whole process and was an invaluable resource. Jessica helped us navigate various bumps in the planning process and was so supportive and practical. She is also super responsive and accommodating, she listened to my vision and exceeded my expectations for the ceremony and reception design. She truly allowed my husband and me to be guests at our own wedding - we didn't have to worry about a thing! The floral design was also so absolutely beautiful. She did amazing things and kept our budget in mind. My bouquet had the most amazing large succulent, it was truly unique and exactly what I wanted. I can not speak more highly of Jessica and her team, and encourage anyone planning an event to use her - you will be glad you did!

Our daughter and her fiancé picked September 29, 2012 to get married on the beach in Douglas, MI. and to have their reception at the Twin Gables Inn in Saugatuck. We had three months to put this wedding together, and we all live in a suburb of Chicago. Although, Nicole could do nothing to ensure that we had the 74 degrees and sun that we had for the ceremony, she certainly went over and above to make sure that what we envisioned came to fruition. There is not one thing we would have done differently. Nicole gave us sound advice as to catering. The food was spectacular, and everyone made comments. The tent with the tiny lights looked magical and romantic. Twin Gables was warm, and Danielle was very accommodating. Between she and Nicole, they made everything happen the way we wanted. The breakfasts were to die for, and the ambiance of Inn along with the families being together made for a very special weekend. What a great way to start a new life!!!

I’ve tried to write this multiple times now but can’t quite find the words to express my gratitude for Lindsay. She took a few conversations over the course of a few months, random photos from Pinterest, and panic texts from me, and gave me the calmest dream wedding day. Through COVID, thunderstorms, and more she kept all our vendors in lockstep. Lindsay perfectly timed our hair and makeup, created the most beautiful tablescape and ceremony spot with our florist, delivered dinner perfectly, and made sure our photographer was everywhere collecting everything. She was like a fairy godmother who I barely saw during the day, but had every single tiny detail I had ever mentioned - down to saving the corks from our wedding toast, something I mentioned once months ago. And on top of it all she’s just an absolutely delightful human being. I wish I could hire her for everything in my life. Absolutely could not recommend her more if you’re looking for a coordinator!!

Using Shelby for floral, design, and coordination was by far the best decision we made for our wedding day. She was with us for a year and a half helping plan, design, and coordinate everything, and she did an absolutely AMAZING job! I had worked with Shelby before I hired her for my wedding, so I knew that she would be great! She does beautiful work when it comes to floral. I just gave her some ideas of what I was thinking and some flowers that I like and left the rest up to her, knowing that the outcome would be stunning, and I was right! I didn't really have a clue what anything would look like until the morning of our wedding, and she out-did herself. I was absolutely in LOVE with my bouquet, and all the other florals that she put together! Shelby also put together an awesome Donut display for our cocktail hour, along with all kinds of beautiful decor inside our venue! Her coordination, and everything that she did the day of made the day run so smoothly, and I was so happy with how everything turned out! She is SO nice, helpful, and super easy to work and get along with! I would recommend her to anyone getting married!!

Rebecca is AMAZING! We hired her for our wedding as a coordinator to help us plan our GR wedding from Arizona. I cannot recommend her enough. She made everything run flawlessly. We had a fairly large wedding and I can be a little Type-A personality but she made my wedding a dream come true. It was such a relief to a control freak me to not have to worry about a single detail the day of my wedding. Our families, bridal party and guests all commented about how amazing she was. My experience with Nikki was fantastic. She took my dream wedding and made it a reality while offering inciteful and innovative ideas along the way. She is creative and professional, but the best part is she actually listens to your ideas to make sure you’re getting what you want out of your wedding day.

After finalizing our wedding date, the next big decision we made was to hire a wedding coordinator and it was the BEST choice we made! Emily was worth her weight in gold (and then some). She was there through every step of the process, providing recommendations, helping us through logistics headaches, giving us support, and assisting us to convert our vision into a reality. The planning portal we used helped us understand everything from what big questions we needed to answer down to the smallest details we had to consider. On the day of the wedding, I cannot accurately capture how much Emily and Skye (her fantastic intern) did for us because they were everywhere. They set up decor, flipped tables, delivered food, coordinated vendors, moved us around, kept us on time, cleaned up, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. Emily worked to build our trust that she would execute our wedding, and she did that and then some. If there were bumps, we didn't see it. If there were blips, we didn't know. If someone came up to ask me a question, she whisked them away and handled it. She made it so myself and my husband could focus on 1) getting married and 2) enjoying our day. It was the greatest gift. We weren't worried because Emily was there. We could be fully present because Emily was there. She also enabled this for our friends and family, which was incredibly important. My mom was just gushing over Emily and her team saying that we simply "got the best." And we did. I recommend that every bride get a wedding coordinator and, more than that, to use Best Day Details because Emily and her entire team are absolute superstars!
