I am not really sure where to even begin, but I can simply say hiring Hannah and her team was the very best decision for our wedding. I interviewed multiple wedding planners, but found Hannah to be calm and transparent from the first meeting together. I was also that bride that thought I could handle more things than I could, but with Hannah's assistance, I was put at ease during any stressful time. I'd say my wedding was perfect on the day, but truly I would have had no idea if something bad occured as Hannah handled the big and small items. We had the best experience with Hannah at Stellaluna for our August 2025 wedding! We opted for the Partial Planning Wedding Coordination and could not be happier with our decision. Our meetings with Hannah started about a year out and she assisted us every step of the way. From the aisle planner wedding organization website, to the preferred vendors list, the zoom call check-ins, and to being in contact with all our our vendors, Hannah made the wedding planning process much easier and enjoyable for us. Hannah created our wedding day timeline several months out which allowed us ample time to fill in any gaps and to make sure nothing was missed. On our wedding day, she was at the venue bright and early— she took the responsibility of set-up off our hands and she frequently checked in with me and the groom to see how we were feeling and if there was anything we needed! She was also there till the very end, helping with break down and clean up. Looking back on it, we don’t know what we would have done without her and we are so glad that we decided to work with StellaLuna. Some of the best money we spent on the wedding. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I got married in August 2025 and worked with Emily at Stellaluna for both our wedding and rehearsal dinner. Emily was a fantastic all-around wedding planner. From the initial planning to the months leading up to the big day, to the rehearsal and wedding, itself, Emily was a steady hand and was always on the ball. I think the best example of her skills, organization, and work ethic was the rehearsal and wedding itself as everything went off perfectly. We’ve been told that it’s rare for a wedding to go exactly how you planned it, but in our case it did! It was absolutely perfect, and we believe the majority of the credit should go to Emily. We also really appreciated her willingness to meet with us on Zoom and after work hours, as we are both attorneys out of state. The wedding process can be stressful, yet Emily was so good at mitigating that stress both in the planning stage and on the weekend of. We truly felt that we were in good hands. And we were! We are so thankful and appreciative of all the great work she did and would not hesitate to recommend her services to anyone. It was a truly special day, and Emily worked so hard, so diligently, and so effectively to make our dream wedding a reality. All in all, Emily is a fantastic wedding planner and we will be forever grateful for the incredible work she did for us!
