  Hire Stellaluna So You Can Enjoy Your Big Day!

  I am not really sure where to even begin, but I can simply say hiring Hannah and her team was the very best decision for our wedding. I interviewed multiple wedding planners, but found Hannah to be calm and transparent from the first meeting together. I was also that bride that thought I could handle more things than I could, but with Hannah's assistance, I was put at ease during any stressful time. I'd say my wedding was perfect on the day, but truly I would have had no idea if something bad occured as Hannah handled the big and small items. Please do yourself (and anyone involved with your wedding) a favor and hire Hannah; I promise it will be worth the expense, and you will be SO thankful you have her and the team on the big day. Thank you Stellaluna Events for our perfect day.

  Absolutely amazing.

  We had an amazing experience with StellaLuna and the team. Madison was our wedding planner and she was eager enthusiastic from the start and was incredibly adaptable to anything that came up. She made the day a breeze and we are eternally grateful she helped us from the start of our wedding journey.

  The BEST Decision We Made!

  Working with Stellaluna was, without a doubt, the single best decision we made during our entire wedding planning process! I cannot recommend Emily and the entire Stellaluna team enough. Utilizing their software and checklist made the process much less daunting and gave us the freedom to focus on other aspects of the wedding/marriage that were important to us. I can't say enough wonderful things about Emily. Leading up to the wedding, she was our planner extraordinaire - ensuring that every detail was discussed without being overwhelming. On the weekend- and day-of, she was extremely attentive to my husband and I, and thorough and direct with our vendors so that every aspect of the day went smoothly. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect and stress-free. If you do one thing in preparation for your wedding... hire Stellaluna! I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed!

  We LOVE Stellaluna Events!

  Hannah and her team at Stellaluna Events are amazing! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. Working with Shelby on our wedding design was such a great experience. Our proposal was extremely detailed and thoughtful. She really brought my vision to life. She went above and beyond with creating our driftwood place cards and seating chart, too! Hannah was wonderful from start to finish. She answered every question via text or email in a timely manner, she made me feel so at ease during the wedding planning process. I knew that my wedding day was going to be perfect because Hannah had everything handled. The day of timeline that she created for us was so helpful and her communication with our vendors was flawless. Our wedding day was the best day ever, our coordination was fantastic, and our guests gave us so many compliments. We had such a great experience with Stellaluna Events, we cannot recommend them enough!!!

  Where do I even begin? Pajas was absolutely amazing from start to finish and I could not recommend a Day-Of Coordinator more. Throughout the entire planning process I could not have felt more confident (and relaxed) going into our big day. The wedding planning process can get overwhelming but at each touchpoint Pajas was a breath of fresh air and made us feel like we were on the right track. On the day of, she went above and beyond to make sure myself and my groom were taken care of every second of the day. We wanted to keep our timeline as simple as possible without too much down time or waiting for the next thing for our guests and it was absolutely perfect. Her hard work was not only noticed by the two of us, but many in our bridal party and our attendees picked up on her energy and mentioned what a BOSS she was all day. Every time I thought of something we needed I swear she was always right there ready, probably with what we needed already in hand. If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator in the Traverse City area, look no further. MVP of the day!

  Amazing Planner!!

  Stellaluna is amazing!! For the services they provide, the price is extremely reasonable and the whole team went above and beyond. We are not from Michigan, so I knew we needed help and I'm so thankful we got to work with Emily and Shelby. They were proactive in sending recommendations for vendors, design ideas that fit our budget, and answering all of our questions.
  
  Once we got closer to the wedding Emily was the reason I was sane and able to actually relax on my wedding day, I cannot put into words how wonderful she is!! She worked around our crazy schedule to make sure we had regular touchpoints, reassured us during the stressful pre-wedding days, and even made a trip to our venue and facetimed us after our initial visit got canceled. It felt like having a friend with us the entire way and I could not recommend Stellaluna more. Thank you for making our wedding so special, we could not have done it without you!!

  Run, find your phone or email and contact Stellaluna Events for your wedding. Hannah is by far the reason my daughter's wedding was a soaring success! From the first phone call to the final hug goodbye at the end of the evening, Hannah was a shining star. To enjoy every minute of your or your child's wedding, you must hire Stelluna Events. Hannah has a calmness surrounding her that everyone involved with the event commented on. My daughter and her husband were her priority in ensuring they were fed, hydrated, and having the time of their lives on their special day.

Being an out of state bride, it was so nice to have a resouce in Grand Rapids to help put everything together. During the day of, I was so incredibly impressed with Hannah and her team. She truly brought our vision to life. She took care of every small problem that came our way and made sure that my new husband and I were able to focus on our guests and making sure we had as much fun as possible! Her timeline, communication with vendors, and day of coordination made our day everything we could have dreamed of! Highly recommend Stella Luna!

Truly so grateful to have her there on our special day. Would highly recommend!!

  Stellaluna or bust!

  This review is long overdue but needed none the less. Hannah and her crew absolutely went above and beyond on our wedding weekend. Our wedding consisted of multi-day event with many moving pieces and locations. Hannah toured our event space prior to our rehearsal to make sure she understood our vision and how to make it happen. Leading up to the weekend, Hannah was consistently in full communication and a text/call away if we had any questions. One thing that really stands out with Stellaluna is their organization and turnaround time. Hannah presented the timelines months in advanced which allowed us time tweak and find tune things along the way. If an issue ever came up, Hannah was first to provide suggestions, alternatives and to link us up with the right vendors. We also want to give a shoutout to Emily from Stellaluna who also had a huge impact on our weekend and was Hannah’s 2nd hand along the way. We honestly couldn’t have never executed this wedding without Stellaluna. If we could do it all over again just to work with Stellaluna, we would!   A DREAM to work with

  Working with Stellaluna events was an absolute DREAM. Their whole staff from booking a consultation to the execution of the day was everything I could have hoped for and more. They were so professional, I hired them for coordination services and if I could turn back time and hire them for full service I would. I was super nervous about the execution of the day because the planner that had come with our vendor wasn't great.
  
  But the Stellaluna team was so proactive and communicative that the day went out without a hitch. I felt informed of what was needed from me, by when, what decisions I needed to make, and what the suggestions were. They took my vision and brought it to life. I am forever grateful and HIGHLY recommend them. The happiest day of my life and so grateful Stellaluna helped create that for us.
  
  On the actual wedding day, all of the little details were completely taken care of and all I needed to focus on was enjoying myself, getting ready, and getting married! As a COVID bride, Stellaluna worked with me through planning, rescheduling, rebooking and was so reassuring through the whole process.

  So organized!

  Brooke was wonderful to work with for our wedding. She helped keep us organized throughout the entire planning process with their online dashboard. She was so helpful in coordinating with the vendors as we got closer to the wedding and we are SO glad she was there during our wedding weekend. She ran our rehearsal with ease and made everyone comfortable. On the wedding day she was the hero in the background - made sure everything was set up according to plan and that we followed the timeline. So grateful to have had Brooke's help!

  Best decision for our small, backyard wedding

  Hiring Stellaluna was honestly one of the best decisions we made, especially once we shifted our plans from a full-service venue to a family home (which required a lot more heavy lifting and different venders to coordinate). Scout not only fielded our many questions over the year leading up to the wedding, especially while we considered changing our plans, but completely managed vendor communication in the weeks leading up to the wedding and made sure everything was set up exactly how we envisioned it. We are so so so grateful we had someone on the scene we could trust to handle anything and everything while we got to relax and enjoy the day and cannot recommend Stellaluna and Scout enough!

  Stellaluna Events Rocks!

  Wow!! We cannot speak highly enough of our experience working with Stellaluna Events & our coordinator, Hannah. It was such a pleasure to work with Hannah and she made our special day feel SO effortless. My husband and I keep saying to each other, if there is one piece of advice we could give to other couples it would be to find their Hannah! We had a few moments of stress right before the wedding with coordinating vendors, and Hannah swooped in and took care of everything! She was incredibly detail oriented and made our day run like clockwork. I really cannot recommend Stellaluna Events & Hannah enough. We feel so lucky to have had the chance to work with them!

  Allowed us to really enjoy our day!!

  I worked with Scout at Stellaluna as our day of coordinator and was so happy with my experience! Scout helped us with details as we planned, helped us navigate the confusion and stress of a rescheduled wedding due to the pandemic, and coordinated all our vendors the months before the wedding. Beyond that, on the day of, Scout noticed all the small details and made the finishing touches look better than I could have ever imagined. She adjusted decor to look the best possible as we moved from ceremony to dinner to dancing, the type of small touches that I notice and really appreciate. Scout supported me, my husband and my family throughout the whole wedding, allowing us to ENJOY -- a true gift!

  Stellaluna Brought My Wildest Dreams TO LIFE!

  Do it! Hire Stellaluna! I cannot say enough good things about Brooke and her team. Not only is Brooke incredibly professional and passionate about what she does, the girl is so easy to talk to and easy to work with.
  I hired Stellaluna to help coordinate my 2020 wedding and when we had to postpone to 2021, Brooke walked me through the entire process. I felt completely supported and I knew that I could trust her with anything and everything.
  Brooke is just so talented when it comes to the logistics of bringing creative ideas to life. I had a pretty clear vision for my wedding at The Fields of Michigan and Stellaluna did all the behind-the-scenes work needed to bring it to LIFE. They transformed our ceremony site into an after party in the woods, they turned a massage hut into a tiki bar, hung disco balls in the trees, planned out a very complicated bus schedule for 250 guests and so much more.
  Brooke is a seasoned professional. The weeks leading up to the wedding, she handled all communication with my vendors and only looped me into conversations when necessary (which is something I never knew I needed). On the day of my wedding, she was cool, calm and collected but so on top of EVERYTHING. Her team was delightful, and I know they are the backbone of Stellaluna.   Stellaluna Events really made my wedding the wedding of my dreams! Not only was our planner (Kendra) so experienced and accommodating, but she also was always ready to jump in whenever/wherever I needed.   Worth every penny!

  We highly recommend hiring Stellaluna Events, especially Hannah for your wedding! My husband was initially hesitant about hiring a wedding coordinator, but it was worth every penny. Our coordinator Hannah was extremely attentive during the entire wedding planning process and was so easy to work with. On the actual wedding day, she took care of all the little details and told us not to worry about anything. She worked with our florist to bring our wedding vision to life and we were blown away by how the ceremony and reception decor turned out. She was a calming presence and seamlessly dealt with several uncontrollable issues that arose throughout the day. I’m not sure how we would have dealt with these issues without Hannah. We cannot recommend Hannah and Stellaluna Events enough and are so thankful they were a part of our wedding day!

  Best wedding related decision we made!

  Brook & Scout at Stellaluna events are AMAZING. From the beginning to end, I truly felt like our best interests were always top of mind. My main goal of hiring Stellaluna was to make sure the day went seamlessly without having to have one of my family members or friends "be in charge." They 100% exceeded my expecations. I basically left all of our decorations in boxes and said, do whatever you think is best. When I walked out to the reception/ceremony, I was speechless. They put together something really wonderful. I would 10/10 recommend any bride to hire Stellaluna if you want your day to be stress free and perfect.

  Hiring Stellaluna Events was the BEST decision we made for our reception day! It was worth every single penny for the assistance and peace of mind provided for our special day. I have a unique experience in that we had our ceremony a week prior to our reception. We did not hire a coordinator for our ceremony day as it was meant to be small and easy but I wish I could have cloned Kendra to be there because things did not go as planned and my husband, family and I were the go-to people for problem-solving which can easily take away from what should be a stress-free day for us all. To have experienced that and then have an event where we could delegate to our coordinator allowed us to truly enjoy the day without worry! Kendra was passionate and extremely detail-oriented when it came to working with us. I was so impressed with the little details that were given attention in our reception decorations.   Brooke and the Stellaluna staff are incredible! As a mother of the bride, planning a wedding this year has been challenging and at times heart breaking. When Covid hit in March, we struggled with postponing, canceling or waiting it out as our daughter’s wedding was not until late July. By the end of June and with the constant changing restrictions, the wedding was planned perfectly but with limited guests. Three weeks prior, that changed. Brooke met us at our home and within a very short time, she had a vision of flipping a downtown urban wedding into the most magnificent backyard wedding! Our daughter mentioned afterwards that she could not have imagined a more perfect day. We owe this all to Brooke and her team. They stepped up to the challenge of creating a wedding in 2 1/2 weeks - finding and communicating with a dj, caterer, bar tender and rental company. She decorated the pool, ceremony, cocktail and reception areas in a way that seemed more like a resort venue than our backyard. I can not thank her enough or imagine a more beautiful and perfect day for one of the most special days of our daughter’s life. Brooke made it stress free and magical. Stellaluna is truly one of the best companies I have ever worked with and would 110% recommend Brooke and her team for wedding planning, coordinating and flowers/decor - you will not be disappointed!
