I am not really sure where to even begin, but I can simply say hiring Hannah and her team was the very best decision for our wedding. I interviewed multiple wedding planners, but found Hannah to be calm and transparent from the first meeting together. I was also that bride that thought I could handle more things than I could, but with Hannah's assistance, I was put at ease during any stressful time. I'd say my wedding was perfect on the day, but truly I would have had no idea if something bad occured as Hannah handled the big and small items. Please do yourself (and anyone involved with your wedding) a favor and hire Hannah; I promise it will be worth the expense, and you will be SO thankful you have her and the team on the big day. Thank you Stellaluna Events for our perfect day. -

Addison at Stellaluna was an absolute joy to work with for our wedding in Petoskey, MI in May 2026. From start to finish we had complete confidence in her. We had an event coordinator at our reception venue and an offsite ceremony (with no site to begin with), so had a bit of a custom situation -- Addy went above and beyond our expectations with attentiveness, responsiveness, and care for our special day, fitting all the puzzle pieces together seamlessly. Every time we hung up with her we felt a little weight come off our shoulders. And as someone with indecision paralysis / decision fatigue, I super valued her being able to nudge us along in the best way. Anyone who gets to work with Addy is truly lucky! -

Emily and the Stellaluna team were an absolute pleasure to work with from the early planning stages all the way through the wedding day.
What stood out most to me about Emily was her incredible attention to detail and communication. She was happy to sit in on basically every vendor call, whether or not the specifics directly pertained to her, took thorough notes, asked great questions, and consistently covered our blind spots.
Throughout all the chaos, it genuinely felt like it was us and Emily against every problem that can and will come up during the wedding planning process. She was our rock.
I would highly recommend Emily without reservation as a planner, day-of coordinator, and overall wedding subject matter expert for any wedding. -

Through every meeting leading up to the big day, she has a special way of helping you feel confident in your choices, and focus on what really matters. Our wedding day went so smoothly, and we had many compliments from our guests for how well planned it was. Hannah makes it look easy. We had the best experience with Hannah at Stellaluna for our August 2025 wedding! We opted for the Partial Planning Wedding Coordination and could not be happier with our decision. Our meetings with Hannah started about a year out and she assisted us every step of the way. From the aisle planner wedding organization website, to the preferred vendors list, the zoom call check-ins, and to being in contact with all our our vendors, Hannah made the wedding planning process much easier and enjoyable for us. Hannah created our wedding day timeline several months out which allowed us ample time to fill in any gaps and to make sure nothing was missed. On our wedding day, she was at the venue bright and early— she took the responsibility of set-up off our hands and she frequently checked in with me and the groom to see how we were feeling and if there was anything we needed! She was also there till the very end, helping with break down and clean up. Looking back on it, we don’t know what we would have done without her and we are so glad that we decided to work with StellaLuna. Some of the best money we spent on the wedding. Highly recommend!! -

Hiring Stellaluna was one of the best decisions I made. Hannah was so helpful during the planning process whether it be contacting vendors and helping me with anything I needed! Working with Stellaluna was, without a doubt, the single best decision we made during our entire wedding planning process! I cannot recommend Emily and the entire Stellaluna team enough. Utilizing their software and checklist made the process much less daunting and gave us the freedom to focus on other aspects of the wedding/marriage that were important to us. I can't say enough wonderful things about Emily. Leading up to the wedding, she was our planner extraordinaire - ensuring that every detail was discussed without being overwhelming. On the weekend- and day-of, she was extremely attentive to my husband and I, and thorough and direct with our vendors so that every aspect of the day went smoothly. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect and stress-free. If you do one thing in preparation for your wedding... hire Stellaluna! Stellaluna or bust!
This review is long overdue but needed none the less. Hannah and her crew absolutely went above and beyond on our wedding weekend. Our wedding consisted of multi-day event with many moving pieces and locations. Hannah toured our event space prior to our rehearsal to make sure she understood our vision and how to make it happen. Leading up to the weekend, Hannah was consistently in full communication and a text/call away if we had any questions. One thing that really stands out with Stellaluna is their organization and turnaround time. Hannah presented the timelines months in advanced which allowed us time tweak and find tune things along the way. If an issue ever came up, Hannah was first to provide suggestions, alternatives and to link us up with the right vendors. We also want to give a shoutout to Emily from Stellaluna who also had a huge impact on our weekend and was Hannah’s 2nd hand along the way. We honestly couldn’t have never executed this wedding without Stellaluna. If we could do it all over again just to work with Stellaluna, we would! Thanks again Hannah and your team for making it the best weekend of our lives.

Cannot emphasize enough how wonderful Brooke and her team were in helping to make our wedding everything we could have dreamed of! As a COVID bride, Brooke stood with me through planning, reschedule, and replanning (including switching the venue). Her attention to detail, ease of communication, and calm nature on the actual wedding day made our planning seamless. Will be recommending her to everyone I know getting married in the next few years. My mom, bridal party, and I agree that our day would not have been nearly the same without her help. I worked with Scout at Stellaluna as our day of coordinator and was so happy with my experience! Scout helped us with details as we planned, helped us navigate the confusion and stress of a rescheduled wedding due to the pandemic, and coordinated all our vendors the months before the wedding. Beyond that, on the day of, Scout noticed all the small details and made the finishing touches look better than I could have ever imagined. She adjusted decor to look the best possible as we moved from ceremony to dinner to dancing, the type of small touches that I notice and really appreciate. Scout supported me, my husband and my family throughout the whole wedding, allowing us to ENJOY -- a true gift! -

Hiring Stellaluna Events was the BEST decision we made for our reception day! It was worth every single penny for the assistance and peace of mind provided for our special day. I have a unique experience in that we had our ceremony a week prior to our reception. We did not hire a coordinator for our ceremony day as it was meant to be small and easy but I wish I could have cloned Kendra to be there because things did not go as planned and my husband, family and I were the go-to people for problem-solving which can easily take away from what should be a stress-free day for us all. To have experienced that and then have an event where we could delegate to our coordinator allowed us to truly enjoy the day without worry! Kendra was passionate and extremely detail-oriented when it came to working with us. I was so impressed with the little details that were given attention in our reception decorations. As a self-proclaimed control freak perfectionist, Kendra was there to encourage me to enjoy the day and not worry about things getting done. Do yourself a favor and hire Stellaluna! -

Do it! Hire Stellaluna! I cannot say enough good things about Brooke and her team. Not only is Brooke incredibly professional and passionate about what she does, the girl is so easy to talk to and easy to work with.
I hired Stellaluna to help coordinate my 2020 wedding and when we had to postpone to 2021, Brooke walked me through the entire process. I felt completely supported and I knew that I could trust her with anything and everything.
Brooke is just so talented when it comes to the logistics of bringing creative ideas to life. I had a pretty clear vision for my wedding at The Fields of Michigan and Stellaluna did all the behind-the-scenes work needed to bring it to LIFE. They transformed our ceremony site into an after party in the woods, they turned a massage hut into a tiki bar, hung disco balls in the trees, planned out a very complicated bus schedule for 250 guests and so much more.
Brooke is a seasoned professional. The weeks leading up to the wedding, she handled all communication with my vendors and only looped me into conversations when necessary (which is something I never knew I needed). On the day of my wedding, she was cool, calm and collected but so on top of EVERYTHING. Her team was delightful, and I know they are the backbone of Stellaluna. Thank you thank you thank you for making our wildest dreams come true -

Scout was the sweetest and so very competent! I handed the reigns to her on Friday, starting at the rehearsal, and I never worried from there on out. I am very detailed and picky - Scout accepted my “100 page event dossier” with a smile! Ha! She executed everything down to all the fine points. She pulled together each vendor and and all their specifics! She even facilitated last minute unforeseen adjustments! We couldn’t have had nearly as an enjoyable or successful event without Scout & Stellaluna Events! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! -

Brooke and her team were so amazing to work with as the coordinator(s) for my wedding. Brooke has great professionalism and experience and it was always a breath of fresh air chatting with her to make sure we had everything squared away before the big day. She provided tons of resources and suggestions, all of which I took advantage of. Brooke is great at managing timelines and always on top of everything, particularly communication which is so important because as bride-to-bes' we tend to have a lot going on. We had a large venue *a campground* which we rented for the whole weekend so there was a ton of walking (and running) by Brooke and her team in order to execute everything perfectly. I would highly recommend Brooke if you are considering hiring Stellaluna Events. They are the best! -

A dream to work with
There are no words for how amazing Stellaluna Events, and specifically Brooke, is. She made planning so easy, She was always available to answer quick questions and give guidance. Her communication with our vendors and construction of our wedding day timeline made the day and weekend flow like a breeze. I was stress-free on our day, and that is truly because of her. She also did all of our flowers and it felt like she pulled all of the details directly out of my dreams. Working with Brooke from Stellaluna Events was an amazing experience. From the first phone call to the final text the evening of our wedding, she never missed a beat. She was always very organized during our calls and had an agenda of items for us to review, leaving time for any questions I might have. All my communication with her was prompt and she was very transparent about when she is working other events and might not be able to respond right away. The timeline she developed for our rehearsal and wedding day was so extensive and clear, and she communicated constantly through aisle planner to let us know when vendors had been contacted and for what.
Every vendor I was in contact with complimented me on how organized and communicative Brooke was. I even had some vendors ask for her contact information because after working with her on a small scale they would like to be able to recommend her to clients, friends and family.
Brooke is positive, professional and fun. We were able too truly enjoy ourselves because she left us with no doubt that everything was handled. I highly recommend her services to any bride and groom who are looking for someone to take charge, iron-out the gritty details and let you focus on what is important.

I terminated my contract just over a month after signing and first payment was made because I was under the impression that this was a full service wedding planner. I stated in my initial inquiry to Stellaluna that I was looking for someone to help me with everything from start to finish. Our 15 minute phone consultation must have amounted to nothing but a HUGE misunderstanding. I relayed my needs via phone call and I thought it was agreed that those would be met. They were not. Brooke was very busy which made me really nervous. I just did not feel like she knew me at all and no efforts were being made to do so. The color palette "proposal" she provided me with (weeks later) was literally 3 or 4 swatches of colors that I had already found on pinterest. Not much effort applied on their part. Overall, the disconnect and lack of relationship / trust was what made me decide to terminate. Note: I was NOT reimbursed any part of the $1050 payment that I made.
