I cannot thank Mrs. Tanya enough for not only being the most amazing coordinator for our special day, but also for being such a great human! ☺️ From our very first phone call, I felt confident in her and she was such a joy to work with. She is extremely kind, nurturing, very organized, she’s a phenomenal communicator, problem solver, has great interpersonal skills, she’s super knowledgeable, resourceful, detail-oriented, professional and always went above and beyond to make sure that my husband and I had thee best wedding experience possible and never ever made us feel like we were a burden. It was definitely because of her that I did not turn into a Bridezilla lol and that our wedding day went so smoothly and as we had envisioned. 🙌🏽 So Mrs. Tanya, again, from the bottom of our hearts, we thank you thank you thank you! 🙏🏽 🫶🏽

Tanya was a gift to my soon-to-be daughter-in-law. I interviewed several WCs before deciding on Tanya.  Her experience, professionalism, care, and dedication set her far apart from the others.
The venue we chose did offer a wedding coordinator. I strongly suggest interviewing before deciding. People may think the venue is the best option, but it may not be.  If you’re going to have a coordinator, have the BEST.
Tanya answered questions quickly and always kept us informed.  She has such a positive, supportive energy that is necessary not only for the wedding day, but the days/weeks/months leading up to it!  
When we arrived for the BIG day,  we felt at ease and just knew things were running smoothly.  We did have some issues arise (no fault of Tanya, just minor trash issues) that she took control of immediately. Tanya rolled with all the punches and kept the night going strong. I would recommend her for ANY event; she can handle it!  We appreciated her so much!

We had a completely non-traditional, weekend-long wedding at Renora Lodge & Retreat Center — more like a three-day summer-camp celebration than a typical ceremony — and Tanya was the reason everything came together so smoothly. From the start, she handled every bit of coordination with care and calm professionalism. When we hit snags with our caterers, she stepped in and handled communication seamlessly. When guests arrived Friday, she was there to greet them, make sure they knew where to go, and that everyone felt welcome and comfortable in their cabins.

Tanya went above and beyond in every way. She somehow found giant Connect Four and inflatable hamster balls for lawn games (which became crowd favorites!) and made sure every little creative detail we’d planned was beautifully executed — from the ceremony décor to surprise touches like acknowledging a young guest’s birthday during the festivities. She made sure we were fed, hydrated, and actually got to enjoy the day, and her team — her husband and assistant — were equally kind, capable, and genuinely wonderful to have around.
Our weekend felt effortless because Tanya was behind the scenes making sure everything was effortless. We truly couldn’t have done it without her, and we’re endlessly grateful for her organization, warmth, and care. If you’re planning any event — especially something outside the box — do yourself a favor and hire Tanya. She’s the reason our wedding weekend was pure joy.

We are so glad we had Tanya as our wedding planner and day-of coordinator. Our wedding was in Harbor Springs, and since we didn’t have much reference for local vendors, Tanya’s guidance was invaluable. She connected us with great options, was always so easy to reach, and stayed flexible with all of our needs along the way.

On the wedding day we didn’t have to worry about a single thing or talk to any vendors, and everything went perfectly. Tanya made the whole process feel stress-free, and we couldn’t be happier that we chose her!

Tanya was an absolute DREAM coordinator. I booked her for a “day-of” coordinator, which included a few touch-point meetings before our wedding and she was an absolute rock star. She had so many great questions for me that I did not even think of, and I am type A! She had the hard conversations at our wedding behind the scenes and made things happen, no matter what it took. She also made sure to take care of the small details, like getting my husband and me a drink immediately after our grand entrance, taking care of my parents so they did not have to lift a finger, and pulling me away from those long guest conversations you cannot seem to find a way out of. She thought of things before I even processed what was happening. A 10/10 coordinator.

Tanya helped me plan my day exactly how I wanted it. She offered great suggestions about vendors and answered all my questions! Her communication was excellent and management of my wedding day was flawless. Her and her team took such good care of me and all of my guests. She made my day perfect and made me feel so very special! I recommend Tanya to everyone!
