I cannot thank Mrs. Tanya enough for not only being the most amazing coordinator for our special day, but also for being such a great human! ☺️ From our very first phone call, I felt confident in her and she was such a joy to work with. She is extremely kind, nurturing, very organized, she’s a phenomenal communicator, problem solver, has great interpersonal skills, she’s super knowledgeable, resourceful, detail-oriented, professional and always went above and beyond to make sure that my husband and I had thee best wedding experience possible and never ever made us feel like we were a burden. We had a completely non-traditional, weekend-long wedding at Renora Lodge & Retreat Center — more like a three-day summer-camp celebration than a typical ceremony — and Tanya was the reason everything came together so smoothly. From the start, she handled every bit of coordination with care and calm professionalism. When we hit snags with our caterers, she stepped in and handled communication seamlessly. When guests arrived Friday, she was there to greet them, make sure they knew where to go, and that everyone felt welcome and comfortable in their cabins.
Tanya went above and beyond in every way. She somehow found giant Connect Four and inflatable hamster balls for lawn games (which became crowd favorites!) and made sure every little creative detail we’d planned was beautifully executed — from the ceremony décor to surprise touches like acknowledging a young guest’s birthday during the festivities. She made sure we were fed, hydrated, and actually got to enjoy the day, and her team — her husband and assistant — were equally kind, capable, and genuinely wonderful to have around.
Our weekend felt effortless because Tanya was behind the scenes making sure everything was effortless. We truly couldn’t have done it without her, and we’re endlessly grateful for her organization, warmth, and care. If you’re planning any event — especially something outside the box — do yourself a favor and hire Tanya. She’s the reason our wedding weekend was pure joy.

We are SO happy we hired Tanya Noordyke as our wedding coordinator. We communicated with Tanya throughout the majority of our planning process but had Bayli as our day-of coordinator with an assistant. The information carryover was excellent, Bayli and her assistant did a wonderful job at executing all tasks on time and because of this we were able to focus on the special moments of the day. We especially appreciate Bayli giving us emotional support during the harder moments of the day. My wedding day was an all around perfect day, and I owe so much of that to Tanya!! When I first started planning my wedding, I knew I would want extra help for the day of, so I booked Tanya. Not until it got close did I realize just how many little details go into the big day, and how much of a huge help Tanya would be. She was amazing! She was so efficient and we were always on time or ahead of schedule. She thought of all the small details, asking so many helpful questions and doing things that I would not have even thought of. I had so much comfort knowing that if a problem arose, Tanya would be there to solve it. There were very minimal hiccups that came up day of, and Tanya notified me and fixed the issues so quickly. Everything was amazing. We didn’t have to worry about a thing! Especially pickup at the end of the night! We felt like we made a friend working with Tanya! We had a truly amazing experience working with Tanya to coordinate our wedding! At our first meeting she helped us figure out exactly how much guidance we wanted from her vs what sorts of decisions we wanted to make ourselves. She then supplied us with lists of amazing vendors to choose from and guided us to help make the right decision for our wedding. These vendors turned out to be absolutely amazing all around! She was incredibly prompt in response to our questions, and helped us keep on top of the things that needed to be done at different times. In the weeks leading up to the wedding she helped coordinate the timeline and other details with all the different vendors to make the day seamless. On the day of the wedding itself she took care of essentially everything and helped make the day so stress free - this let us enjoy the day to its full extent and enjoy every single moment! She was so attentive to detail, kind, and helped us figure out what we wanted to make the day our dream come true. Excellent Wedding Coordinator
Tanya was wonderful!! I couldn't recommend her more highly! She did a great job of keeping us on track and coordinating everything, not just the wedding day but also the days/months leading up to the wedding. She recommended many of our vendors (hair/make-up, trolley service and desserts). We loved all of our vendors! She kept everything running smoothly the day of, we couldn't have asked for a better point person. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars, I would definitely recommend her to any of my friends or family!! Tanya and Cheryl were terrific. The wedding ceremony ended earlier than expected and she worked with the venue to have the food served and bar open so everything ran smoothly. Best decision in my wedding planning!
Tanya was absolutely amazing in helping with my wedding planning as well as coordinating the day of! Her and her staff were so friendly, professional, and helpful! I felt at ease the whole day! Brandy Sent on 11/14/2022I hired Tanya as my day of Coordinator and I couldn't have been more happy with my choice
She was wonderful and made me feel so important. She had such helpful advice but also supported my thoughts. We were in contact many times before the event and she was in contact with my vendors and venue-even going to the location ahead of time to get the lay of the land. I even had an issue with my photographer and Tanya reached out and handled it immediately.
The day of-She kept everything running to schedule and was there to handle it when things needed adjusting so I was able to keep it out of my mind.
The required items for our planned exit had unfortunately not been prepared as intended, Tanya and her assistant single handedly prepared the items minutes before they were needed and noone even knew there was an issue. As my husband and I danced until the lights turned on and we absolutely had to leave, we realized Tanya had cleaned up all the decorations and presents getting them to the cars and we had nothing left to do but walk away in wedded bliss.

Tanya gets it done, she is amazing! Did everything from set up to tear down. She helped me find affordable transportation when I had just given up. Tanya went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. She was on top of everything! Any issue that came up throughout the night she handled quickly without us even knowing about it. There’s so much work she did behind the scenes on wedding day that truly made a difference in how our day ran. She helped with so much of the decor set up and clean up and it all looked so beautiful! She even went out of her way to buy our grandfather a cup of coffee at the end of the night and bring it back to the venue. Tanya was an AMAZING wedding planner. She went above and beyond for us. She is very knowledgeable of the wedding industry and helped guide us through the planning process. Planning a wedding can be very stressful but with the help of Tanya it turned out to be the PERFECT wedding day. She even helped hang our neon signs which was not an easy task. Our only daughter just was married and my daughter hired Tanya. I have two single sons and if I have any say… Tanya will be doing those weddings too! What I appreciate the most about Tanya was her professionalism, her compassion and her attention to detail. I’ve known her for years and she’s hard working and very ethical. I felt she had our back in dealing with the venue and other vendors. She and her team were amazing and nothing got by Tanya. She was alway 1 step (or 3) steps ahead. First I want to say...even if you are questioning whether you need a wedding coordinator or not, let me tell you, you do. And the person to hire for this role is Tanya. Tanya is an absolutely outstanding wedding coordinator. She has gone out of her way to make sure all my needs were met for my wedding day and she was so organized and kept me on track for all events/deadlines leading up to it. I never thought I would run into issues with vendor contracts, but this was surprisingly I a big issue I had (these other vendors wanting to make changes on my contract that I signed 2 years previously). Tanya was an essential part in negotiating and discussing these items in a kind and professional way. Without her help, I would have been at the mercy of these other vendors and their price increases/policy changes. She handled all of these extremely stressful issues very well (getting the vendors to agree to the original contract terms), so I was able to relax knowing it was all taken care of. Tanya was truly there for me beyond the professional items as well - she made herself available to me 24/7 anytime I needed to text or call or vent about something, she always answered. She was even a shoulder to cry on during a stressful time. Tanya's event planning experience clearly shows; she is dedicated to making sure her clients have the wedding of their dreams and executed this to the fullest! My wedding was the best day of my life and went so smoothly... and all thanks to Tanya's efforts. I truly can't recommend Tanya enough. I am sad my wedding is over because I had so much fun working with her. I had attended a cousin’s wedding who had hired Tanya as her wedding coordinator and was impressed by her attention to detail, so I decided to hire her for my own wedding. The word impressed does not do justice to Tanya’s service. I was truly blown away! Tanya was available at all hours of the day for any questions we had. She thought of every little detail, handled all of our vendors, kept everything running smoothly and relieved so much stress in the process. She planned our wedding in fall of 2019 and our vendor coordination was flawless, the venue decor exceeded our expectations, and the extraordinarily detailed agenda she put together went off without a hitch. She is a delight to work with in planning and she never pushes her own ideas and always finds creative ways to make sure your vision is the center of the process. Weddings involve lots of opinions from family and Tanya does an unbelievable job making sure family opinions are heard and valued, while ensuring any shared ideas align with your priorities as a couple. She's organized, prompt, and her day-of execution is impressive. If there were any vendor or guest hiccups, we had no idea because of how well she kept the wedding progressing. Originally we did not intend to use a coordinator for our daughter's wedding. We met Tanya through a recommendation from friends. Shortly into our initial meeting with her it became clear that she would be a huge help to us and we hired her on the spot.
Tanya is organized, has great ideas, is very responsive, and most of all, helped put us at ease knowing we wouldn't forget anything important.
On the wedding day Tanya and her assistant were everywhere all at once. Any time we had a question or needed something, she was right were she needed to be. We can't even begin to imagine all of the small details she took care of that day. It was so nice to not have to worry about anything that day and just enjoy the day celebrating our daughter and son-in-law.
Tanya was able to tailor her services to exactly what we needed (even when we didn't really know what we needed). Her pricing structure is very fair and a great value.
