  My wedding went so amazing, all thanks to Tanya!!!

  First I want to say...even if you are questioning whether you need a wedding coordinator or not, let me tell you, you do. And the person to hire for this role is Tanya. Tanya is an absolutely outstanding wedding coordinator. She has gone out of her way to make sure all my needs were met for my wedding day and she was so organized and kept me on track for all events/deadlines leading up to it. I never thought I would run into issues with vendor contracts, but this was surprisingly I a big issue I had (these other vendors wanting to make changes on my contract that I signed 2 years previously). Tanya was an essential part in negotiating and discussing these items in a kind and professional way. Without her help, I would have been at the mercy of these other vendors and their price increases/policy changes. She handled all of these extremely stressful issues very well (getting the vendors to agree to the original contract terms), so I was able to relax knowing it was all taken care of. Tanya was truly there for me beyond the professional items as well - she made herself available to me 24/7 anytime I needed to text or call or vent about something, she always answered. She was even a shoulder to cry on during a stressful time. Tanya's event planning experience clearly shows; she is dedicated to making sure her clients have the wedding of their dreams and executed this to the fullest! My wedding was the best day of my life and went so smoothly... and all thanks to Tanya's efforts. I truly can't recommend Tanya enough. I am sad my wedding is over because I had so much fun working with her. Please take this review to heart as I strongly recommend Tanya in her event coordinating services!!

  Booking Tanya was one of the best decisions I could’ve made!

  My wedding day was an all around perfect day, and I owe so much of that to Tanya!! When I first started planning my wedding, I knew I would want extra help for the day of, so I booked Tanya. Not until it got close did I realize just how many little details go into the big day, and how much of a huge help Tanya would be. She was amazing! She was so efficient and we were always on time or ahead of schedule. She thought of all the small details, asking so many helpful questions and doing things that I would not have even thought of. I had so much comfort knowing that if a problem arose, Tanya would be there to solve it. There were very minimal hiccups that came up day of, and Tanya notified me and fixed the issues so quickly. She was always very kind, great with communication, and got along with the rest of my vendors very well! I would 100% recommend Tanya to anyone

  She's the best!

  I cannot thank Tanya enough. She is so thoughtful and knowledgeable, we could not have done this without her. She helped make our wedding day go so smoothly so that we could actually enjoy the day and not have to worry about anything. Having Tanya in our corner just made everything so much better I cannot recommend her enough!!

  Amazing!

  Everything was amazing. We didn’t have to worry about a thing! Especially pickup at the end of the night! We felt like we made a friend working with Tanya! I HIGHLY recommend if you’re interested in: saving TIME (planning and day of wedding), money (she recommends best bang for your buck), and quality advice.

  We had a truly amazing experience working with Tanya to coordinate our wedding! At our first meeting she helped us figure out exactly how much guidance we wanted from her vs what sorts of decisions we wanted to make ourselves. She then supplied us with lists of amazing vendors to choose from and guided us to help make the right decision for our wedding. These vendors turned out to be absolutely amazing all around! She was incredibly prompt in response to our questions, and helped us keep on top of the things that needed to be done at different times. In the weeks leading up to the wedding she helped coordinate the timeline and other details with all the different vendors to make the day seamless. On the day of the wedding itself she took care of essentially everything and helped make the day so stress free - this let us enjoy the day to its full extent and enjoy every single moment! She was so attentive to detail, kind, and helped us figure out what we wanted to make the day our dream come true. We cannot recommend her highly enough!!

  Just Fabulous

  Tanya is worth every penny! We hired her as a day-of coordinator, but she helped answer any questions that came up prior to the event and FAST! And reached out after the wedding too! I had really specific ideas on how I wanted things to be, and despite my less than great communication skills, she nailed every detail! She knew when it was important to ask us what we wanted and when to handle it herself which made the night go so smooth. We have some strong personalities in our family and she handled all of them with such professionalism! 10/10 would recommend!

  Tanya, Cheryl, and Maddie made our wedding dreams come true at every step in the process. Cheryl and Maddie brought a thoughtful, professional style to our wedding day. They were present without being intrusive, helping things to run so seamlessly for us. And they were totally willing to work with us on some of our more "unusual" ideas, which we definitely appreciated! They even went above and beyond in more ways than one! My family was supposed to drop off items at the venue, but nope, Cheryl and Maddie offered to pick them up instead. We didn't have a rehearsal the night before, but we were able to squeeze one in before the ceremony and Cheryl and Maddie gave us the best advice. I asked for locals to take flowers (without thinking about the fact that I chose bud vases) and Cheryl and Maddie packaged them into adorable bouquets for our guests. They even offered to send our marriage license on our behalf. I could go on and on!! You will not be disappointed with Tanya and her team!

  Tanya was wonderful!! I couldn't recommend her more highly! She did a great job of keeping us on track and coordinating everything, not just the wedding day but also the days/months leading up to the wedding. She recommended many of our vendors (hair/make-up, trolley service and desserts). We loved all of our vendors! She kept everything running smoothly the day of, we couldn't have asked for a better point person. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars, I would definitely recommend her to any of my friends or family!! Thank you, Tanya, for making our big day so special!!

  Tanya was awesome! We wouldn't have had such a flawless, beyond high expectation wedding day without her. She was THE most important vendor for me, as a single mother of the bride. I was able to be totally present during the entire day. Tanya was always available for any little comment or need, and acted on it immediately. She even helped us ahead of the wedding day with an extended issue with our jeweler. It helped to have her input and to run interference to get the issue addressed promptly. She has such a vibrant and enthusiastic personality, and I can't say enough good things about her. It is my pleasure to recommend her to all my friends, and not just as a special vendor, but as a necessity.

  Tanya was detail oriented, kind, funny, and so gracious during our entire wedding prep. She was prompt in her responses and always put us first. This was especially obvious when she would give us tips that were successful for her past couples. Everything that she did was for us and in our best interest while respecting what we wanted for our Wedding Day. Our Wedding prep and day were filled with peace of mind because we knew that Tanya had it covered and that she authentically cared about us. We love Tanya!

  May Wedding 2023

  Tanya and Cheryl were terrific. The wedding ceremony ended earlier than expected and she worked with the venue to have the food served and bar open so everything ran smoothly. She was my eyes, ears and decision-maker so I could enjoy my daughter's beautiful day.

  Tanya gets it done, she is amazing! Did everything from set up to tear down. She helped me find affordable transportation when I had just given up.   We LOVED working toward our October 2022 wedding with Tanya and absolutely recommend her for any event planning. Tanya alleviated a lot of our stress early on in our planning process: she knows the Southwestern Michigan wedding scene very well, so she ably guided us through the planning process. We appreciated Tanya’s expertise at every step of our planning but especially on our wedding day, on which both she and our assistant were well-loved by our family and friends. We miss her already.

  Tanya was extremely helpful with organizing my wedding. She was always happy to answer questions and chat. On the wedding day she took care of everything so I could just enjoy! The day after she also took charge on correcting some vendor issues, which really exceeded my expectations!

  The best day of coordinator!

  Tanya went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. She was on top of everything! Any issue that came up throughout the night she handled quickly without us even knowing about it. There’s so much work she did behind the scenes on wedding day that truly made a difference in how our day ran. She helped with so much of the decor set up and clean up and it all looked so beautiful! She even went out of her way to buy our grandfather a cup of coffee at the end of the night and bring it back to the venue. She truly cares about her job and it shows!

  I hired Tanya as my day of Coordinator and I couldn't have been more happy with my choice

  She was wonderful and made me feel so important. She had such helpful advice but also supported my thoughts. We were in contact many times before the event and she was in contact with my vendors and venue-even going to the location ahead of time to get the lay of the land. I even had an issue with my photographer and Tanya reached out and handled it immediately.
    The day of-She kept everything running to schedule and was there to handle it when things needed adjusting so I was able to keep it out of my mind. 
  The required items for our planned exit had unfortunately not been prepared as intended, Tanya and her assistant single handedly prepared the items minutes before they were needed and noone even knew there was an issue. As my husband and I danced until the lights turned on and we absolutely had to leave, we realized Tanya had cleaned up all the decorations and presents getting them to the cars and we had nothing left to do but walk away in wedded bliss.
  I know that Tanya was an integral part of the best day of my life.

  Tanya was an AMAZING wedding planner. She went above and beyond for us. She is very knowledgeable of the wedding industry and helped guide us through the planning process. Planning a wedding can be very stressful but with the help of Tanya it turned out to be the PERFECT wedding day. She even helped hang our neon signs which was not an easy task. Everything went so smoothly and was very organized thanks to Tanya! We can't thank her enough!!!

  Our only daughter just was married and my daughter hired Tanya. I have two single sons and if I have any say… Tanya will be doing those weddings too! What I appreciate the most about Tanya was her professionalism, her compassion and her attention to detail. I’ve known her for years and she’s hard working and very ethical.
