Deanna was amazing. She was on top of everything. She was wonderful to work with for my daughter’s wedding. Always checked in with the bride to make sure she was taken care of. Highly recommend her! Everyone complimented her work. I will highly recommend her. She unpacked my car at the beginning of the day, and packed it up at the end. Pause did everything in between. Ever detail was perfect. She conquered and exceeded my daughter’s wedding day vision, down to every last little detail. It was such a pleasure to work with her.

After finalizing our wedding date, the next big decision we made was to hire a wedding coordinator and it was the BEST choice we made! Emily was worth her weight in gold (and then some). She was there through every step of the process, providing recommendations, helping us through logistics headaches, giving us support, and assisting us to convert our vision into a reality. The planning portal we used helped us understand everything from what big questions we needed to answer down to the smallest details we had to consider. On the day of the wedding, I cannot accurately capture how much Emily and Skye (her fantastic intern) did for us because they were everywhere. They set up decor, flipped tables, delivered food, coordinated vendors, moved us around, kept us on time, cleaned up, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. Emily worked to build our trust that she would execute our wedding, and she did that and then some. If there were bumps, we didn't see it. If there were blips, we didn't know. If someone came up to ask me a question, she whisked them away and handled it. She made it so myself and my husband could focus on 1) getting married and 2) enjoying our day. It was the greatest gift. We weren't worried because Emily was there. We could be fully present because Emily was there. She also enabled this for our friends and family, which was incredibly important. My mom was just gushing over Emily and her team saying that we simply "got the best." And we did. I recommend that every bride get a wedding coordinator and, more than that, to use Best Day Details because Emily and her entire team are absolute superstars! Emily was SO helpful. She took charge, and ensured all the vendors were on the same page. While wedding planning, she answered many questions for me and helped reassure me if I was stuck between options. As a type A bride, who was nervous about everything, it was so nice to be able to spend my day relaxing, hanging out with my friends and family, and not having to worry. Every bride needs an Emily. Before the Week:
Elysia was incredibly helpful during the planning stage, which I hadn’t necessarily expected since it was primarily coordinating services rather than full planning. Thank goodness for that! She offered invaluable advice and suggestions that made logistics so much easier. She coordinated with vendors, handled logistics, and took care of so many other details.

Before the Ceremony:
On the day of the wedding, Elysia was calm and composed. She managed the timeline expertly (which is saying a lot since I must have been a bit frantic with everything I crammed in), ensured everything was in place, and resolved some last-minute issues.

During the Ceremony:
She made sure everything went off without a hitch! The energy during the ceremony was so much fun because she took care of anything that could have made it challenging.

During the Reception:
Now THIS is where Elysia was the real MVP. There were some significant timing, logistics, and vendor obstacles, and Elysia handled ALL of them. Her attention to detail made our day, and everyone else's, just incredible. She kept everything running smoothly, managed the timeline, and addressed any concerns we had without us even noticing.

If there is one thing you do for your wedding…it should be hiring The Best Day Details. We had Megan Terpstra as our day-of coordinator, and I’m SO GRATEFUL. I cannot imagine what it would have been like without her there. The Best Day Details’ planning software was super easy and helpful, and Megan really helped us nail down our timeline and make sure every vendor knew where they needed to be and when. Megan helped our wedding rehearsal run smoothly, picked up our lunches and dropped them off to both wedding parties on the wedding day, picked up our decor, set up the venue, tore down the venue, and so much more. She made me feel like I was the guest of honor at my wedding, rather than a host running around worrying about everything being perfect. You are literally paying for peace of mind that your wedding day will go just as you hoped, and it’s SO worth the investment. Also, we added on the photo booth like a week before our wedding and all our guests had so much fun with it! Soooo happy with everything TBDD had to offer!

I can't express how grateful I am for Elysia at The Best Day Details that helped prepare and execute my wedding to perfection! I knew I could put in the work and do the research and find and book the vendors I wanted, but I NEEDED a day of coordinator to help with details such as timeline, ceremony rehearsal and actual running, set up, tear down, and so much more I probably didn't see the day of my wedding. Our meetings leading up to the wedding day answered any and all questions I had and even called out details I would have never thought of on my own. Some extra special details her and her assistant handled: moving a large flower piece from my ceremony arch to a mantle in the reception space, hanging letters I brought onto a flower wall, coordinating a flawless "photo dash" after dinner, and handing off important items like the wedding cards and marriage license to my mom at the end of the night.
