We hired Adrien for month/day of coordination. I can’t say enough good things about our experience and working with her! She was so responsive to our emails and questions and went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was perfect! From doing a mini ceremony rehearsal the day of with our wedding party to making sure all our decor was set up properly to coordinating with all our vendors, she did it all. There are so many little things/questions that come up the day of the wedding and Adrien took care of everything for us! She relieved so much stress and allowed us to focus on celebrating and enjoying our day! I will recommend her to everyone I know, our day wouldn’t have been the same without her!

Working with RSVP Events for the month and day of the wedding was one of the best decisions we made. Adrien made sure we were in good shape on our end and that we weren't forgetting anything. She also communicated with all of our vendors about the timeline and logistics for the day, which saved us so much time and energy. It was a great comfort to know that everyone was on the same page. On our wedding day we felt in such good hands, knowing that any issues that may arise would be handled. In the beginning I didn’t quite understand the role of the wedding coordinator, yet I knew I needed one because that last month prior tends to be insane. Adrien was a God sent. She knows her job and is a master at her craft. Our wedding was a theater wedding so staging was involved, and though the Rabbi’s wife was the stage coordinator for the ceremony, Adrien was right by her side, asking the questions and making damn sure everyone was on the same page. Our guest absolutely loved the outcome, and though there were some issues here and there that spring up suddenly, no one even knew. So much love and laughter on that night, which was the most important thing. Adrien was that glue that held it all together. Adrien- you were a blast to work with. We so much appreciate everything you did and this shindig or ours Was not possible without your “behind the scenes” expertise and direction. Adrien and team were incredible! She was so helpful through the entire planning process and most importantly, handled everything on wedding day. She recommended vendors, helped with wedding décor, created our timeline and so much more. I'm not sure if there were any problems on the wedding day because Adrien handled them all. Weddings are full of decisions. And decision fatigue is real! Let our family’s experience hosting a wedding during the recent pandemic help you make a great decision. If anyone asks us, “Do I need a wedding planner?” We would say, “Of course! As long as you hire Adrien of RSVP Events!” Yes, this requires budgeting for her expertise. However, our decision to hire Adrien meant we had the support we needed to enjoy one another throughout the planning process, and especially on the wedding day.
