Best decision ever!

We hired Adrien for month/day of coordination. I can’t say enough good things about our experience and working with her! She was so responsive to our emails and questions and went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was perfect! From doing a mini ceremony rehearsal the day of with our wedding party to making sure all our decor was set up properly to coordinating with all our vendors, she did it all. There are so many little things/questions that come up the day of the wedding and Adrien took care of everything for us! She relieved so much stress and allowed us to focus on celebrating and enjoying our day! I will recommend her to everyone I know, our day wouldn’t have been the same without her!

Such a good decision!

Working with RSVP Events for the month and day of the wedding was one of the best decisions we made. Adrien made sure we were in good shape on our end and that we weren't forgetting anything. She also communicated with all of our vendors about the timeline and logistics for the day, which saved us so much time and energy. It was a great comfort to know that everyone was on the same page. On our wedding day we felt in such good hands, knowing that any issues that may arise would be handled. Adrien kept us on schedule so we didn't have to worry about anything besides being present and enjoying ourselves. She and Wendy also helped with little things we wouldn't have thought to ask for, like making sure we had appetizers and drinks ready for us at our table. On top of all of this, they were so sweet and seemed genuinely happy to be helpful to us on our special day. We are so happy we worked with RSVP Events and highly recommend them to anyone who is considering hiring a wedding coordinator. Thank you so much for making our wedding day run so smoothly, Adrien and Wendy! We had such a wonderful day and you helped make it happen.

Adrien is the BEST

In the beginning I didn’t quite understand the role of the wedding coordinator, yet I knew I needed one because that last month prior tends to be insane. Adrien was a God sent. She knows her job and is a master at her craft. Our wedding was a theater wedding so staging was involved, and though the Rabbi’s wife was the stage coordinator for the ceremony, Adrien was right by her side, asking the questions and making damn sure everyone was on the same page. Our guest absolutely loved the outcome, and though there were some issues here and there that spring up suddenly, no one even knew. So much love and laughter on that night, which was the most important thing. Adrien was that glue that held it all together. Adrien- you were a blast to work with. We so much appreciate everything you did and this shindig or ours Was not possible without your “behind the scenes” expertise and direction. We thank you so very much❤️ For those planning a wedding, she is most definitely your “go to” person😁! CHEERS!

Best wedding planner in GR!

Adrien and team were incredible! She was so helpful through the entire planning process and most importantly, handled everything on wedding day. She recommended vendors, helped with wedding décor, created our timeline and so much more. I'm not sure if there were any problems on the wedding day because Adrien handled them all. She's experienced, organized and so wonderful to work with. I would recommend her to any of my friends!

My son and his (now) wife wanted to get married in our yard. I knew right away that I needed a great wedding planner so I could enjoy the festivities. Adrien was so easy and fun to work with. Amazing wedding planning services

Adrien was the best wedding planner a bride could ask her on her wedding. Her services were top notch and she was always responsive, caring and had great attention to detail.
Our wedding day was the best day of our lives and RSVP events helped make that possible.
Everyone has told me it is one of the best weddings they've been to and how beautiful the decor was.

The best wedding planner ever!

Wow. Adrien was *fantastic* and we can't recommend her highly enough. She had the entire day fully under control, and my wife and I were able to just relax and enjoy the show. In addition to the amazing planning, Adrien responded immediately to any unplanned minor hiccups both quickly and effectievly. She delivered us the wedding of our dreams...It was so reat, we'd like to do it all over again ;)

Weddings are full of decisions. And decision fatigue is real! Let our family’s experience hosting a wedding during the recent pandemic help you make a great decision. Simply the BEST!

When our son and his fiancée first started planning their wedding, we told them step #1 was to hire Adrien and RSVP. She helped with our daughter's wedding in 2018, and we don't want to do a wedding without her. Adrien knows how to work through all of the details of the day, set a beautiful table, recommend excellent vendors and confirm all of the specifics with them, corral all the people and keep them on schedule, work with a wide variety of personalities, navigate tricky situations, read the crowd and keep the event running smoothly, AND--most importantly--be absolutely lovely and professional through it all. She has a cheerful "can do, no problem" attitude about everything and is the consummate professional who goes above and beyond in every way. Adrien is an absolute joy to work with and will be the best money you spend in planning your special day.

Loved HAving RSVP Events As Wedding Planner

Adrien and Chantel from RSVP Events were absolutely fantastic. They were super helpful thorugh everything! This included when I had to make changes to plans due to COVID. They were so good at calming me down and making sure everything from the planning process to the actual day of went well mainly behind the scenes. They even came out on the dance floor and danced with me when I asked them to. They truly went above and beyond to make my wedding day perfect. If I ever have another large event to plan in the area again I will definitely be reaching out to them to help me to plan it.

Adrien is great!

Adrien and Joanna helped everything run smoothly for our wedding weekend! There was a lot of set-up still required as of that morning, and I was able to not worry about any of it. By the time I was ready and the ceremony started everything looked perfect! We had some difficult vendors and Adrien was imperative in dealing with them!

Our experience with Chantell and Jordan was a DREAM. We did the month of coordination package as our wedding was in Michigan and we live in Boston. Chantell happily embraces her "Type A+" personality and that is EXACTLY what you want in a wedding coordinator. She was truly a god-send and allowed me to enjoy my wedding and not worry about a single thing. I HIGHLY recommend RSVP Events and in particular Chantell. Saved My Day!

Amazing! Do not know what I would have done without the RSVP team day of my wedding! If you are getting married, or know someone getting married, make sure they book RSVP! My catering was missing linens and they handled it flawlessly -- when my family was driving me nuts pre- ceremony my day of was able to sneak me way for a moment to myself. Worth every penny and MORE!

Hiring Adrien and RSVP Events was the best decision we made in planning our daughter's wedding. My daughter and I are both detail-oriented people, and we had a fair amount of planning finished when we met Adrien, so we weren't sure if we really "needed" a wedding planner. I'm so glad we did! Adrien had excellent suggestions along the way on a few of the vendors that we didn't know much about, and her ideas when we worked with the florist resulted in THE MOST beautiful decor--beyond what we could've imagined. Best of all was that the day of the wedding I could just be "in the moment" and totally enjoy every aspect of that beautiful day, not worrying about a thing. Adrien and her team ensured that everything ran flawlessly--it really was a perfect day. On top of all that, Adrien is just a lovely person to meet with and work with; she is a good listener, efficient, responsive, creative, dependable, and cheerful. We loved working with her!

My husband Shawn and I absolutely loved working with Adrien & RSVP Events!! We can't say enough good things about how awesome the experience was for us and our guests. In all transparency the wedding planning process seemed very overwhelming to me at the beginning, but that all changed when I met Adrien. My husband and I hired Adrien to do "Day Of" coordination for our August wedding at Camp Blodgett. I cannot say enough good things about Adrien. About a month before the wedding, she met with me to work out details and began drafting a timeline; a week ahead of time she emailed me a schedule complete with vendor information, arrival times, and instructions for the family and wedding party. On the day of, she hung all the decorations, arranged all the tables, kept everyone on schedule and worked with the vendors. At the end of the night, she took down all the decorations (cost a bit more for those who are interested in this service) and loaded everything into our vehicles. It was such a relief for us to just enjoy the day and not worry about the mechanics. I say without exaggeration: hiring Adrien was the very best decision I made for my wedding day.

Adrien's assistance for my wedding 8/5/17 was above and beyond my expectations. She helped me bring all of my ideas and dreams together for a spectacular event. The knowledge, expertise, and vision for our big day was spot on! We received countless notes and compliments from friends, family, and other vendors about the attention to detail, clear communication, concise timeline, and perfect flow throughout the day. RSVP Events, specifically new owner Adrien Harding, was an absolute joy to work with. From communicating with vendors to the day of coordination everything went completely flawless.

Our wedding ceremony and reception took place at Bissell Tree house, which only allows for only an hour and a half window for setup. Despite the impossible timeframe, Adrien and her team were able to pull it off with time to spare.

Upon our arrival to the venue Adrien was completely in control of everything, leaving us stress free and able to focus on each other and our special day. Her and her team were extremely professional, organized, and come highly experienced. Hiring Adrien is hands down the best decision we could have made.

We hired RSVP Events over a year prior to my wedding date. At the time, Nancy was the owner of RSVP and Lori was my day-of coordinator. I met with Lori a couple of times and had great interactions with her. Then, to my surprise, Adrien became the new owner of RSVP Events only a couple of months prior to my wedding date. I was a little worried with the change, only because I had a great relationship already with Lori, but went with the flow. After my first meeting with Adrien, I knew I had nothing to worry about. She was already updated on all of our needs for our special day and didn't miss a beat. We also had a traditional Korean ceremony to incorporate into our day, including additional set-up, tear-down during the reception. Adrien was on top of it and the entire day flowed smoothly. She's very professional, calm, organized, and experienced. Our day was perfect and RSVP had a big part in pulling it off!

I cannot say enough thank you's to Adrien. She was so wonderful to work with. My husband and I had a destination wedding and then we planned a small get-together for when we got home. However, this small celebration turned into 200+ people.

My husband was hesitant to hire a planner because it would be extra money and he thought we (which means mainly I ;]) could plan and organize it ourselves. I, on the other hand, did not want that stress.

We met with Adrien in a coffee shop so she could explain to my husband what she could help us with. He did not realize what all goes into an event like this and he agreed we needed to hire her. It was the best decision we could have made.

She was awesome with communication and she did an excellent job finding deals and options for the budget of decorations/flowers/etc. she is so kind and amazing to work with. I'm just so happy to have met such a great and caring person. I hope we get to work with her again in the future!

Started with ordering the invites for my daughter's wedding and it took off from there. She lives about 2 hours away so needed to make decision the day she came into town. As soon as she described what she liked they knew where to start looking. She then worked with Nancy on her color scheme and decorations. Since the venue was 2 hours away Nancy took the time to travel with me to see it in person and talk to the venue owners. Made planning a lot easier. She had brought a few samples of table decorations and we went from there. She handled the ordering and delivery of linens, chair covers, etc. Had many compliments of how beautiful everything looked. Highly recommend hiring RSVP to take stresses of wedding planning away so you can enjoy the process.

We worked with Lori Bloodworth for our wedding coordination and could not have been more happy with our experience! She kept a binder with all of our contracts, contact information for vendors and email correspondences. Every time I brought up something I would do, she volunteered to take care of it. This was what I was hoping for when initially hiring a wedding coordinator. Lori had some really great ideas when it came to thinking up ways to display food options on our escort cards and recommended a calligrapher that was perfect!! She contacted all of the vendors and set up delivery and set up times and worked with the JW Marriott to help bring everything together. The day of the wedding, things could not have gone more smoothly. If anything did not go according to plan, we had NO idea. She took care of all kinds of little details, made sure we were in the right place at the right time, and helped us execute a few surprises too, including helping myself and the bridesmaids do a surprise dance for my husband! At the end of the night when we were all dancing, she and an intern helped move all of our wedding gifts to our suite so that our family and friends didn’t need to worry about anything. They helped clean up our suite from getting ready earlier in the day and displayed the gifts beautifully in the room --even leaving a few surprises for us to find when we arrived back to the room from the reception! She was so professional and fun to work with. I looked forward to all of our meetings and she took so much off of my plate leading up to the big day. I am so used to being the organized one and on the wedding day, I checked in a few times to make sure that “x” was done and every time she reassured me that it was already taken care of. What a relief to not have to worry about anything! I would highly recommend working with her!

I would highly suggest this vendor to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator. The service I received was more than I could have imagined. Kelly (my planner) knew I was overwhelmed easily with too many options, so she sorted through everything before each of our meetings and provided me with 3 different possibilities to go along with the theme for our wedding. Not only did she go out of her way to make our day more beautiful than I ever could have dreamed of, she worked with my busy schedule, my husband's busy schedule, and my mother who lives out of state. Everyone talks about how painful the wedding planning process is and how stressful it becomes, and I couldn't have found that to be any further from the truth in my experience. Kelly made my entire wedding planning process completely enjoyable and stress free. I would recommend her to anyone!!

I simply cannot say enough good things about RSVP Events! Nancy Dobry and her fabulous staff made my wedding a dream come true! From the beautiful invitations to the gorgeous decorations (chair covers, table linens, candelabras), everything was perfect. Nancy helped me immensely with planning the day of the wedding as well- with a 1pm ceremony at the church and a cocktail hour starting at 5pm at the country club, on top of 18 people in the wedding party, it was no easy feat! Yet everything went smoothly and there were no hiccups! I could truly relax and enjoy my wedding day because I knew Nancy had thought of every detail and was there making sure everything went according to plan! I didn't think I needed a wedding planner being such a perfectionist and organized person, but I was so wrong! Nancy and her team thought of things I never would have and I'm so glad I worked with them! Thank you for everything!!!

Definitely worth booking at RSVP! Quality, top notch, and attention to every tiny detail!!! Worried how everything would have gone if we hadn't used RSVP! Our daughter's wedding was held in August at the Amway Grand Plaza. We knew we needed help in making this an event to remember. After interviewing several vendors we chose RSVP Events. Kelly was truly amazing! She provided a vision and was conscious of our budget throughout the entire process. She was so easy to work with and took the stress out of planning and following up on any last minute details. From choosing the invitations, selecting the linens and flowers, her creativity and expertise turned this into a night to remember! Many of our guests said this was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended. Kelly and her staff went far above and beyond our expectations!

We worked with Kelly Rex from RSVP events for our August 2015 Michigan wedding and she was by far the best addition to our wedding.

For a little background, we were planning our wedding in a small(er) beach town in Michigan where I used to spend my summers as a kid. My now-husband and I were living and working in Chicago at the time. I though I could handle planning a wedding on my own, but it was my mom that suggested RSVP events. Kelly and her team were well worth every penny!

Kelly was fantastic in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding. She went above and beyond in every way. Kelly would help facilitate communication with vendors (many of whom did not prefer emails - unlike myself), answering many detail questions that I had had difficultly doing myself during normal business hours. Kelly was always willing to talk or email at any time of the day (early mornings before work or late evenings after work) to accommodate my work schedule. She had great ideas and suggestions that, even as a self-proclamed organized person, I hadn't thought about yet. Her attention to detail, willingness to help (with anything!), and kind nature made her an absolute gem to work with.

On the actual wedding day, both myself and my husband, as well as our family and friends, could just relax and enjoy knowing that Kelly and her team were around and able to complete the vision for our wedding. We cannot sing her praises enough to do justice.

Thank you Kelly and the RSVP events team for all of your efforts and support and making our wedding truly the best day!

Quite literally, one of the best experiences I have ever had with ANY type of vendor or planner.

Kelly really took the reins for our event while asking prompting questions to help push my fiancee and I to make necessary decisions for our reception and ceremony. Kelly just "got it" - put quite simply. She had great vision and input, was a pleasure to work with - coordinated other vendors and made our event truly memorable and exactly as we had envisioned.

Kelly Rex from RSVP was our amazing wedding planner. My husband and I had a shorter engagement, and she planned our wedding for nearly 200 people in three and a half months.

Everything was gorgeous. Our wedding was more beautiful and ran more smoothly than my husband and I could have ever imagined. Kelly thinks of everything, and she refuses to let anything fall through the cracks. We also were able to rent a lot of the pieces that RSVP has in house (burlap and lace runners, arches, cake stands, etc)- they were all very nice!

Kelly has wedding vendor contacts all over the greater Grand Rapids area, and you could tell the vendors respected her and wanted to do a great job for her. She coordinated nearly everything with them, including drop offs, pick ups, arrival times, the day before and day of the wedding.

The day of the wedding was completely stress free for both my husband and I as well as our parents. Kelly allows couples to be as involved as they want to be in the set up and last minute coordination process, but it was easiest for us to completely turn that over to her and she did an incredible job.

Friends and family continue to tell us it was one of the most beautiful weddings they have ever been to, and they all had so much fun. That is, for the most part, thanks to Kelly Rex.

RSVP is extremely accomodating and are trustworthy planners. Tasks were done is a very quick manner which gave me (the bride) a calming piece of mind. So my family / husband's family worked with Lindsay Salay at RSVP Events as our wedding planner for our destination wedding. if you need any sort of our help with your wedding she is the person to go to! She really went above and beyond all of our expectations and really helped to serve our needs as we had much difficulty with our venue. She would communicate regularly with us and the venue, make trips with us up to our venue (1.5 hours away), and was really just another part of our wedding and a good friend / person.

I have nothing but good things to say! If you need any help RSVP Events is the place to go! Lindsay is who helped us and she was an amazing and most definite worthy addition to make our dream wedding come true.

Lindsay was a God send!

We hired her for day of wedding coordination and she went above and beyond for us at every turn. We met with her a month out from the wedding and gave her our list of booked vendors; she took everything from there. She scheduled all the deliveries and itineraries while following up with all our vendors. I was able to drop off all our decorations a few weeks beforehand and know they were in good hands and would get where they needed to go. She was available and easy to get a hold of the whole way through, even when we had guests being shuffled around and added a week before our wedding day! I knew that if I emailed her it was covered and I didn't have to worry about it. On the day of, she was our rock. We were able to relax, completely soak it all in, and enjoy the day because we knew that her and her amazing team had it all taken care of.

I was put at ease the second we sat down at our first meeting. Lindsay just GOT it, she understood us immediately and what we wanted for our wedding. She saw that neither of us liked the spotlight and kept that in mind with all of her recommendations for the ceremony and reception. She was SO fun and easy to talk to, I felt like I had known her for years! She came with us for the final venue walk through and was always there to step in when we needed her. There were several times when the venue coordinator would ask me about lighting and I would shoot her an "Aaah I have no idea!" look and she would confidently step in and answer for us. She made the right call every time!

Words cannot describe how thankful we are for her!

We used RSVP events for invitations, beverage napkins, and table coverings. They were so friendly and helpful. They worked hard to make sure we found the perfect invitations! And they were! My step-daughter was married in June, and her reception was held at an extraordinary venue. Using RSVP to help plan our wedding was the best decision we made! Valerie and Elyse made the process so enjoyable and relaxing. Their knowledge and professionalism was top notch. Our big day was absolutely perfect and we have gotten so many compliments that it was such a great Michigan summer wedding. RSVP did such a great job, we were not even aware of what could have gone wrong. Elyse even sewed a new loop on my dress during pictures after my clasp broke! Thank Elyse. It was an incredible experience working with you, especially since we never met until the actual event. Jason and I live in NYC and were planning our celebration in my hometown in Michigan. So, everything was done through the internet and phone calls until the day of the event. Jamie carnes saved our lives. We had a small budget and lived in different state from where we were having our wedding and Jamie made it so much easier and more pleasant to plan. RSVP staff were incredibly helpful in planning our daughter's wedding in Grand Rapids. My fiance and I were determined to do all planning and coordinating ourselves. About a month before the wedding we were totally swamped and stressed. We figured if we just had someone to help keep things running smoothly the day of the wedding, we'd be fine...we found RSVP Events in a Google search and even though they're based out of Grand Rapids, they were completely willing to come to Mill Creek Barn in Watervliet for our wedding. We met with them about 3-4 weeks before the wedding and they asked us questions we hadn't even thought to consider. They contacted each of our vendors for us to make sure everyone was on the same page, they kept track of who has been paid / needed to be paid, and the whole week leading up to the wedding they handled ALL vendor follow up so we didn't have to even think about it. The wedding day was amazing - I was SO relaxed and really just enjoyed myself. Erin Maag was my coordinator and she covered every last detail out there. No wedding is perfect...things will go wrong. But if you have a wedding coordinator as good as Erin you'd never ever know it! She handled all the 'bumps' flawlessly and it was truly a perfect day :) My husband and I agreed that of ALL the things we spent money on for our wedding...this was the most valuable to us. I highly, highly recommend RSVP Events!

I am so glad that I went to RSVP for our linens and paper products. They took care of setting up our linens the day of making my day stress free. RSVP provided all the linens and the programs for my wedding. They were very professional and responded to all my questions quickly. I worked primarily with Valerie who sat down with us for a long time going over linen selections and program choices. I think we went through 6 proofs before finally sending the programs to print but she was very patient. We asked her to do rosettes for the chair sashes instead of bows, something she hadn't done before but she did a wonderful job! Everything looked wonderful!
Linen tip: I was skeptical about having my table linens go all the way to the floor (they are more money) but it truely makes a difference when you look at the room as a whole. Spend the extra bucks to do it!

I used RSVP for my reception linens, plate chargers, and table numbers. Valerie and Nancy were so helpful and hard working, and they ordered several samples for me so I could find the perfect look for my reception. The first time I met with Valerie, I brought in a flower petal from the roses I planned to use in my centerpieces. Valerie was able to find a perfect linen match to the rose petal! Valerie even coordinated with my reception venue to set up a time I could meet her there to see the samples and how they would look within the reception space! They made it so easy, and I was relaxed because I could leave all the details up to the professionals. My wedding was last night, and when I walked into my reception, the scene was breathtaking!! Val and Nancy created the romantic look that I wanted, and I received so many compliments on the "tablescapes"...it was absolutely beautiful! Thanks Val and Nancy!!!

Our planner, Lori, was absolutely outstanding. We weren't sure if we needed a day-of planner, but it was absolutely worth it. Lori took so much stress off of my shoulders- she had a detailed itinerary that was consistently updated, she followed up with vendors for me (trust me- there's a lot to coordinate with vendors and it's SO nice to have someone handle that aspect), she managed all of our belongings the day-of, and was on point for everything I needed the day of the wedding. It was really helpful having her at the rehearsal for the ceremony- she told us where to stand for optimal pictures, managed the lineup when our church lady fell ill, and made sure the entire event ran smoothly. I know there were many things she did that I didn't even know about, and for that reason we didn't have a single glitch the entire day. Lori even left us post it notes at the hotel to remind us to get our leftover cake from the hotel fridge! Highly recommend Lori at RSVP!!!

We worked with Kelsie at RSVP to rent green napkins for our reception. She was friendly and provided all the information we needed with no pressure. She even ordered in samples so that we could make sure we were getting what we wanted. The selection of napkins was great, and they were reasonably priced. RSVP was even flexible on the dates for pick up and return which lessened the pre-wedding stress. We were very happy with the service and product we received from RSVP.

We used RVSP for our linens and lanterns at our reception. Valerie was such a pleasure to work with! Her responses were always prompt and thorough and she had excellent ideas and suggestions (including ways for us to save some money!). She provided linen samples so we knew that the colors would be perfect! She coordinated with our other vendors so that we could be sure that all the details were attended to and that we had nothing to worry about on our big day. And we didn't! The cocktail hour and reception were beautiful (we received too many compliments to count) and all we had to do was show up! :)

Nancy and Val are so talented with so many new refreshing ideas, from the head table to the smallest minute detail. No detail was overlooked and it was a relief to know that I had nothing to be concerned with they had everything in control. Working with Aubrie made things so much easier for me in the days leading up to my wedding, and of course, on the day of. She thought of things I missed and did a great job executing my vision. She clearly listened to everything I told her about what we wanted at the reception and everything looked exactly as I imagined it. She grabbed things we needed at the last minute and helped us clean up at the end, which was invaluable. It was great to have her at the rehearsal the night before as well-- the fact that RSVP comes to the rehearsal as part of the day-of coordination package is what really sold me on hiring them.

Professional, efficient, and responsive. Nancy did a beautiful job setting our reception. She was familiar with our venue and knew exactly how to capture the look we were going for. A very reliable vendor with high quality products who I would highly recommend.

RSVP Events provided many beautiful choices for invitations, napkins, and table overlays. They were very patient and precise in what we wanted. It all turned out beautifully. I highly recommend RSVP Events for your event planning. They are awesome!

With RSVP, I definitely felt well taken care of. Going to school in Grand Rapids, yet now living in Boston, I felt the need for a wedding coordinator to make my life easier. Elyse did a very good job of that. Was able to coordinate not only parts of my wedding, but was able to also take care of most of my paper products and also rent linens and other accessories. Almost 1-stop shopping/planning!

RSVP helped me with my invitations. They were very reasonably priced and allowed me to customize my invitations. They have many great ideas and are very helpful!

I did not have a positive experience working with RSVPs new owner, Adrien Harding. Our wedding was not treated with the same care and dedication as it had been when Lori was the lead coordinator with RSVP. Details that Adrien assured would be handled on the day of the wedding were neglected, leaving our families to pick up the slack instead of enjoying the festivities.

We are thankful that Lori was allowed to be at our wedding because initially Adrien told us she would not be working with RSVP moving forward. Thankfully Adrien was willing to honor our contract and let Lori stay and ‘assist’ with the wedding but she would need to be the main coordinator. Because of this Adrien had no idea what we wanted for our wedding despite having confirmed so much with Lori.

Adrien is either not the most detail oriented person or just really didn’t care about our wedding. She sent me a seating chart with the wrong name for my groom, called me a different name during the rehearsal, was rude to our family, and generally was clueless on the day of the wedding. She came up to me before and after the ceremony to ask me questions that we had already confirmed. When you hire a coordinator you want them to figure things out beforehand and make decisions on the day of so they don’t have to bother you with stupid details before your ceremony!

The most frustrating issue we have is that Adrien double booked herself also and left in the middle of cocktail hour without saying goodbye to us. Had we not fought for Lori to continue her work on our wedding who knows what would have happened. Lori ensured the rest of our night went smoothly, took our bags to the hotel and checked us in, hung up clothes, and went above and beyond for us every step.

I’d encourage anyone considering working with RSVP under new ownership to monitor the reviews to see if our treatment is unique, I certainly hope it is. To say we feel disrespected is an understatement.

Super disappointing

I couldn't have been more disappointed in my experience with Adrien. I knew I wasn't going to get warm and fuzzies with her, but never expected it to be just a business transaction for her. I needed support planning our 3rd wedding (thanks COVID) and got very little from her. Our "day of" package included support at 6 weeks out - yet she waited until then to contact us (for a call the following week, shorting us a week), and also tried to reschedule because she wasn't prepared. She did not schedule any followup calls, only those I reached out for. I don't know how you help someone with their wedding without being in regular contact. Additionally, despite our package included her taking over comms with vendors, she delayed outreach until 2 weeks before the wedding, requiring me to continue to field their questions. Other issues:
- Our "day of" package included on-site support the day - which should cover pretty much anything needed (within reason, obviously). Yet, when we needed help with linen tear down (which simply meant taking off tables and stuffing into bags), we had to pay a $100 fee. WHAT? After the wedding, I found out family members handled - but never received a refund.
- We had to find a new linen vendor at the last minute. Adrien stepped in to help, but eventually had the nerve to send an (incredibly rude) email that included - "if I'm being frank, I feel we have exhausted the linen subject... we too are getting frustrated...I am sorry for being blunt but this needs to be put to bed." A wedding planner is a luxury, we paid too much to be treated this way.
- She had a PPT with mocked up decor and a to do list (that she prepared), so nothing would be missed - yet, still made mistakes. I had to move photos (that were in a specific order for a specific reason) after the ceremony and ask our photographer to take new pics. She didn't put custom drink coasters out. Didn't move ceremony flowers into the reception space where asked to (VERY pricey floral arrangements were hardly visible). She just clustered votives together on the bar corner.
- She never asked for vendor contracts, so she never knew what they were being held to (I sent them, but no idea if she reviewed bc she never responded). As a result, our DJ didn't put up the photo booth backdrop - so many didn't know we had a photo booth/didn't use it.
- We had issues with bus company the week of the wedding and she refused to help, stating she only handles existing agreements/plans.
- She allowed DJ to seat people for reception while we were still doing photos - forcing us to rush and not leaving time for touchups (after photos in the rain) or bustle my dress. My hair is a wreck in all reception photos as result.
- Was informed by many that they asked her to do something on several occasions and she didn't do it. For example - when our bus broke down and we were going to be late, she was asked (more than once) to make announcement - but continued to greet guests (not her job). Thankfully my uncle handled.

I could go on... but bottom line is, she just didn't seem to care. She was paid in advance for her services and I don't feel we got what we paid for our off her. We had an extremely challenging wedding day - but something that a wedding planner should have easily been able to manage/smooth over - but that didn't happen. Go with All Buttoned Up - I had a wonderful experience with them before we switched wedding dates and they were no longer available.
