Team

Eryn joined Alpine Events in May 2021 and brings extensive knowledge of the wedding and events industry with her.
She graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management with an emphasis in Meeting and Event Planning. After graduating from GVSU, Eryn worked for 5 years as the Event Coordinator at Spring Lake Country Club planning and coordinating hundreds of events including weddings, non-profit fundraisers, golf outings, member events, and so many more. Eryn prides herself on being extremely detail-oriented and driven to make client’s visions for their event a reality.
Eryn lives in Spring Lake and enjoys all that living on the lakeshore has to offer! When she’s not working, she enjoys boating, golfing, spending time with family + friends, and spoiling her beloved Chocolate Lab, Bogey.

Torri grew up in Whitehall, MI and attended Michigan State University (Go Green!) where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Food Industry Management. It was while working on campus at the Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center that Torri fell in love with the Hospitality industry.
Torri started her career as the Event Coordinator at Spring Lake Country Club. She planned and executed numerous events including weddings, corporate fundraisers, golf outings, baby and bridal showers, graduation parties, memorial services, and so much more. After getting married in 2018, Torri relocated to Zeeland, MI and joined the team at Tulip Time Festival, Inc. as an Event Manager. While at Tulip Time, Torri was responsible for coordinating some of the festival’s largest events including their historic parades and Artisan Market.
Torri is thrilled to be joining in on the rental side of event planning! She is excited to have the opportunity to be creative and work with her clients to see a concept go from an idea to a tangible event. Torri is looking forward to watching Alpine Events expand onto the Lakeshore and working with her clients in the Holland area!

Emily Kruithof is the newest addition to our sales team. She joined in July of 2020 during the stir of the pandemic when Alpine Events was quickly growing and adjusting to what 2020 brought with it. Emily grew up in Holland, Michigan, enjoying summer activities out on the boat with her family and on the beach. She attended Grand Rapids Community College during her junior and senior year of high school, obtaining dual enrollment credits. Following graduation, she attended Cornerstone University, where she studied strategic communication, and finished her studies at Colorado Christian University in the fall of 2020 with her Associate of Arts in Communication.
With Emily’s attention to detail and love for weddings, she was eager to start her career in the event industry. At Alpine Events, Emily walks with her clients through the initial stages of the planning process up until the long awaited event, capturing each client’s vision along the way. Emily has enjoyed getting to know and work with the venues in the West Michigan area and is excited to continue exploring the many opportunities that the event industry has to offer.
