Great Reception
We couldn’t have been more pleased. The reception was in a county park and the Picnic Style menu with on-site grilling and the chicken and pork chops were delicious and juicy; the vegetables freshly hand prepared; the corn bread a perfect accompaniment. Everything was great and we received many positive comments on the food…in fact I think the meat was the best I have had. We also had vegetarian guests and they appreciated the special entrees prepared for them.
The detail for pre and post event coordination (menu decisions, counts, payments, etc.) helped keep us on track and left the day of the reception for us to enjoy.
I would heartily recommend The Catering Company.
